Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1). Describing the characteristics of industrial planning work practices in SMK PGRI 2 Sumedang, (2). Describing the characteristics of the implementation of the industrial working practices in SMK PGRI 2 Sumedang, (3). Describing the characteristics of the industrial working practices votes in SMK PGRI 2 Sumedang. The research is qualitative research with a descriptive design. Sources in the research are the principal, vice-principal, the chairman of the working group prakerin, head of program membership, earning of teachers, and industry leaders. Methods of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data using an interactive model. The results of the study are (1). Perencanaan industry work practices include mapping industry, prakerin program, prakerin time, debriefing prakerin, and the establishment of a tutor, (2). Pelaksanaan industry work practices include organizing, prakerin student submissions to the industry, monitoring students prakerin and withdrawal prakerin students to school. (3). Assessment practices industry work there are two stages, namely assessments by tutors industry and counselors School with a parameter value of the industry (IN) is weighted 60%, the value of the journal prakerin (JP) is weighted 10%, the value of the oral exam (UL) is weighted 20%, and the value of the report (LP) is weighted 10%. So that the total value of the results prakerin students are: 0.6 (IN) + 0.1 (JP) + 0.2 (LP) +0.1 (LP).

Abstract

This research is a study of differences in curriculum development in 2013 which aims to determine the results of developing subject-specific pedagogy (SSP) in integrated thematic learning for elementary school teachers in the Cicalengka sub-district. The procedure for this research method uses the Mixed Method, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods in a study. Mixed-Method (combined method: qualitative-quantitative) is a method using a combination of research procedures, where one method is more dominant than another method. The less dominant method is only positioned as a complementary method as additional data. The more dominant method in this research is the qualitative method and a complementary method is a quantitative method. Data using sequential explanatory research model and data obtained through field research (Filed Research). In analyzing the data, the writer uses the Mean (average) formula and the last is formulated using the CNS development ability category. From the research conducted at two different elementary schools in the Cicalengka sub-district, namely public elementary schools and private elementary schools, the results showed that the development of subject-specific pedagogy (SSP) in integrated thematic learning in implementing the 2013 curriculum for elementary schools in Cicalengka sub-district was very good.

Abstract

To achieve social maturity, children must learn about ways to adapt to other people and are obtained through various experiences associating with people in their environment. Among various learning methods and various activities in the classroom, the project method is one method that can support children's social development. The project method provides opportunities for children to improve skills mastered individually or in small groups. This research was conducted at PAUD Fatiatul Ilmi, Tanjungsiang District, Subang Regency. The subjects in this study were at an early age in group B which opened 20 people, boys opened 14 people and girls returned 6 people. The data needed in this study were obtained through observation. Children are divided into 2 groups, namely a mixture of boys and girls, the groups are mixed because girls and boys can mingle without gender. In this cycle, the children were divided into tasks such as cutting out used cardboard and decorating with wrapping paper, cutting wool threads, attaching fish pictures to the aquarium. The indicators studied were 24 indicators with Criteria BB (Not Developed) 117 scores, MB (Starting to Develop) 272 scores, BSH (Developing As Expected) 91 scores, and BSB (Very Well Developed) with 0, the indicator creator was 934 with a percentage of 46.7 % is in Criteria less.

Abstract

Physical Education for Sports and Health (Penjasorkes) is an educational process that utilizes systematic planned physical activities aimed at developing and improving individuals organically, neuromuscularly, perceptually, cognitively, and emotionally, within the framework of the national education system. The aims of this research are (a) how to improve physical education learning achievement in badminton in students after the application of the skill technique method, (b) Knowing the motivation to learn physical education after the application of the skill technique method. This study uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of two stages, namely: design, activity, and observation. Reflection and revision The target of this research is Class VII-B students of SMP Negeri 1 Darmaraja from the data obtained in the form of practice test results, observation sheets. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement experienced an increase from cycle I to II, namely, cycle I (48.72%), cycle II (87.18%) for the psychomotor domain, cycle I (69.23%). Cycle II (94.87%) for the affective domain. This study concludes that the skill technique method can have a positive effect on student motivation in Class VII-B SMP Negeri 1 Darmaraja and the learning model can be used as an alternative to Physical Education.

Abstract

Learning research about the position and role of family members in class II SDN Pande, Ujungjaya District, Sumedang Regency, is based on student learning outcomes that are not in accordance with the expectations set, namely students who complete learning only reach 50%. Efforts are being made to overcome this problem by applying the role-playing method and group discussion. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How to increase the understanding of second-grade students at SDN Pande, Ujungjaya District about the position and role of family members through the application of role-playing methods and group discussions?". This study uses a Classroom Action Research design with 2 cycles starting from the stages of planning, implementing the action, observing, reflecting, and planning again. In this study, data processing is carried out in stages, firstly by selecting and grouping, secondly by describing or describing the data, and finally by concluding or giving meaning. The results obtained from this study are an increase in the average value, in the pre-cycle, it was obtained 64.3 and after the second cycle of action, it increased to 80.7. The pass percentage before the action was taken was 50%, i.e. 7 out of 14 students, while after the second cycle of action was taken, it was 86%, namely 12 out of 14 students. So the increase in the passing percentage is 36%. Thus, the application of the role-playing method and group discussion has been able to increase students' understanding in social studies learning about the position and role of family members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors, the major influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on art learning for elementary school students with special needs at Primagama Homeschooling. This research can help the author to know the role of parents in helping children learn at home. The role of parents is considered very important in this case, because as long as students carry out learning activities at home, parents must replace teachers in their learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and assisted by some literature as a means of gathering information. This research is considered a systematic activity, the aim is to carefully examine the answers that have been obtained. The instrument of this research is the researcher himself, and the triangulation method using effective observation criteria for interview guide data and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data analysis, presentation, and interpretation that describe the data qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of creativity of students increases during work activities at home by utilizing used goods at home, 2) Parents have their own strategies in increasing the creativity of their children during art learning activities at home, 3 ) The delivery of fine arts subjects by the teacher at Primagama Homeschooling through online media is not monotonous and tries to use the TikTok application and canvas media as a means for students to express themselves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase learning activities and improve the financial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is classroom action research with research design according to the Kemmis & Taggart model with a spiral model system with research stages planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the modified monopoly game can increase children's learning activities, and whether the modified monopoly game can improve financial intelligence?. After two cycles of action, the results in the first cycle showed the overall result, namely 50% or with an average score of 2.6 in the Develop as Expected category and in the second cycle, the overall result is 91.7% or with an average score of 3.3 in the Very well developed category. Financial intelligence in the first cycle showed an overall result of 41.7% or with an average score of 2.7 in the Develop as Expected category, and the second cycle, the overall result was 91.7% or with an average of 3.2 in the Very well Developed category. Thus, it was concluded that after two actions were carried out through the application of the monopoly game, the modification of learning activities and the financial intelligence of early childhood could be improved.

Abstract

This study compares translated comics and Indonesian comics that are widely read by junior high school students. The research applies descriptive-analytic-comparative method. The research analyzes the ethics of comic writing on aspects of story, image, and language.  Many translated comics display ethics related to life (discipline, love for one's own culture, love for the environment), while in Indonesian comics this type of ethics is not found. The ethical violation in the story aspect in translated comics is in the form of coercion of the will to others, while in Indonesian comics such cases only appear few. Ethical violations regarding the behavior of characters that are often found in translated comics are unethical behavior towards parents, teachers, and friends/others, while in Indonesian comics this case is not found. The comic titles read by the respondents were all from Japan, there were no Indonesian comics. Humor comics are the most widely read type of comics. The events in translated comics are generally from everyday life, while Indonesian comics often feature "big events". Almost all of the translated comic characters are children's characters with problems, behaviors, and characters as children. All Indonesian comics feature adult characters with adult lives. All Japanese comics are serialized, while none of the Indonesian comics are serialized.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of students in learning mathematics in data processing material. One of the media that can be used for learning mathematics data processing material is by using graphic media. This study has a purpose, namely to describe the increase in student interest in learning by using graphic media. The author uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The subjects of this research were the students of class VI SDN Darangdan Level, amounting to 21 people. The research data were collected through a questionnaire and a written test. After the use of graphic media, it can be seen that there is an increase in student interest and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the student learning interest questionnaire data in the first cycle, the percentage of student interest in learning who got the very good category was 0%, the good category was 57%, enough category was 33%, and the less category was 10%. Then in the second cycle, it increased to 19% very good category, 71% good category, 10% sufficient category, and 0% less category. Then the increase in student learning outcomes can be seen with an increase that occurs from the initial data obtained an average student learning outcome of 55.14 with the number of students who completed as many as seven people (33%), the first cycle obtained an average score of 68 student learning outcomes, 09 with the number of students who completed as many as 11 people (52%), and in the second cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes was 79.04 with the number of students who completed as many as 19 people (90%).
