Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze financial statements using Leverage Ratios (Debt to Assets and Debt to Equity) and Profitability Ratios (Return on Assets and Return on Equity). The Rukun Karya Lubuklinggau Cooperative is located at Jalan Letkol Surkino Rt. 16 No. 55 Air Kuti Sub-District of Lubuklinggau Timur I Sub-District, Lubuklinggau City. This study uses the financial statements of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss then analyzed using financial ratios based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06 / Per / M.KUKM / V / 2006 concerning guidelines for research on outstanding cooperatives. The results of this study indicate the calculation of the 2012 Leverage (Debt to Assets) ratio of 61%, which means 25 (Unhealthy), in 2013 amounted to 61% value 25 which means (Unhealthy), 2014 amounted to 60% value 50 which means ( Unhealthy), 2015 amounted to 61% of its value 25 which means (Unhealthy), in 2016 amounted to 59% of its value 50 which means (Unhealthy), in 2017 amounted to 59% of value 50 which means (less healthy). Calculation of the 2012 Debt to Equity ratio of 162% is worth 25 which means (Unhealthy), in 2013 amounted to 158% of its value 25 which means (Unhealthy), in 2014 amounting to 155% of value 25 which means (Unhealthy), 2015 amounted to 158% of its value 25 which means (Unhealthy), in 2016 amounted to 147% of its value 50 which means (Unhealthy), in 2017 amounting to 148% the value is 50 which means (less healthy). The 2012 Profitability Ratio (Return on Assets) of 4% is worth 50, which means (Unhealthy), in 2013 amounting to 4% value 50 which means (Unhealthy), in 2014 amounted to 4% value 50 which means (less healthy), in 2015 amounted to 4% the value of 50 which means (Unhealthy), in 2016 amounted to 4% the value of 50 which means (less healthy), in 2017 amounted to 4% of its value 50 which means (less healthy).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: a. To determine the effect of promotion and service on the micro business credit customers at PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch, b. To determine the customers' business credit at PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch, c. To determine the effect of service on the decision of micro business credit customers at PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch. Based on the results of the test, the variable that promotion variable (X1) on the micro business credit decision customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Tugumulyo Musi Raw branch shows that the value of t = 2.788 is greater than ttable 2,000 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 57 - 2 = 55 is equal to 2,000, this shows Ho is rejected and is accepted and partially the promotion variable has a significant influence on the decision of micro business customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch. Based on the results of the t test, the service variable (X2) on the micro business credit decision customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The Tugumulyo Musi Raw branch shows that the value of t count = 3.852 is greater than ttable 2,000 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 57 - 2 = 55 is equal to 2,000, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially service variables have a significant influence on the decision of micro business customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch. Based on the results of the F test show show that the calculated value is 10.750> Ftable = 5.06 and the significance of the simultaneous level the significance is 0.000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 57-2-2 - 1 = 54 has a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the decision of the customer, so that the truth is proven and the hypothesis is acceptable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of education and training to the work performance of members of the Lubuklinggau City Police Sat contract. The time of the study was carried out for 9 months from November 2017 to August 2018. The population in this study were 54 members of the Lubuklinggau City PP Sat Contract. Sampling was done by means of saturated sampling. The study sample was 54 people. Data collection techniques in writing this study using observation, documentation and questionnaire. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that: 1) There is an educational relationship to the work performance of Sat Pol contract members PP Lubuklinggau City. This is based on the results of the t-test calculation obtained by the data of Education variable (X1) on Work Achievement (Y) shows that the value of tcount = 2.081 is greater than the value of t table (1.675) with a significance level of sig. = 0.005. 2) There is a training relationship to the work performance of members of the Lubuklinggau City PP Sat Contract. This is based on the results of t-test calculations known that the Training Variable (X2) on Job Performance (Y) shows the value of tcount = 5.770 greater than the value of t table (1.675) with a significance level of sig. = 0.005. 3) There is a relationship between education and training on the work performance of members of the Lubuklinggau City PP Sat Contract. This is based on the recapitulation of the results of multiple linear regression tests, obtained that the calculated F value is 72.825> Ftable = 3.18 and the level of significance simultaneously sig F is 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial performance. Based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008. The type of research conducted by descriptive quantitative. The data sources used are secondary data derived from financial statements in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss between 2012-2016. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely analyzing financial statements with a ratio approach, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets, then adjusted to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M .KUKM / XI / 2008. The results showed that based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008 "SALIMA" Women's Cooperative in Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency for five years from 2012-2016 seen from the Current Ratio including the unhealthy category. Thus the "SALIMA" Women's Cooperative is unable to pay its short-term obligations. Whereas based on the Debt to Equity Ratio from 2012 to 2016 included in the category of unhealthy. Thus indicating that the cooperative capital condition is insufficient to guarantee the debt given by the creditor. While based on On Asset Returns from 2012 to 2016 included in the category of being less healthy. Thus cooperatives are less able to manage their assets so as to produce unhealthy profits.

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities have a level of risk that the possibility of credit can not be billed, then it is necessary the correct credit analysis by employee cooperatives. Referred to as problem loans because the debtor has a delay in returning the credit. Bad credit should be quickly resolved to avoid greater losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of bad loans using the method 5c on the cooperative savings and loan "RIAS" P1 Mardiharjo. The method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used is qualitative method is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. During 2011 up to 2015, the percentage of nonperforming loans in the "dressing and lending cooperatives" is 0.65% and 2.27%. When compared to the percentage of the maximum limit of bad loans determined by Bank Indonesia of 5%, then the performance of savings and loan cooperatives "2011-2015" is said to be good. The cause of credit in the cooperative savings and loan "riass" of which from the debtor who is likely due to his business less smooth, stuck, even bankrupt, due to the character of the debtor is less good, and or because of the lost guarantee that causes the debtor does not pay. From internal cooperatives due to human error, fictitious credit, and / or misalignment of credit analysis. From other parties due to natural disasters or can also be due to technological developments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial statements in terms of the current ratio, cash ratio, debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio in the savings and loan cooperatives “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo district of MusiRawas for six years from 2012 – 2017. The method used is qualitative methods. From the results of the analysis it can be explained that for (1) the calculation of the current ratio (CR) in the savings and load cooperatives “RIAS’ in 2012 CR amounted to 145%, then in can be criticized GOOD LESS, in 2013 CR amounted 144% included in the GOOD LESS, in 2014 CR amounted to 151% included in GOOD ENOUGH criteria, know 2015 CR amounted to 136 included in GOOD LESS criteria, in 2016 CR amounted to 130% included in GOOD LESS criteria, in 2017 CR amounted to 134% included in GOOD LESS criteria.(2) cash ratio calculation in 2012 was 10% it can be criticized GOODENOUGH, 2013 cash ratio of 26% included in GOOD criteria, 2014 cash ratio of 23% included in GOOD criteria, 2015 cash ratio of 39% included in the VERY GOOD criteria, the 2016 cash ratio of 39% included in the VERY GOOD criteria, 2017 cash ratio of 34% included in GOOD criteria. (3) the calculation of debt to asset ratio (DAR) in 2012 amounted to 60% it can be criticized GOOD ENOUGH, in 2013 DAR amounted to 62% included in the GOOD LESS criteria, in 2014 DAR amounted to 51% included in GOOD ENOUGH criteria, in 2015 DAR amounted to 66% included in the GOOD LESS criteria, in 2016 DAR amounted to 69% included in the GOOD LESScritera, in 2017 DAR amounted to 71% included in the GOOD LESS criteria. (4) debt to equity ratio (DER) calculation in 2012 amounted to 155% it can be criticized GOOD LESS, in 2013 DER amounted to167% included in the GOOD LESS criteria, in 2014 DER amounted to 105% includedinGOOD ENOUGH criteria, in 2015 DER amounted to 201% included in the NOT GOOD criteria, in 2016 DER amounted to 224% included in the NOT GOOD criteria, in 2017 DER amounted to 245% included in the NOT GOOD .

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency with the aim of research to determine the effect of work discipline and supervisors on employee performance partially. This type of research used quantitative methods of data sources used primary data, data collection techniques used questionnaires with research respondents as many as 44 employees. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression, test the correlation coefficient and t test. multiple linear regression, test the coefficient of determination and F test. the test results show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Social Service of Musi Rawas Regency shows that the level of the relationship coefficient is strong. The partial test (t test) of the tcount of 11.426 and ttable of 1.684 shows that there is an influence of work discipline on employee staff at the Musi Rawas District Social Service.Effects of Supervision on Employee Performance at the Social Service of Musi Rawas Regency. X, the value of R or Multiple R is 0.530 indicating that the level of the relationship coefficient is strong. Partial test (t test) value of tcount of 13.522 and t table of 1.684 that there is an influence of supervision on the performance of employees at the Social Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency. + b2X2, the regression equation is Y = 43.236 + 0.735X1 + 0.340X2. R2 value is 0.631 means that the determination coefficient value is 0.631, the level of relationship is included in the medium category. Test F value of F count is 35.041 and Ftable is 3.230, there is the influence of work discipline and supervision of employee performance at the Social Service of Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

This study with the results of preliminary observations can be seen that the identification of problems in this study are related to promotion, price and purchasing decisions of used cars, the title of this study is the influence of promotion and price on the decision to buy used cars in Agung Jaya Motor Showroom Lubuklinggau City, with 3 formulation of the problem of whether there is a promotion and price influence on the used car purchase decision, is there any influence of promotion on the used car purchase decision, and whether there is a price effect on the used car purchase decision. The method used is quantitative, with the technique of collecting observation data, documentation and questionnaires. Respondents in this research are 74 customers. The results showed that there were promotional effects on customer decisions in purchasing used cars in the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau City, there were price effects on customer decisions in buying used cars in the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau City, and there were promotional and price influences on customer decisions in purchase of used cars at the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau city.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study were all employees who worked in the Environmental Office of Musi Rawas Regency, which numbered 51 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, t test, multiple linear regression, determination test, and f test. Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that 1) The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency, where the results of simple linear regression test Y = 56.430 + 0.492 Motivation, correlation coefficient value R = 0.434 and t-test tcount = 3,370> t table = 2,009. 2) The Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency. where obtained the results of simple linear regression Y = 55.980 + 0.431 Work Environment, correlation coefficient value of R = 0.522 and t-test value of tcount = 4.288> t table = 2.009. 3) Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency, where the results of multiple linear regression test Y = 41,828 + 0,318 X1 + 0,346 X2, determination coefficient value R2 = 0,584 and Fcount value obtained is 12,400> Ftable = ¬ 3,19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and education on employee performance in City Lubuklinggau hotels. The time of the study was carried out for 9 months from November 2017 to August 2018. The population in this study was all employees employed at Lubuklinggau City City Hotels, which amounted to 35 people with saturated sampling. The study sample was 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaire. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that based on the results of t test calculations can be explained, that the Compensation Variable (X1 ) to Performance (Y) shows the value of tcount = 2,308 is greater than the value of t table (2,032) with a significance level of sig. = 0.05. This means that partially variable there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in City Lubuklinggau hotels. Based on the results of t-test calculations, that Educational Variable (X2) on Performance (Y) shows the value of tcount = 3.409 greater than the value of t table (2.032) with a significance level of sig. = 0.005. This means that partially there is a significant effect of education on employee performance in City Lubuklinggau hotels. Based on the Fcount test recapitulation, the Fcount value is 10,513> Ftable = 3.28 and the level of significance simultaneously sig F is 0,000. This shows that together (simultaneous) independent variables of research (Compensation and Education) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Performance)
