Abstract

Submission of thesis proposals is often constrained by the problem of time compatibility between students and the head of the study program. The development of technology, especially the internet, should be used to overcome this problem. This study aims to build a web-based thesis proposal submission application. The development of a web-based thesis proposal submission application is carried out using the UML-based Web Engineering (UWE) method. The result of this research is a web-based thesis proposal submission application that can be used by admins, heads of study programs and students. In this application, students can submit a proposal by filling out the submission form in accordance with the specified period. Proposals submitted by students will be grouped by study program. Proposals submitted have three statuses, namely correct, accepted or rejected. Students can see the status of the proposals submitted after being checked by the head of the study program. In the application there is a thesis proposal submission log. After the proposal is received, the proposal submission form cannot be accessed. Abstract

Sharing information in the world of technology has become easier with peer-to-peer applications such as torrents. This application allows everyone from anywhere to share various kinds of files ranging from movies, music, software, games, and others. But sometimes what is found in torrents are pirated files. It could be a software or game crack, a scan or a copy of a book, a film recording using a personal camera, and so on. Copyright issues, piracy, and malware are what make torrents seem like a free black market. From this application sometimes there is a malware that harms the downloader so that they become a botnet for malware spreaders to mine bitcoins. This ethical issue will be discussed based on Kantian ethics and an analysis of information technology ethics that produces policy proposals regarding the use of torrents. This research uses the methodology of solving ethical problems of information technology according to Meyenn by producing policies to regulate the use of Torrents. Abstract

UD. Berkah Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of spare parts for two-wheeled vehicles located in Purwokerto. The main problem that exists in UD. Berkah Abadi is the absence of an information system to assist in recording and calculating sales salary turnover automatically, both in data entry and transaction data processing, so that all activities carried out are still carried out using a manual system using Microsoft Excel as a medium for recording and processing data, so that it becomes less effective and efficient. Therefore, an information system is needed to overcome these problems. Information that will be implemented in this system includes, among others: User Data, Supplier Data, Customer Data, Sales Data, Goods Master Data, Purchase Transactions, Sales Transactions, Purchase Return Transactions, Sales Return Transactions, Accounts Receivable Transactions, Goods Exchange Transactions, Expenditures and also reports that support transaction information and turnover calculations. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle method with the waterfall model. Tests to find out how much benefit the system provides are hypothesis testing and benefit testing. This Sales Inventory and Payroll Information System is useful for simplifying the process of making inventory and payroll reports. Abstract

CV.Gunung Mas adalah Perusahaan yang mempunyai 7 pabrik sohun. Menurut perusahaan, selama ini proses pendataan yang berhubungan dengan kepegawaian dilakukan secara manual, seperti absensi yang selama ini didata oleh kepala pabrik lalu dikumpulkan ke kantor usai jam kerja berakhir. Dengan begitu absensi memakan waktu cukup lama sehingga tidak bisa terurus dengan baik. Kemudian pada pemberian bonus karyawan selama ini tidak terhitung berdasarkan kinerja karyawan, melainkan terbagi secara merata. Beberapa informasi yang akan ada di dalam sistem informasi kepegawaian di CV. Gunung Mas Purwokerto : data absesnsi pegawai, data produksi pegawai, data pegawai, data penggajian pegawai, perhitungan bonus gaji pegawai. Metode pengembangan sistem ini yang akan digunakan adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Pengujian sistem memakai uji hipotesis dan uji manfaat.Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian ini berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai. Sistem ini mempunyai kelebihan berdasarkan kegunaan, kemudahan dalam penggunaan, efisiensi, dan mudah dipahami. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, CV. Gunung Mas, Penggajian, dan Kepegawaian

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan perangkat mobile saat ini, sehingga perangkat mobile semakin memasyarakat. Perkembangan ini sangatlah membantu dalam menyajikan informasi yang cepat dan efisien, dengan pengaksesan internet melalui perangkat mobile . Orion Sport Center sebagai tempat penyedia persewaan lapangan mencoba mengikuti perkembangan teknologi ini. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memudahkan pelanggan dalam pemesanan lapangan dan membantu pengelola untuk mengelola lapangan olahraga yang disewakan. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, digunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan JavaScript dengan database MySQL. Pengembangan file dalam bentuk APK (Android Package) menggunakan framework Ionic. Pelanggan yang ingin menyewa lapangan dapat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis mobile. Sedangkan untuk mengatur jadwal dan pemesanan, kasir dapat mengakses melalui aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi ini membuat pemesanan lapangan dan pengelolaan pemesanan lapangan menjadi lebih baik dan cepat. Kata kunci: Android, Waterfall, Ionic Framework, MySQL.

Abstract

SION (http://sion.stikom-bali.ac.id) is a web-based Academic Information System located in Bali STIKOM used by students to get information about the lecture. SION can only be displayed optimally on a desktop computer, laptop, and tablet. SION can not be integrated with other systems in STIKOM Bali which has different infrastructure. In this research, the implementation of SOAP webservice on results webcrawling SION. Data provided by webservice is derived from the crawling on a website SION. Webservice has been successfully implemented on multiple platforms, namely Dot Net Framework, and Web. System testing is done using alpha testing showed that there are no processing errors and functionally release the results as expected. Abstract

Paperless office merupakan upaya manusia bagi penyelamatan lingkungan dari proses penebangan pohon yang berlebihan. Dengan paperless office seluruh kegiatan di perkantoran yang berhubungan dengan surat menyurat yang menggunakan kertas dialihkan menggunakan sistem informasi. Surat yang sebelum paperless office masih harus dicetak dengan kertas maka saat ini surat hanya perlu menggunakan email atau pesan singkat melalui handphone. Aktivitas manusia dalam penggunaan kertas tiap tahun terus berubah seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba memberikan gagasan baru dalam rangka merubah perilaku manusia menggunakan teknologi informasi. Salah satu perilaku manusia yang masih menggunakan kertas saat ini adalah membuat undangan pernikahan. Penulis mencoba membuat undangan digital berbasis android menggunakan Xamarin dan Visual Studio. Smartphone merupakan perangkat yang hampir dimiliki oleh semua orang sehingga undangan digital berbasis Android ini bisa disebarkan dengan efektif dan efisien. Dengan penelitian ini semoga bisa memberikan inspirasi bagi setiap orang agar mengalihkan proses undangan pernikahan dari kertas menjadi digital. Abstract

: According to the National Statistics Agency, During the period 2008 - 2014, the type of crime in theft is a crime that most occur in the village in Indonesia. Android-based smartphone is one tool that can be used to report the crime. This study aims to analyze, design and build an Android-based system that can be used by users to share information about the locations of the occurrence of a crime, so as to increase awareness of users to the locations he visited. Data is collected using the method of observation. System is developed using three of the seven stages there are in the system life cycle proposed by Kusrini. System is tested using alpha and beta testing. The result of alpha testing shows that there is no processing errors and functionally release the results as expected. Beta testing results indicate that these applications can provide convenience for users to see and report crimes that occur around them. Keywords: Crime, Android, GPS, Geocoding

Abstract

This design aims to develop the software of self-evaluation computer based for Networking 1 course on Information System department. The methods are used is carried out by the methods of research and development (R & D), that refers to the model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Software is developed based on Adobe Flash using ActionScript 2.0 programming language. Self-evaluation computer based has through the test limited by college student with percentage 95,15%. Continues with field trials to extensively college student with achievement of each percentage is 90,15% by college student. At the end of this development, generated self-evaluation computer based for Networking 1 course equipped with random method of the question bank of packages and accompanied with output result from the self-evaluation computer based.
