Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia adalah masyarakat beragam budaya dengan sifat kemajemukannya. Keragaman mencakupperbedaan budaya, agama, ras, bahasa, suku, tradisi dan sebagainya. Dalam masyarakat multibudaya yangdemikian, sering terjadi ketegangan dan konflik antar kelompok budaya dan berdampak pada keharmonisanhidup. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah membahas keragaman budaya bangsa Indonesia, moderasi beragamadalam keragaman dan peran penyuluh agama dalam mewujudkan kedamaian bangsa Indonesia. Metode yangdigunakan adalah penelitian pustaka. Kesimpulan kajian ini adalah bahwa dalam kehidupan multikulturaldiperlukan pemahaman dan kesadaran multibudaya yang menghargai perbedaan, kemajemukan dan kemauanberinteraksi dengan siapapun secara adil. Diperlukan sikap moderasi beragama berupa pengakuan ataskeberadaan pihak lain, memiliki sikap toleran, penghormatan atas perbedaan pendapat dan tidak memaksakankehendak dengan cara kekerasan. Diperlukan peran pemerintah, tokoh masyarakat, dan para penyuluh agamauntuk mensosialisasikan, menumbuhkembangkan moderasi beragama kepada masyarakat demi terwujudnyakeharmonisan dan kedamaian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran Biologi berbasis inkuiri untuk melatihkanketerampilan berfikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMA pada pokok bahasan bioteknologi. Subyek penelitian iniadalah 40 siswa SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan menggunakan One GroupPre test - Post test Design. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan daritugas dan angket untuk mengetahui beban kognitif siswa pada saat menerima informasi ketika implementasipembelajaran. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dari hasil tes yang terdiri dari 40 soal tes kognitif dan 10 soaltes keterampilan berfikir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dapatdigunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berfikir tingkat tinggi siswa dengan kategori baik (skor 3,65),minat siswa (skor 4,81), hasil belajar kognitif (skor 88,95), ketuntasan individu dan klasikal keterampilanberfikir (skor 87,40). Simpulan perangkat pembelajaran inkuiri layak untuk melatihkan keterampilan berfikirtingkat tinggi siswa SMA.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif itu ada tiga tahap utama yaitu [1] tahap perencanaan yang berisi targetkompetensi yang mau dikuasakan kepada peserta didik berupa KI dan KD, (2] tahap pelaksanaanpembelajaran yang berisi model dan metode pembelaran, dan [3)] tahap penilaian yang berisi kegiatanmengukur ketercapaian target kompetensi. Target kompetensi yang berupa KI – KD pada tahapperencanaan belum bisa diukur dan dinilai jika belum diturunkan ke dalam Indikator PencapaianKompetensi (IPK).Fakta di lapangan para guru masih banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusunIPK. Ada banyak faktor penyebab problema guru menyusun IPK. Juga banyak bentuk problema gurumenyusun IPK. Problema guru dalam penyusunan IPK ini tentunya berefek terhadap proses pembelajarandan penilaiannya. Karena IPK mengandung muatan kompetensi dan materi tertentu. Jika IPK yangberupa kata kerja operasionalnya tidak tepat maka materinya bisa tidak tepat, model pembelajarannyatidak pas, juga metodenya tidak tepat. Problema guru dalam penyusunan IPK ini harus menjadiperhatian oleh para widyaiswara dalam kegiatan kediklatan. Artinya, menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabwidyaiswara untuk melakukan pencerahan secara mantab dan terus menerus terhadap para guru ketikaada diklat yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran. Juga perlu menjadikan problema penyusunan IPK inisebagai program diklat yang lebih massif dan intensif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe whether Collaborative Assistance can improve the ability of English teachers in compiling multiple choice questions. This study uses a qualitative research method with a school action research approach because this research was carried out based on the findings of problems in the field. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The results obtained were an increase in the ability of English teachers in compiling multiple choice questions. The results of cycle 1, theaverage score of 84.4 and the results of cycle 2 increased by 93.1.

Abstract

The curriculum functions as the heart of education (curriculum is the heart of education) so that the2017 revised 2013 curriculum characterized by 21st century learning gives greater attention toeducation. The new pattern of education is expected to be able to produce graduates who have characterand are ready to face challenges in the future, but in practice teachers still find it difficult to integratecharacters in learning, so learning still emphasizes substance or teaching material to pursue learningtargets.This study aims to determine the competencies of the participants in the thematic learning training inimplementing learning, while the method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which is preceded bya quantitative approach. The use of these two approaches can be combined in order to produce more perfectconclusions. The results of this study can be described the ability of respondents taken from class 1 andgrade 4 teachers have ”good ” ability in learning practice with a percentage value of 75.7 %Recommended for MI Substantive Technical Learning Training participants in order to further enhancetheir abilities and are expected to add insight by learning the latest 2013 curriculum regulations, especiallyin managing learning.

Abstract

This research is based on the weak competence of MTs science teachers in conducting integrated sciencelearning so there is a need for on-site training that provides learning resources for the development ofintegrated science competencies for MTs teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the potentialof the Dlundung Forest Area as a learning resource for MTs science teachers and to find out the integratedscience competencies of MTs teachers that could be developed in training in the Dlundung Forest Area. Thistype of research includes ideas. Sources of ideas were obtained from literature studies and surveys conductedin the Dlundung Trawas Forest Area. The results of the study are as follows: a) The Dlundung Trawas ForestArea has the potential as a learning resource for the development of integrated science competencies for MTsteachers. The Dlundung waterfall area is equipped with heterogeneous forests, organic farming, rabbit parks,campgrounds, waterfalls and rivers, b) There are many integrated science competencies of MTs teachers thatcan be developed through activities in the Dlundung Forest Area.

Abstract

Evaluation or Exam is an activity that is inseparable from the activity of teaching and learning carried out bythe teacher. Evaluation in the learning process has a very important role because from the evaluation, theteacher will get information about the level of competency of the students, the level of effectiveness of alesson. For this reason teachers need to be given competencies to develop an adequate evaluation tool sothat they can provide the right picture. The focus of this research is 1] How is the effectiveness of testsdestraction developed by Diklat participants ? 2] How is the level of difficulty indext of the test ? 3] Howis the quality of the descrimination index of the test ? This research method uses a Descriptive approach,with the subjects of the study were 35 English Teachers training participants. While the data collectiontechniques used the document, the results of the Prediction Tests developed by the training participantsand it was analyzed by Anates Version 04. The results of the analysis showed that the effectiveness ofdestractions were still not good, beside that there were still too difficult and too easy tests.While theDescrimination Index were more than 50 % of the questions withbad different power.

Abstract

The researcher made preliminary observations to participants, leaders and organizers as well as somepeople who said that the implementation of Level IV Leadership Education and Training was merely anadministrative requirement for echelon IV structural officials who had or would occupy that position. Thepurpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of Level IV Leadership Education and Training inimproving operational leadership competencies at the Religious Education and Training Center in Surabaya,East Java Province. The method in this research uses descriptive study method approach quality f whichdescribes the data obtained through interviews that are matched with the results of observation anddocumentation. The role of Level IV Leadership Education and Training can be maximal in the formation ofoperational leadership competencies if the calling of participants is in accordance with the stipulatedrequirements, there is intensive and continuous coordination between the organizers of education andtraining with leaders as supervisors, mentors and coaches. guiding change projects, resource persons haveteaching competency certificates Education and leadership training from State Administration institutions,participants focus more on the implementation of change projects than carrying out the functions of theiragency activities, involving resource persons in evaluating participant evaluations at the end of educationand training activities and evaluating and monitoring project changes in the short, medium and long term.

Abstract

Today, mastery of technology or IT among educators especially in this case is the Islamic Education widyaiswara still looks low, this can be seen when the learning process in the classroom takes place, they are still confused about this especially when there are problems about IT, and this is a problem which must have a solution. This study aims to find out how urgent technology literacy is for widyaiswara Islamic Education in the Aceh Education and Training Center in the 21st Century and to know the efforts to improve technology literacy. The sample in this study was all widyaisawara PAI Balai Diklat Aceh totaling 7 people. This research includes library research and field research with the nature of descriptive-analytical research. Data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews, then after the required data collected is analyzed by deductive-inductive method. The research findings show that the culture of technology literacy among Islamic religious education lecturers is relatively low. Some efforts in increasing technology literacy for widyaiswara PAI in the 21st century are through love to read, write and research, love in the field of technology, instill the importance of technological literacy, encourage them to have books in the field of technology, instill that literacy to all sciences is God's command as stated in the Qur'an, Al-'Alaq verse 1-5.

Abstract

Learning activities are carried out to direct children to be able to learn in an interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging, and motivating way to actively participate in achieving basic competencies (KD). Teachers as educators have the main task of organizing learning activities that should be carried out effectively. To get the effectiveness of the learning process and to create superior madrasas, programs can be realized, one of which is increasing the professional competence of teachers in making UKBM through Sepev on mini MGMP. Therefore, the researcher formulated the problem of how to improve the process of teachers’ professional competence in making UKBM through SEPEV at Mini MGMP, and how to improve the results of teacher Professional Competence in making UKBM through SEPEV in Mini MGMP Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Probolinggo Academic Year 2018/2019. The results of this study were an improvement in the process, namely the score of the observation results showed that from 64 teachers that there was an increase starting from the pre-cycle, the first cycle (66.7%), and the second cycle (89.2%) and the questionnaire results showed that from 64 teachers in cycle I there were 10 teachers (15.6%) who answered “YES” and there were 54 teachers (84.4%) who answered "NO". Meanwhile, in cycle II there were 55 teachers (85.9%) who answered "YES" and there were 9 teachers (14.1%) who answered "NO". From these data, it shows that the Improvement of Teacher Professional Competence in Making UKBM through the Week of Evaluation Method (SEPEV) at Mini MGMP which is held every Saturday simultaneously at 10.00-13.00 WIB in MAN 2 Probolinggo City has been achieved.
