Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the teaching quality of teachers through the Up Grading learning model, especially in elementary schools assisted by the 05 Kopang cluster. This research method used action research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques (observation), field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the Up Grading learning model conception development was able to improve the quality of teacher teaching. The results of this study indicate that Up Grading Learning has a positive impact on improving teacher performance. This can be seen from the more stable students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher (learning mastery increases from cycles I, II, and III) which are 65.00%, 75.00%, and 85.00%, respectively. In cycle III, classical student learning completeness has been achieved. This research was successful because there was an increase with the research success criteria of 10% per cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the Team Achievement Division (STAD) type on the activities and science learning outcomes of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungbumi. The quantitative approach was used with a quasi-experimental technique where the control group was not chosen at random. The instruments in this study were questionnaires, observation sheets, and tests. This study uses data analysis with the t-test formula. Based on the analysis of the data, it was concluded that there was an effect of the cooperative learning model of the Team Achievement Division (STAD) type on the activities and learning outcomes of Science Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungbumi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using interactive multimedia and learning styles on students' English learning outcomes. The research approach is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type. The subject of this research is class XI private high school in Driyorejo - Gresik sub-district in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The sample was taken using purposive cluster sampling by considering the characteristics of the school and obtained two schools, namely SMA Raden Fatah as the control group and SMA AL-Furqon as the experimental group. The number of SMA Raden Fatah students is 36 students while SMA AL-Furqon is 39 students. In the learning process, the control group used powerpoint presentation media and the experimental group used flash-based interactive multimedia learning. The research data were collected through a learning style identification test and a student learning outcome test. Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS 24 for windows program, with a two-way ANOVA test at a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study are that there is an effect of the use of interactive multimedia learning between groups of students with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles together on students' English learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to manage the learning of subject teachers through continuous individual supervision. The research method used is school action research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation and checklists. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the classroom management competence of subject teachers increases from cycle to cycle, in the pre-cycle the average value of the pedagogic competence of 15 teachers is 80%. In the first cycle the number of teachers who made the syllabus and lesson plans was 33% and 27%, in the second cycle there was an increase in the number of teachers' syllabus and lesson plans by 80% and 87%, while the competence of teachers in compiling the syllabus and lesson plans increased to 87%. Thus, through individual supervision, subject teachers can improve the ability to manage learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an e-booklet media based on flipbook maker on career identification material for class XI students at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon. The method used is the R&D method. This development research uses the steps developed by Borg & Gall. There are three subjects in this study, namely material experts, media experts, and 30 students of class XI Marketing Department of Marketing. The instrument used is a validation sheet that is tested on media experts, material experts, and student responses. Based on the results of research that has been carried out at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon, it can be concluded that the development of flipbook maker-based e-booklet media has an average value of 89.28% which is categorized as very feasible with details of the percentage of media experts of 90.6%, material experts of 93.7%, and student responses of 83.56% so that the media is included in the appropriate category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the demonstration learning method on the learning outcomes of class X students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatullah Mataram in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is a quantitative research using a two-group post test design type of experiment. The data collection technique in this study used the test as the main method with observation and documentation as a complementary method using the t-test formula. The population in this study amounted to 55 students. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling with a total of 55 students. In accordance with the results obtained, the t-count is smaller than the t-table value (1.714 < 2.101) which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected which reads: there is no effect of demonstration learning methods on the learning outcomes of class X students in fiqh subjects in Madrasahs Aliyah Hidayatullah Mataram, which is due to the limited time of class hours and there are still many students who do not concentrate and pay less attention to the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the activeness and learning outcomes of students on zakat material and its wisdom through youtube media at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Weding Demak. The research used is a classroom action research approach. The results showed that based on the results of the last recap, it appears that the learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle III have increased. In the first cycle the average results obtained were 66.36, increasing to 73.60 or 7.24% in the second cycle. In the third cycle the average value reached 76.78, an increase from the second cycle of 3.18%. From these data, it can be concluded that with the optimal application of youtube media in fiqh learning for class X Miftahul Ulum Weding Demak students can improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the pedagogic competence of subject teachers through continuous academic supervision at SMKN 2 Praya Tengah. The research method used in this research is school action research. This research consists of two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, supervision, and reflection. The data collection techniques in this study were documents, observations, and checklists, while the data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the teacher's pedagogic competence increased from cycle to cycle. In the pre-cycle the average value of the pedagogic competence of 14 teachers was 52%, in the first cycle the number of teachers who made the syllabus was 31% and the lesson plan was 31%. in the second cycle there was an increase in the number of syllabus 83% and teacher lesson plans 89%, so that the competence of teachers in compiling the syllabus and lesson plans increased to 58%, thus through academic supervision could increase the pedagogic competence of subject teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Point Counter Point learning model (opinion debate) in an effort to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes in Indonesian. This research method uses classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, each activity cycle is; planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII-2 SMP Negeri 4 Mataram, totaling 32 people. This research instrument uses observation, documentation and tests. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Point Counter Point model (opinion debate) can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes. The research data shows that the average score of students' learning motivation in the first cycle (3.38), while in the second cycle (4.31), while the learning outcomes in the first cycle (66.67) and cycle II (79.86) have exceed the established success indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a podcast as an audio-based learning resource and determine its feasibility. This research was conducted using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) on folklore material. In this study, data were collected through observation and interviews, questionnaires and tests, which were then analyzed by paired two-sample t-test. The results of the content expert's review stated that the podcast developed was appropriate. The results of the expert review of audio-based learning resources stated that it was very good, while the review of learning design experts stated that the podcast developed was in the good category. Student responses in field trials showed student responses to the product were very good, which was 92.11%. The results of the calculation of student achievement before and after using interactive multimedia based on the results of the t-test carried out gave the results of t-count = 0.001 (<a = 00.5). The average result of the posttest of students is 86.92, which is above the KKM value set at 75. This shows that the development of podcasts as an audio-based learning resource is feasible to use in the learning process for folklore material.
