FORBISWIRA , Forum Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan merupakan jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh STIE Multi Data Palembang (MDP Business School), Indonesia. Merupakan media bagi para dosen, mahasiswa, alumni, dan peneliti lainnya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan paper yang berisi perkembangan mutakhir ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi manajemen, akuntansi, dan kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship). FORBISWIRA diterbitkan pertama kali dengan edisi Volume 1 Nomor 1 pada September 2011 dengan ISSN 2089-0001 yang diperoleh dari LIPI. Jurnal ini terbit 2 (dua) kali setahun pada bulan September dan Maret. Redaksi dengan senang hati menerima artikel baik berupa publikasi hasil penelitian maupun gagasan inovatif mengenai perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Artikel yang masuk dan dapat diterbitkan bila telah melalui tahap review oleh para reviewer sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Abstract

This study was to determine the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers at Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of this study are that simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers at Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District. Partially the training variable (X1) influences the performance and work discipline (X2) influences the performance. The percentage of the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers in the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District was 72.3% while the remaining 27.7% was influenced or explained by other variables which are not included in this research model such as work motivation, work environment and leadership (Kasmir, 2016: 189)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how the feasibility study of the swallow farm business in Lalan sub-district, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra in terms of financial, marketing and technical aspects. So that it can be seen the amount of funds needed for an investment in swallow farm business. Then it was analyzed to determine the effect of these three aspects (financial, marketing, and technical aspects) on the income of swallow breeders either partially or simultaneously. In addition, it was also to determine which feasibility aspect has the most dominant influence on farmer income. The research method was a quantitative descriptive approach, there are 279 samples of 926 swallow breeder businesses. The data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression statistical analysis (t test and F test). The results of the analysis show that the financial, marketing, and technical aspects simultaneously have a significant effect on swallow breeders’ income, while partially, only the marketing and technical aspects have a significant effect. Of the three variables, the marketing aspect has the most dominant influence on the income of swallow breeders

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of Islamic bank financing and conventional bank credit on Indonesia’s inflation rate. The data used is secondary data sourced from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority for the period January 2018 - August 2020, the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the amount of Islamic bank financing has a positive but insignificant effect on inflation, while the amount of conventional bank credit has a positive and significant effect on inflation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mutations and workloads on employee performance at PT. Bank BRI Cabang Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The data used are primary data through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, mutations and workloads partially affect the work performance of employees of PT. Bank BRI Cabang Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The coefficient of the F-count value is 304,780 which is greater than the F-table value of 3.18, this means that Fcount> Ftable so that it can be concluded that mutations and workloads simultaneously influence the work performance of PT. Bank BRI Cabang Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The value of R Square is 0.923, it can be seen that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of mutation and workload variables on the ups and downs of the dependent variable, namely employee work performance of 92.3% while the remaining 7.7% is determined by other variables not included in this research model such as ability and motivation factors

Abstract

The results of this study indicate the results of multiple linear analysis as follows: y = 16.220 + 0.602 X1 +0.19 X2 + e. The value of 16.220 is work performance, the value of 0.602 is the communication variable (X1) and the value of 0.19 is the value of the job promotion variable (X2), and based on the partial test results using the t test, the results show the value of Communication (X1) 3.547. with a significant level value of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cab Palembang. Furthermore, the value of promotion (X2) - 0.281 with a significant value of 0.03 < 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Job Promotion on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cab Palembang. And from the results of research conducted to analyze the coefficient of determination, it is known that the R square value is 0.275. This means that 27.5% of the job performance variable can be explained by the communication and job promotion variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 72.5% job performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Islam teaches its people to consume halal, holy, and good foods and baverages. Consuming halal, holy and good foods and baverages is obligatory. The halalness of a food and beverage product is manifested in the form of halal certification and a halal sign accompanying a product. One of them is the pempek business in Palembang. This research uses quantitative research, the aim is to determine the influence of halal labeling on purchasing decisions with religiosity as an intervening variable. In this reseacrh, the data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 73 pempek consumers in Palembang using a saturated sample method to determine respondents’ responses to existing variables. The analysis was performed using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that halal labeling affects purchasing decisions in the pempek business in Palembang through religiosity as an intervening variable. It means that halal labeling is able to influence purchasing decisions in the pempek business in Palembang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether the knowledge variable could mediate the relationship between the PMK No. socialization variables. 44 of 2020, the ease of taking advantage of tax incentives, and awareness of taxpayer compliance. The technique of collecting data is through distributing questionnaires to UMKM in KPP Ilir Timur Palembang. The analysis technique uses path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. From the result of the path analysis, there is an indirect effect of the Socialization variable (X1) on the compliance variable (Y) through the Mediation Variable (Knowledge) of 0.144 (14.4%). The convenience variable through the knowledge variable does not have a significant effect on the compliance variable. Indirectly, the awareness variable through the knowledge variable has a significant effect on the compliance variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion on impulse buying on e-commerce Shopee with gender as a moderating variable in the form of a dummy variable. The sample of this study was 233 respondents with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and chi square. The result is that coupons have a negative and significant effect on impulse buying. variables Rebates, bonus pack, free premium gift, and event have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. The variables price-off deals, loyalty program, and gender did not have a significant effect on impulse buying. test results Chi square also support that gender has no effect on impulse buying

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of the examiner ’s knowledge, professionalism, and the sequence of audit evidence on the auditor ’s audit judgment. The research sampling was students of the Accounting Department who passed Auditing 1 and Auditing 2 of FEB UNTAN Pontianak, West Kalimantan, using the purposive sampling method on the condition that the students were able to understand the financial statement audit. Analysis of research data using the WarpPLS 7.0 tool. Research produces auditor knowledge, professionalism, and the sequence of audit evidence that has a positive effect on audit judgment is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of industrial licensing at one of the offices in the city of Pontianak, namely: Trade Micro Business Cooperative (DKUMP). The methodology used in this research is quantitative research methodology, while the approach used is a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire and distributed to 46 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the index value of the Industrial Licensing Implementation of the DKUMP Pontianak City is categorized as high.
