Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bond ratings on investment decisions, corporate governance, and firm value in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 78 companies, but after selecting the sample using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 12 companies was obtained. Secondary data was obtained from the IDX's official website, fact books, company's official website, and PEFINDO. Hypothesis testing was carried out by path analysis and Sobel test using the WarpPLS 5.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the bond rating has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Bond rating has a significant positive effect on corporate governance. Bond rating has no significant positive effect on firm value. Investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value. Corporate governance has a significant negative effect on firm value. Bond rating has an indirect positive and insignificant effect on firm value through investment decisions as an intervening variable. Bond rating has a significant negative indirect effect on firm value through corporate governance as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Family business is a legacy business that was pioneered and managed with the family, maintaining a family business is easy especially to survive and continue for generations. In this case, to be able to achieve business continuity, family companies need to make changes. Changes in management are one way to maintain the continuity of the family business. So this study aims to map the topic of change management analysis (change management) in family companies using the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) to see the development of research. Search data using the Scopus database and science direct with the results of 29 articles. Based on the mapping, it shows that the most highly discussed research focuses are corporate governance, entrepreneurship, corporate capability, and organizational development. The research method that is widely used is qualitative, namely 20 articles (69.0%). The dominant type of paper used is the evaluation research category, which is 14 articles (48.3%). The publication trend of countries that do a lot of research is Italy, which is 4 articles (13.8%) and the peak of publication is in 2021 with 7 articles (24.1%)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational climate and competence on organizational commitment. To find out and analyze the influence of organizational climate and competence on employee performance. To determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance and To determine and analyze the effect of organizational climate and competence on performance through organizational commitment. In this study, the population is non-educational employees as many as 125 civil servants and Honorer employees. While the sample used as many as 25 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is SEM. Organizational climate affects commitment. Competence affects commitment. Organizational climate has an effect on employee performance. Competence affects the performance of employees. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. AndCompetence has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2),, and Work Environment (X3), on the Performance (Y) of Employees of the Production Division of PT. Ramajaya Pramukti, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The research population was 163 people and for sampling using the slovin method were 116 people. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results show that: 1) Leadership has a significant effect on performance; 2) Compensation has a significant effect on performance; 3) Work environment has a significant effect on performance; 4) Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the determinants of Islamic stock price volatility with firm size as a moderating variable. The type of this research is quantitative research using Moderate Multivariate Analysis (MRA). Data processing using E-views 9 applications.The population in this study are companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2021. The purposive sampling technique was used, namely there were 20 companies listed on the IDX as samples. The results of this research indicate that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Asset Growth (PAT) has no effect on stock price volatility. Meanwhile, the variable Trading Volume (VP) has a positive effect on stock price volatility. In addition, the Company (Firm Size) is unable to moderate the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Asset Growth (PAT) on Stock Price Volatility and is able to moderate Trading Volume (VP) on Stock Price Volatility.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether zakat and corporate social responsibility affect the financial performance of SMEs. If you pay attention to zakat and SMEs, it is carried out by both sharia-based companies and conventional-based companies. In this case the corporate zakat in question is the zakat paid by the company from the total profit that the company generates. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique. The data obtained was processed using multiple linear analysis techniques through SPSS software. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the variable quality of zakat has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Alas Barat District, Sumbawa; (2) The corporate social responsibility variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Alas Barat, Sumbawa Keywords: Zakat, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance

Abstract

Original Local Government Revenue is an important indicator in determining the level of regional government independence in the fiscal sector. The higher  Original Local Government Revenue, more independent the region is in managing the existing potential. This study aims to determine how much the level of effectiveness of hotel taxes and restaurant taxes in Kabupaten Natuna and how big their contribution is to the Original Local Government Revenue of  Kabupaten Natuna. The hypothesis put forward in this study that hotel taxes and restaurant taxes have a significant effect on Original Local Government Revenue of  Kabupaten Natuna. The test results from this study the level of effectiveness of hotel and restaurant tax revenue in Kabupaten Natuna  from 2013 to 2020 is categorized as very effective with an achievement rate of more than 100%. The contribution of hotel tax and restaurant tax the Original Local Government Revenue to Kabupaten Natuna  for 2013 to 2020 is very small, with the highest achievement of only 0.84 percent with total revenue of Rp. 3,272,124,202, Partially the hotel tax has a positive effect on Original Local Government Revenue of Kabupaten Natuna, as well as the restaurant tax which has a positive effect on Original Local Government Revenue of Kabupaten Natuna for 2013 to 2020. Simultaneously hotel taxes and restaurant taxes have a positive effect on Original Local Government Revenue of Kabupaten Natuna for 2013 to 2020

Abstract

In this technological age, many people choose to buy and sell through online shopping applications. Students in the class of 2023 belong to generation Z, which is more interested in shopping through apps than previous generations. Shopee is one of the marketplaces that Gen Z finds appealing. As a result, the goal of this study is to determine what factors influence student shopping interest in the Shopee application. As a sample, students majoring in Management from the class of 2021 are used in this study. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression. According to the findings of this study, the discount discount and ease of shopping variables had a significant impact on student shopping interest in the Shopee application. Then, the discount variable and the convenience of shopping simultaneously influence student shopping interest in the Shopee application.

Abstract

This research is to find out how big the acceptance level of KPPN Pangkalpinang employees to HR management application through HRIS which applies in all units of the Ministry of Finance. The use of this application has been in effect since 2015 and has become mandatory starting in 2018. The change from the old system to the new / conventional to the digital era certainly has an impact on its users. This application system certainly has a significant effect. The qualitative method was chosen by the authors plus phenomology which was carried out directly on the Pangkalpinang KPPN employees. The results showed that out of 10 respondents only 1 person felt familiar/could operate and knew all the features available and 9 other people could operate the application but did not know all the available features. The analysis used using fishbone analysis shows that the level of acceptance of employees is good enough so that it is only necessary to increase awareness of employees.
