Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Perusahaan yaitu efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 hingga 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, sehingga didapat 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk model regresi 1 bahwa variabel (1) efisiensi modal kerja (CCC) berpengaruh negative terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (2) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan (3) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan (4) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil untuk model regresi 2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel (1)efisiensi modal kerja (perputaran piutang) tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (2) efisiensi modal kerja (perputaran persediaan) berpengaruh positif terhadap profiabilitas perusahaan. (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (4) Leverage berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. (5) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

In building leadership skills, one of the things that is needed is how to establish a leader relationship with employees so that they can produce better performance in the business. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) theory argues that the most effective leadership process arises when leaders and employees cultivate mature, high-quality relationships, not only on the job but also soial-emotional. This research was conducted using qualitative methods to find out how the quality of the relationship between leaders and employees in the family business, Family Handicraft in Tasikmalaya. Conducted through semi-structured interviews to find out in depth and explore the condition of leadership. The results revealed that the leadership conditions in the Family Handicraft family business are of high quality resulting in good business performance amid the Covid-19 Pandemic conditions, characterized by high production demand for exports to Japan in 2021. Abstract

Mencapai keberlangsungan bisnis menjadi tujuan utama bagi pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, namun di masa pandemi Covid-19 terdapat banyak tantangan untuk mencapai keberlangsungan bisnis. Sehingga pemimpin bisnis perlu menentapkan strategi yang tepat agar proses bisnis dapat terus berlanjut. Dalam hal ini gaya kepemimpinan akan sangat mempengaruhi arah gerak perusahaan, sehingga untuk menciptakan keberlangsungan bisnis diperlukan pemimpinan yang mampu memahami tujuan perusahaan. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan anlisis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mencapai keberlangsungan bisnis pada salah satu satu Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kota Tanjung Pinang, yaitu Citra Sari Snack dan Catering. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur untuk memperoleh informasi akurat dan juga data primer dari objek penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemilik Citra Sari menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan untuk mencapai keberlangsungan bisnis dilakukan dengan cara menentukan tujuan, memperbaharui strategi, menciptakan inovasi, dan berani mengambil resiko

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia yang ialah industri penyedia layanan jasa jaringan komunikasi secara lengkap. PT. Telkom Indonesia mengklaim dirinya disaat ini ialah salah satu industri yang terbanyak melayani jasa telekomunikasi serta informasi. Prosedur riset yang digunakan merupakan prosedur deskriftif analisis, ialah dengan metode menggambarkan secara universal mengenai fakta - fakta yang ditemui metode riset kepustakaan serta riset lapangan tepatnya di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Project Management T- Reg 3 Jawa Barat, Perihal ini terjalin sebab kegiatan manajemen, yang mencakup perencanaan (planning), pengarahan (leading), pengorganisasian (organizing), serta pengendalian (controlling). Pemimpin pada jenis Otokratis menurut Manager Project Telkom Regional 3 Jawa Barat dengan rating yang sangat besar ialah 9 dengan skor rating serta bobot sebesar 1, 71. Abstract

Pada 10 Maret 2020, awal mula dimulainya pandemic Covid-19 ini menyebabkan dampak yang dirasakan oleh beberapa negara, bahkan pemerintah dan masyarakat. Salah satu dampak yang dirasakan tidak hanya masalah kesehatan namun juga menyerang perekonomian di Negara contohnya UMKM sebagai sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah mengalami dampak yang parah disebabkan oleh pandemic Covid-19. Bersumber pada informasti yang diolah P2E LIPI, dampak penyusutan pariwisata terhadap UMKM yang bergerak dalam usaha makanan dan minuman mikro menggapai 27%. Sedangkan dampak terhadap usaha kecil makanan dan minuman sebesar 1,77% serta usaha menengah di angka 0,07%. Contou merupakan salah satu coffee shop yang terkena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 ini, namun hebatnya mereka bisa berjuang dalam menghadapi krisis ini sehingga pada tahun 2021 Contou masih terus beroperasi dengan strategi-strategi yang mereka buat untuk terus bertahan. Setelah memahami kelima teori diatas, owner dari Contou coffee dapat dikategorikan sebagai pemimpin yang menganut strategi adaptive leadership. Dimana, covid-19 adalah kejadian luar bisa yang tidak diprediksi sebelumnya dan mempengaruhi aktivitas di Contou coffee yang didasarkan oleh berbagai kebijakan kesehatan untuk menanggulangi covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and compensation on motivation and their impact on employee performance at the Kjesyahbandaran and Port Authority, Tanjungpinang. The study was conducted through quantitative methods with a sample size of 68. Data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively and Partial Least Squere (PLS) analysis. The results showed that employee competence had a significant effect on work motivation, compensation had a significant effect on employee work motivation, employee competence had no effect on employee performance, compensation had a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, employee competence and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Digital Dexterity on employee performance and employee willingness in Limited Liability Companies in Batam City. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach. The sample in this study were employees who worked for companies in Batam City with a total population of 657,642 employees based on data from BPS Batam City in 2021. The data collection method used in this study was to use a questionnaire. The device used was SmartPLS version 3.3.9. In this study, there are two hypotheses proposed. Then, after processing the data, it is known that the two hypotheses can be accepted. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the digital dexterity variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable. Based on the answers from the respondents, it can be seen that Limited Liability Companies in Batam City apply digital dexterity in their companies and can affect the performance of their employees. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) show that the digital dexterity variable has a significant effect on the employee's willingness variable. Based on the answers from the respondents, it can be seen that Limited Liability Companies in Batam City apply digital dexterity in their companies and can affect the willingness of their employees

Abstract

The results of this study aim to determine the effect of relationship marketing and customer value on customer loyalty Barista Coffee Shop & Roastery Tanjungpinang. The population used in this study are all consumers who have visited or consumed more than 2 times the products at Tanjung Pinang Barista Coffee Shop & Roastery. Determination of the sample in this study using the method of Accidental Sampling is a sampling technique based on chance meeting with a number of criteria that are tailored to the purpose of the study so that 96 respondents were selected who met the criteria and were involved in this study by filling out a questionnaire that had been distributed. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that relationship marketing and customer value to customer loyalty Barista Coffee Shop & Roastery Tanjungpinang. The results of this study indicate that the Relationship Marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the Customer Value variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of simultaneous testing of relationship marketing variables, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of this study can be a reference for the Tanjungpinang area to make Tanjungpinang a citybranding of culinary service providers.

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in an organization or company. All aspects related to human resources in the end also affect performance, especially in relation to employee performance, in this study the authors focus on Employee Compensation and Performance. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Jaya Abadi Cooperative. This study uses a population and a sample of 30 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire with a google form that was sent to the respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate a real and significant effect of compensation variables on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research discusses the role of BP Batam in developing investment value through promotional activities. Promotional activities carried out are a form of Public Diplomacy. Public Diplomacy is a form of the practice of introducing and marketing a resource to achieve the objectives of the National interest. In this study, it was found that BP Batam in carrying out its role in promoting Batam as an investment target area through public diplomacy has played a good role, but the results received have not been able to be successfully categorized because Batam has not been able to compete with special areas in other countries because there are still many obstacles that become home tasks every year.
