INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. Abstract

Playcubic is a start-up business enganged in mass media industry. The system that Playcubiccurrently use is still using traditional system. The system used to have the risk of losing data and fakeddata. This study aims to help business including process of uploading article, invitation sharing andpayroll sytem for freelancer. The system under development method is using prototype developmentmethod. The results of this study are an information system that can be used by Playcubic that havebeen tested with black box testing.

Abstract

Rumah Laundry Kiloan is a business that offers laundry services. This business still uses aconventional transaction system. So that the system used in Rumah Laundry Kiloan still has shortcomingsand risks. The system used has the risk of losing customer notes, damage and loss of ledgers. This studyaims to help business processes that are running at Rumah Laundry Kiloan, so that they can overcomeproblems and reduce the risks of Rumah Laundry Kiloan by building a desktop-based sales informationsystem that includes saving transactions, adding transactions, adding customer data, store customerdata, and all fields included in the transaction. The system development method used is a prototypedevelopment method. The results of this study are an information system that can be used by RumahLaundry Kiloan that have been tested with black box testing.

Abstract

Aneka Jaya Motor is company engaged in the business of selling car spare parts in Bekasi.At present Aneka Jaya Motor shop is only a shop, so the buying and selling process only occurs in theshop. Iin the current system there are many obstacles, such as the difficulty of promotion Aneka JayaMotor goods to many customers, because so far the bidding and transactions have been done manually,which only relies on the buyer to come directly to the store. In conducting this research, the type ofresearch use is qualitative research with the research method used in this research is Waterfall withsystem requirements, system analysis, system design with UML modelling and system implementationusing PHP and MySQL and tested using the blackbox testing method. The results in this study are thecreation of e-commerce information systems for selling car spare parts based website at Aneka JayaMotor store that helps the sales process and makes it easy to transact long distances with Aneka JayaMotor customers.

Abstract

SD Strada Van Lith II is an elementary school that the early establishment of Strada societysince 1924, and has branches in central Jakarta, tangerang, bekasi and east jakata. SD Strada Van LithII is a branch of east jakarta, duren palm. The problems that occur are like using whiteboards, markers,guidebooks and others so that this study aims to provide a more enjoyable learning atmosphere in thegame world, especially games that are educative. The purpose of the study is to facilitate learning andproduce instructional media-based educational game in the form of software on mathematics subjectsthat can be used as an alternative media to play while learning. The research method used in thisresearch is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The results of this study are desktop-basedapplications, that this application can provide new solutions in terms of teaching and learning activitiesand provide positive feedback for SD Strada Van Lith II.

Abstract

This research has been done on Lubuk Sikarah subdistrict office city of Solok by collectingdata because the system that used to work still not optimal. Therefore, analysis of the data collected bythe system design tool that aims to optimized IMB data processing using Java Netbean programminglanguage and database MYSQL. This research method used is a field of research, there are researchlibraries and research laboratories. Thus, it produced a new system analysis using tools such as ASI(FlowInformation System), DFD(Data Flow Diagram), ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram), and the ContextDiagram. These tools will be generated several interrelated files in a database management. And thenew system is expected to improve the quality of IMB petition data processing sistem on suddistrict ofLubuk Sikarah Office.

Abstract

Sepatan Health Center is a facility or health service agency that serves for the health of thecommunity on district Sepatan, at this place there is a pharmacy which is a container medicine. As afunction of accelerating and facilitate the activities of drug data management, it needs technology thatis implemented in the health service agency that is Sepatan Tangerang Health Center. The purpose ofthis research is to build the Information System of Drug Inventory at Sepatan Tangerang Public HealthCenter with web based by using Prototype development method which starts with flowchart analysis,design using UML Diagram and PHP programming language and MySQL database and test with BlackBox. The result of this research is a Drug Inventory Information System that can perform the process ofdrug data input transactions, receipt transactions, location change transactions, expense transactionsand booking transactions and generate a good report of each transaction made.

Abstract

The impact of advances in Information and Communication Technology include the use ofmultimedia facilities in teaching and learning activities. At present teaching materials and evaluationtools in the form of multimedia-based applications are widely used, ranging from formal educationto elementary, secondary, higher and non-formal education. Evaluation of learning in the form ofexaminations or tests is one of the measuring tools used by teachers to test the success of teachingand learning activities, but there are still many who have not utilized information and communicationtechnology in the form of multimedia devices even though facilities have been provided by theinstitutions where they work. In general, the Teachers prefer to use conventional media in the formof question papers compared to multimedia-based questions, this is what inspires writers to createmultimedia-based ICT Lesson evaluation applications using Adobe Flash. The objectives of this studyare: (1) helping elementary school teachers provide evaluation questions, (2) making it easier forGrade 1 children in working on evaluation questions, The research method used is the Prototypingprocess model. The results of this study are an application of learning evaluation based on multimediaanimation, published in national journals that are not accredited.

Abstract

PT. Sentra Kemika Persada is a company engaged in chemicals. PT. Sentra Kemika Persada is one of the importers and distributors of chemicals in Indonesia. So far, the decision to procure chemical goods at PT. Sentra Kemika Persada is still done manually, which is only by estimating the need for procurement of goods in the future without a clear or approximate calculation. In addition, checking the stock in the warehouse is still done manually, so it is difficult to get real time inventory reports and determine when PT. Sentra Kemika Persada must procure chemicals. The algorithm used in this study is TOPSIS with an accuracy rate of 75% and an error rate of 25%

Abstract

Researcher used patient data spread across two residential areas, namely sector 1 and sector2. The research data consisted of four explanatory variables, namely: the age of the patient, the class ofpatients found in the hospital, the patient’s area of residence, and the findings of the disease suffered by the patient. Class, sector, and disease variables are variables categorized into categories 0 and 1. The researcher considers the dummy variables discussed in the explanatory variable variables. Category 0 indicates that the sample does not meet the criteria in the category. Choosing, category 1 shows that the sample meets the criteria in the category. Next, the researcher will estimate the explanatory parameter variables and dummy variables, then do the partial test to get the parameter significance and model it using the Binary Logistic Regression Model. Abstract

The study was conducted to measure the level of capability of the academic information system towards the achievement of the university’s vision and mission. The researcher examined the impact that occurred on the university regarding the level of capability of the academic information system. The focus of this study is about effectiveness, efficiency, functional information technology units in academic information systems, integrity, saveguarding assets, reliability, confidentiality, availability and security. The researcher conducts literature studies, interviews, distributing questionnaires, examines documents and analyzes the results of questionnaire dissemination and document checking to obtain actual values from the level of capability of academic information systems and factors that affect academic information systems. The researcher processes the statistical data in the form of validity and reliability tests. Researchers use the COBIT 5 framework on 1 domain, namely the Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) domain to conduct research on the capabilities of academic information systems. The results of the study are in the form of recommendations for solutions for improving the capabilities of academic information systems at universities.
