Abstract

SOP is a procedure or stage that is standardized and must be passed to complete a particular work process and is part of the nurses' skills in applying their knowledge. Injuries are a break in the continuity of a tissue caused by an injury or surgical process. The wound healing process is influenced by several factors, one of which is wound management such as wound care. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between the level of nurse obedience to SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) wound care with the wound healing process after surgery. This type of study was a correlation with using cross sectional design. The samples in this study were 20 nurses and 20 patients by using purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted in the RSUD dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. The results of study indicated that the level of nurse obedience in the very obedient category was (40%) and the results of observations in the wound healing process were (55%) at the level of the category that was not good. After statistical tests by using the Spearman Rank test obtained P value of 0.032 <(0.05). The conclusion of this study, that there was correlation between the level of nurse obedience to SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) wound care with wound healing process after surgery. Abstract

Background : Communication is a general term that refers to a more specific term, A group of individuals to communicate various ideas and information. Flashcard media is a media card with picture that are useful for increasing vocabulary and learning words every day by using flashcard games. He flashcard have benefits for children, including learning as early as possible, developing memory, practicing concentration skill and improving vocabulary. Purpose : The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of flashcard media (picture cards) on the ability communication for autistic children. Method : The study method was pre-experimental with one group pretest and posttest without control designs. The number of samples in this study were 12 autistic children. Result : The results of the study by using the Paired T-Test, the average increase value obtained with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. Conclution: The conclusion of this study, that there was an influence of flashcard media (picture cards) on the communication skills of autistic children. It was recommended for further researchers that this flashcard media (picture card) can be used as an alternative for health promotion media for children with special needs autism.

Abstract

Background: Surgery is the act of opening or showing body parts by cutting and closing them again by suturing the wound as an invasive treatment carried out by the medical team. Surgery is divided into two, namely Major Surgery and Minor Surgery. Surgery can cause discomfort or pain, one of the non-pharmacological techniques is murottal al-quran therapy. Objective: Knowing the application of listening therapy to the al-quran reading to reduce pain intensity in postoperative clients. Methods: This type of research is a literature review, namely a description of the theory, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as the basis for research activities to formulate a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. Results: The researchers concluded based on these 5 journals that the murottal al-quran technique was effective in reducing pain levels in the postoperative period. Conclusion: Based on the five journals that have been presented, it is found that the murottal al-quran technique can reduce the level of pain intensity in postoperative clients.

Abstract

Background: The basic needs of the patient include physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Spiritual needs are provided to patients in the ICU through spiritual care services. Spiritual care is a practice and procedure performed by nurses on patients to fulfill the patient's spiritual needs through prayer, prayer, dhikr etc. Purpose: This study aims to explore nurses' perceptions of patients' spiritual needs. Method: The method used in this research is to use qualitative descriptive exploration. Results: Qualitative data analysis using NVivo Plus Twelve resulted theme is the patient's spiritual needs, consisting of two categories, namely giving and fulfillment. Conclusion: Spiritual needs are basic needs needed by patients in the ICU

Abstract

Asthma is characterized by chronic inflammation of the airways involving various mediators and interrelated inflammatory cells resulting in physiological and structural changes in the airways. Asthma treatment aims to make asthma controllable. Controllable asthma is an asymptomatic state of asthma. Breathing relaxation has many techniques including using a blowing balloon technique (inflating a balloon). The purpose of this case study is to determine the effectiveness of giving blowing balloon therapy to asthma patients with a diagnosis of ineffective breathing pattern. The method used in this research is descriptive observation method with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were 3 patients with asthma aged 13-50 years, suffering from asthma for more than 3 months, recurrence frequency 2 times/week and willing to be respondents. Therapy was carried out 5 times. The study was conducted for 2 weeks in February 2021. The results of the case study showed that the three patients gave a positive response and experienced a decrease in respiration. The average respiratory frequency of patients 21-23x/minute with complaints of reduced shortness of breath. Blowing balloon therapy to stabilize the respiratory rate of asthma patients

Abstract

Asma salah satu gangguan pada sistem pernapasan yang ditandai dengan sesak napas, batuk dan mengi. Salah satu penatalaksanaan yang bisa dilakukan pada pasien asma adalah dengan tindakan nonfarmakologis pursed lips breathing. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pursed lips breathing dalam terhadap peningkatan Arus Puncak Ekspirasi (APE) pada pasien asma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment pretest-posttest with control group. Jumlah subyek penelitian 20 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 10 kelompok intervensi dan 10 kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran APE menggunakan philips respironics peak flow meter. Data dianalisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan APE pasien asma. Diharapkan perawat mengaplikasikan pursed lips breathing sebagai intervensi keperawatan mandiri pasien asma. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian terkait pursed lips breathing pada pasien asma.

Abstract

Abstrak Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit metabolisme yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar gula darah yang tinggi melebihi batas normal dan masih menjadi masalah global dengan kesakitan dan kematian yang tinggi di berbagai negara terutama di Negara berkembang. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk menerapkan hubungan self care terhadap kualitas hidup pada pasien Diabetes Melitus. Metode penelitian ini dengan studi literature review yaitu mengulas dan menganalisa jurnal - jurnal yang berhubungan dengan self care terhadap kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus, jurnal yang ditemukan melalui google cendekia dalam rentang tahun 2015-2020 dan terdapat 4 jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan dari 4 jurnal yang direview dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan self care terhadap kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus (p<0,05). Self care yang dilakukan kurang baik seperti, tidak menjaga pola makan, makan-makanan sembrangan, minum obat tidak teratur, jarang mengecek kadar gula darah, tidak melakukan perawatan kaki dan tidak melakukan kegiatan seperti aktifitas fisik, maka akan memberikan dampak negatif bagi kualitas hidup pasien DM. Peneliti menyarankan agar petugas kesehatan rumah sakit dan puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pngetahuan untuk masyarakat yang menderita diabetes mellitus melalui kegiatan promkes secara langsung atau pun tidak langsung serta perlunya home visit untuk menjangkau langsung masyarakat yang menderita diabetes mellitus.
