Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price perception, promotion of purchasing decisions in the 6 th grade tematik book at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires. The method used to take samples in this study is the census method with a total sample of 100 respondents or a grade 6 SD teacher. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis test. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 16. The results obtained in the form of product related to purchasing decisions in the 6 th grade tematik book at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia. While price perception dan promotion is significant and positive for purchasing decisions in the 6 th grade tematik book at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted aimed at assessing or evaluating managemen performance from the Management Audit aspect in supporting the economization of efficiency, and effectiveness at PT. BPR Rambi Artha Putra. The research method used in this study is q qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that examining the company’s operational activities using managemen audits, human resource management audits and marketing management audits has supported the company’s effectiveness and efficiency but has not supported the company’s economics, and financial management audits have supported the company’s economy efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of the determination of the selling price and promotion of the sales volume at Foni Tissue Agent Surabaya. The data in the form of a sales report in 2019. The company must have a good selling price and promotion to get an increase in sales every month by the company. The method used to collect data is observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study are based on sales data from Foni Tissue Agent Surabaya in 2019, increasing sales every month. Thus it can be concluded that the analysis of selling prices and promotion of sales volume in Foni Tissue Agent Surabaya can be said to be successful. This is evidenced by the increase in sales every month in 2019.

Abstract

This research is to find out the sales accounting information system in Kingdom Street Food and then designed a sales accounting information system suitable for Kingdom Street Food. Data collection methods consisted of: interviews, observations, and observations. The research method used was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Sales accounting information system at Kingdom Street Food still using a manual system (2) The functions involved in the sales accounting information system are frontliner, kitchen , bar, cashier, and accounting. (3) The documents used in the sales accounting information system are sales orders and struck notes. (4) The records used in the sales accounting information system are sales records . (5) Sales accounting information system procedures include recording, processing and presentation of orders next with receipt of payment and recording. (6) System development includes: (a) Database design (b) system model design. .

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of consumer behavior on the use of the MyPertamina application in purchasing Pertalite and Pertamax fuel oil at Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) in Surabaya. The data studied is the behavior of gas station consumers who use the MyPertamina application when purchasing fuel. Consumers have different behaviors for each individual in making purchasing decisions. This is a demand for business actors to continue to innovate in the all-electronic business world, especially in the field of payments which has become the main trend today. The object of this research is consumers who purchase fuel with the payment method using the MyPertamina application at gas stations in Surabaya. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that consumer behavior has a significant influence on fuel purchases using the MyPertamina application at gas stations in Surabaya.

Abstract

the Marketing Strategy in the Macho Business in Mojokerto City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with the owner. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the marketing strategy analysis show an increase in total sales from year to year and are used as a reference for the effectiveness of marketing strategies in competition between boba beverage companies. and by doing a marketing strategy for contemporary boba drinks, what you have to do is to build good and intense communication with potential buyers, consumers, or customers. With good interaction, it will certainly increase engagement and can keep consumers from choosing to buy boba beverage products and the number of Boba beverage brands in Indonesia has been eaten by fierce competition between brands. In response to the competition, they also formulated a marketing strategy to highlight their branding. Their common strategy is to use social media and innovate their boba drinks.

Abstract

Fundamental analysis is an approach that is often used in predict stock prices movement, The issue raised in this study is how the influence of the ROA, ROE, and NPM against stock prices of mining companies coal sub sector listed on the stock exchange in 2018-2019. The Population in this study were mining companies coal sub sector listes on the stock exchange in 2018-2019 a many 32 company. Sample in this research 21 company and using proporsionate random sampling and data collection in this research using secondary data were data quantitative which calculate using ratio analysis. Analysis Result on this study showing return on assets (ROA) has positif significantly on stock prices with coefficient 0.929 or 9,29%. Based on the calculate t-table showing that Return of Equity (ROE) Positif not Significantly result on stock stock prices with coefficient 0.054 or 5,4% as well as from the result of this study showing that Net Profir Margin (NPM) has Positive Significantly on stock prices with Coefficient -,0.306 or 30,6%.
