Abstract

This study aims to analyze the history of the entry of Islam in Kalimantan and Islamic educational institutions in West Kalimantan before and after independence. This research method uses a literature review. The primary data source is the history book of Islam in Kalimantan. Secondary data sources use references to journals, books, and magazines relevant to this research study. The results of this study indicate that the entry of Islam into West Kalimantan is not known for certain, there are still many differences of opinion from various groups, including that Islam first entered West Kalimantan in the 15th century, and there is also an opinion that Islam entered West Kalimantan in the 15th century. 16. The first areas in West Kalimantan that were previously thought to have received a touch of Islam were Pontianak, Matan, and Mempawah. Another center for the spread of Islam in West Kalimantan is near Muara Sambas. It is estimated that Islam entered this area in the sixteenth century brought by people from Johor, following later the kingdom of Johor conquered the Sambas area. Islamic education in Kalimantan was pioneered by Madrasatun Najah wal Falah, founded in 1918 AD, and this became the inspiration for establishing other Ibtidaiyah and Tsanawiyah madrasas. Among them are: Islamic College Madrasah (Assulthaniah) in Sambas, Al-Raudlatul Islamiyyah in Pontianak, Junior Islamic High School (SMIP) in Banjarmasin, Amuntai Islamic Normal Madrasa, and many other madrasas, such as Imad Darussalam in Martapura, Middle School Islam in Kandangan, Al-Ashriah in Banjarmasin and others. The Islamic educational institutions in West Kalimantan before independence consisted of Madrasahtun Najah Walfalah, Madrasah As-Sultaniyah Sambas and Pontianak Islamic College. After independence consisted of the 50s Era (Madarsah Diniyah Ismail Mundu, Waqf Board al-Madrasah al-Arabiyah Islamiyah (BAWAMAI) Pontianak, Pontianak Muhammadiyah SLPT Educational Institutions), the 70s Era (Ponpes: Development of Ushuluddin Singkawang, Darul Ulum Pontianak, Baisuni Imran Sambas), the 80s (Mujahidin College, Salafi As-Salam Islamic Boarding School, Al-Falah Islamic Center Foundation, Islamic Education Institution MTs Al-Ma'arif NU Pontianak, and Baitul Atik Ketapang Islamic Boarding School), 90s Era (Ponpes ; Al-Jihad Hulu Gurung (Kapuas Hulu), Darussalam Sekubang (Mempawah), Al-Ma'arif NU Sintang, Khulafaurrasyidin (Pontianak), and Matala'u Anwar (Pontianak).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the issue of character education as a hot topic of discussion in the world of education, including the world of Islamic education in Indonesia. The formation of student character in Islamic educational institutions such as madrasas is a good thing to do. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review. The results of this study indicate that madrasas play a role in producing smart students in science and character and personality. Through the example of Islamic figures and scholars discussed in Islamic Cultural History learning, especially the patience, persistence, and fortitude of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, his companions, scholars, and major figures in Islam so that several characters are built for students such as religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, independent, social care and hard work

Abstract

Der Hintergrund des Problems ist, wie MTs Al Mubarok Subang, West-Java, den Herausforderungen des Fortschritts und der Veränderung in der transformativen Bildung zum Besseren begegnet. Der Zweck dieser Forschung ist es, eine Lösung zu finden, um das Problem der transformativen PAI-Bildung zu überwinden.Die Forschung verwendet qualitative Forschung. Die Forschung wurde in MTs Al Mubarok, Subang, West-Java, durchgeführt. Die Befragten sind Schulleiter, Lehrerverwaltung. Schüler und Eltern von Schülern. Primärdaten von Befragten, die nach transformativer PAI-Bildung gefragt wurden. Die Forschungstechnik verwendet Interviews, Beobachtung und Dokumentation. Sekundäre Daten werden aus Büchern und Alphabetisierung gewonnen.Die Ergebnisse der Forschung zeigen, dass die Konzepte und Ziele transformativer Bildung spirituelle Intelligenz (Olah Hati), emotionale Intelligenz (Olah Rasa), intellektuelle Intelligenz (Olah Pikir) sind Zu den Hindernissen, denen man gegenübersteht, gehört der Mensch (Menschen), dessen Qualität noch nicht zufriedenstellend ist. Geld (Geld): Finanzen, die immer noch begrenzt sind und nicht in der Lage waren, die Anforderungen an eine überlegene und qualitativ hochwertige Bildung zu erfüllen. Methode (Methode): Bildungsmethoden, die nicht vielfältig und weniger kreativ sind, so dass der Bildungsprozess weniger effektiv ist. Maschinen (Werkzeuge): pädagogische Unterstützungsausrüstung, die noch begrenzt ist, damit nur das verwendet wird, was verfügbar ist. Schülermaterialien, die zu Bildungsinputs werden, unterliegen aufgrund persönlicher, familiärer und gemeinschaftlicher Bedingungen ebenfalls vielen Beschränkungen

Abstract

The background of the problem is SDIT Al Bina Purwakarta, West Java, has a PAI Transformative Education Program to educate students. according to Plural intelligence. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of Transformative Multiple Intelligence Education. The methodology used is qualitative to get an overview of the principal respondents, teachers, administration and students as well as parents of students. student. Data analysis techniques can be obtained by way of interview. observation and documentation . Primary data can be obtained from the principal, Administration. Teachers, students and parents. secondary data can be obtained from books and documentation. The results of the research of SDIT Al Bina Purwakarta students, West Java, improve Transormative PAI education in Multiple Intelligence through curriculum reform, planning and implementation as well as evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing, word of mouth mediated by customer satisfaction and customer loyalty with a case study of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. This research uses structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data collected using a questionnaire from consumers who have used PT. Indonesian Railways at least 1 time Before the pandemic and at least 1 time during the pandemic, the respondents collected in this study were 251 respondents. The method used is the Stuctural Equation Model with AMOS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and word of mouth, while customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and word of mouth, however. customer loyalty has a positive but not significant effect on word of mouth. Meanwhile, the relationship between experiential marketing and word of mouth mediated by customer satisfaction and customer loyalty got significant results and the relationship between customer satisfaction and word of mouth mediated by customer loyalty got significant results.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon Dana Desa (DD), which is given so large, then it must be managed as well as possible. Where in the implementation of rural development programs with village funds also must involve the community, so that people feel kamajuan village-managed funds of the village. For the creation of self-sufficient village then the increase of the economic potential of the village-based society should be raised. In the improvement of the economy of the village then required the involvement of the community around especially in especially in the rural development and empowerment of village communities. Empowerment as a process of developing, self-reliance,and menswadayakan. The purpose of this study is to understand the management of the village fund and to analyze the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the development of the economy. This study is prepared based on the field research (field research) by using a qualitative approach. While the technique of data collection using observation and interview, and dig through the primary data source and secondary data sources. Then once the data is collected, then analyzed by using the method of inductive and descriptive analytical. The results of this research budget comes from the state BUDGET, which named Dana Desa (DD) should be maximized in order to the construction of the village to be better. Effective development is development that meets the expectations of beneficiaries of rural development, more so in the economic development of the Village. With it results in the formulation of the problem is (1) the Management of the use of Village Funds is the activity that is designed to village development and community empowerment. With the hope of getting welfare and the evenness of the development of the village. (2) Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the Development of the Economy is a success against the empowerment of the community in the development of the economy, so that people can feel the success of the planning of the management of the village fund the development of the economy of the village; the economic Development or community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Baznas Kabupten Sambas in the distribution of zakat as an effort to alleviate poverty (2) The impact of distribution of zakat funds as an effort to alleviate poverty in Sambas Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Descriptive method is intended that researchers explain the strategy and impact of distribution of zakat by Baznas Sambas Regency in alleviating poverty. This research is a field research with research setting in Baznas, Sambas Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique adopted by the researcher is data analysis, data reduction, data categorization, data interpretation and conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the credibility of the data, the researchers extended the observation time, and increased persistence in research. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Baznas in Sambas Regency is quite beneficial for the community. This institution has collaborated with the government in tackling increasingly complex social and poverty problems, especially for the mustahik, so that they are able to grow and develop the community with a persistent, professional entrepreneurial spirit and make them muzzaki. Some of the strategies that have been planned by BAZNAS in Sambas Regency have been implemented well and some have not been implemented, namely poverty programs that directly touch the poor through productive programs. The BAZNAS program in Sambas Regency has poverty programs such as: productive businesses, house renovations, and scholarships. However, the program encountered problems with the lack of zakat funds collected. BAZNAS Sambas Regency has implemented productive zakat even though it is still not evenly distributed and is more distributed through consumptive zakat whereas through productive zakat, it is very influential in reducing poverty. With the existence of zakat where the distribution of ZIS funds is given to mustahik so that the person concerned can be independent and develop his business, it is an alternative that needs to be continuously developed for community empowerment. However, care is needed in selecting Mustahik candidates in the hope that the funds will be used for their real interests. And as an alternative to the distribution of ZIS funds for productive businesses, the prospects are quite promising and significant in the future.

Abstract

The main problems of this research are 1) What is the perception of Civil Servants of the Ministry of Religion in Sambas Regency giving performance allowances? 2) What is the view of Islamic Economics on the provision of performance allowances for Civil Servants of the Ministry of Religion in Sambas Regency? This type of research uses field research that uses qualitative descriptive data, namely research whose data is extracted through observations. The data sources in this study are Civil Servants of the Ministry of Religion in Sambas Regency. Data collection methods used are interviews, documentation, reference tracing. Data collection and management techniques were carried out by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that the provision of performance allowances to Civil Servants of the Ministry of Religion in Sambas Regency mostly experienced an increase in performance and level of discipline which can be seen from two aspects, namely absenteeism and daily performance reports. And most of them are in accordance with the Islamic view, this is because the benefits provided are in accordance with the employee's performance. The implication of this research is that Civil Servants of the Ministry of Religion in Sambas Regency should increase supervision of their employees so that they pay more attention to their duties and responsibilities so that the implementation of the main duties of employees can run well. Therefore, employees should make allowances as motivation to work. This journal is a template for writers. All components needed by a journal such as title, abstract, introduction, and so on have been exemplified here. So just use it by piling it up.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics is a moral reference as part of the form of Akhlaqul Karimah in sharia-based business. Islamic business norms and ethics are based on good faith and mutual pleasure ('an taradhin) between parties while still adhering to the halal and toyib aspects. In carrying out business activities, al-Ghazali and Yusuf Qardhawi emphasize to always be guided by Islamic business ethics. The formulation of the problem in this thesis research is how al-Ghazali thinks about Islamic business ethics, how al-Ghazali thinks about Islamic business ethics and how is the comparison (similarity/difference) between al-Ghazali's thoughts and Yusuf Qardhawi's. In the preparation of this thesis the author uses data collection techniques in the form of library research, as the approach is used a comparative approach. Researchers used qualitative data analysis, namely data that cannot be measured or assessed with numbers directly. The result of the discussion that according to al-Ghazali and Yusuf Qardahwi, ethics (morality) is the mental state that is the source of the birth of an act in which the act was born spontaneously, easily, without calculating the benefits. In carrying out business activities, al-Ghazali and Yusuf Qardhawi emphasized to always be guided by Islamic business ethics, al-Ghazali broadly classifies them into 8 ethics, namely: 1) Business activities must be based on elements of fairness, goodness, virtue and the absence of displeacure 2) There must be clarity between businesses 3) Fostering good business relationships and trusts 4) Receivables payables must be settled immediately before the agreed time 5) Reduce margins by selling cheaper, and in turn increase profits 6) Business activities not only to pursue world profits alone , 7) Keep away from syubhat transactions, and 8) Gain profit with existing risk considerations. While Yusuf Qardhawi classified it into 4 Ethics, namely: 1) Ethics in the field of Production, 2) Ethics in the field of Consumption, 3) Ethics in the field of Circulation, and 4) Ethics in the field of Distribution. The actualization of al-Ghazali's thinking on business ethics and its role in the National economy is that the main principle in the formulation of Islamic economics is towards maslahah. Meanwhile, Yusuf Qardhawi sees that contemporary businesses contribute greatly in answering ethical issues in doing business comprehensively. In his thinking reflected that the business ethics that he initiated is a form of business professionalism that will always maintain business continuity.

Abstract

The educational process cannot be separated from changes that occur both in the cognitive, effective and psychomotor domains. However, from these changes there are permanent changes and some are independent of the education provided to students, either through education in the family, school or community. Currently, the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is being practiced by combining existing learning in schools and Islamic boarding schools, and seeing how the integration model has been developed and the collaboration of Curriculum 2013 subjects in Islamic religious education subjects in particular and Islamic boarding schools in the Al-Islamic Integrated Junior High School. Furqon Tebas. Given the learning of Islamic subjects is a core learning because it is related and has implications for everyday life, so it is necessary to establish the values of spiritual attitudes that can be integrated in the subjects and the teaching and learning process. In relation to this, it is necessary to have an educational institution that collaborates between religious education and general education based on pesantren.
