Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan pentingnya inovasi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik. Multiple Intelligences MI (kecerdasan majemuk) adalah sebagian kecil inovasi di bagian pendidikan sebagai jawaban atas pembagian kecerdasan yang hanya terpacu pada intellectual, spiritual dan emosiaonal. Multiple Intelligences membagi kecerdasan pada anak menjadi delapan sehingga dengan pembagian tersebut minat dan bakat peserta didik sekaligus potensinya tergali secara terarah dan tersalurkan. MI banyak di terapkan di lembaga-lembaga sekolah, yang bersifat formal akan tetapi bangsa ini lupa dengan pendidikan yang mencetak banyak ulama` yaitu pesantren. dengan demikian seharusnya pesantren menjadi perhatian serius untuk pengembangan santri/peserta didik. Dan dengan adanya inovasi pendidikan ini semoga menjadi sedikit solusi untuk pendidikan di negeri ini.

Abstract

This literature study was conducted to find out: Analysis of Human Resource Management in Improving Strategies Learrning in the New Normal Era. In this research, the method used qualitative with a library research. The results of the study indicate are: Human Resource management in improving strategies learrning in the new normal era is effort, mature readiness, provisioning both in terms of IT skills and virtual learning progress. The most appropriate learning strategy in the new normal era is to follow the rules of the Ministry of Education and Culture with virtual learning through agreed platforms. For this reason, the 2 main elements of teaching and learning activities take place, these students and teachers must be equipped, qualified and know the direction of learning that will be filtered in order to minimize misunderstanding between teacher and students. While students at home, study is assisted and supervised by their parents to avoid deception, laziness and cheating during the exam. So that ethics, values ​​/ norms remain upheld in the world of academia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the 2013 curriculum on educational materials especially for children with special needs. The method used in this research is literature study by analyzing the results of previous research and elaborating in content analysis. The result of this research is the need for a special curriculum for Islamic religious education material for special school children. It needs material simplification and a simple evaluation because not all special school children are able to evaluate according to general material. Teachers need patience in carrying out the learning process and also need to master various methods so that children don't get bored.

Abstract

Indonesia is the biggest Muslim population in the world. The process of Islamization in this country is not through territorial conquest but among the biggest factors is through Sufism and education. One of the teachings of Sufism that developed at this time is the teachings of Sufism Fethullah Gulen. The purpose of this study is to reveal the ideal Islamic education system design and implementation according to Fethullah Gulen. Through manevi and hizmet activities, Gulen designed an education system that combines aspects of Sufism and modernity. This education system is considered successful in forming students so that they have competence in both intellectual and moral aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between leadership and librarian performance. The population in this study were all staff / librarians from all Gubeng sub-districts, consisting of 27 people from 26 Community Reading Gardens and 26 Schools in Gubeng District. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership and librarian performance with the results of t count greater than t table (2.2651> 2.101).

Abstract

Guru memberi materi dengan metode ceramah, anak menerima materi dari penjelasan yang telah diberikan oleh guru, tugas yang diberikan berupa lembar kerja siswa dan buku kerja anak. Anak mencatat angka  atau huruf/kata tanpa menciptakan konteks belajar terlebih dahulu. Dalam hal ini, pendidikan akademik atau intelektual anak berkembang dengan baik karena mendapat rangsangan atau stimuslus yang besar, sedangkan untuk yang non akademiknya kurang mendapat rangsangan atau stimulus atau seringkali disepelekan sehingga interaksi sosial sesama teman menjadi kurang. Penelitian memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana kemampuan interaksi sosial anak yang diajarkan dengan metode bermain peran dan adakah pengaruh bermain peran terhadap interaksi sosial anak usia dini pada kelompok A di RA Thoriqul Ulum Sajen, Kecamatan Pacet Kabupaten Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre – eksperimental design dengan tipe one grup pretest–posttest dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan data dengan pertimbangan tertentu.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode bermain peran dengan interaksi  sosial anak. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata –rata kemampuan interaksi sosial anak sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan bermain peran yaitu 45.55 menjadi 60.95. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dimana nilai sig.< 0,05.

Abstract

This paper is stimulated by the fact that education is an activity that is deliberately carried out to actualize all the potential of students, both in the affective, cognitive and psychomotor domains, both soul (nafs), heart (qalb) and intellectual ('aql). The reality that has happened is that the education system has only been able to produce weak people, with the characteristics of low initiative and creativity, low self-confidence, helplessness and ultimately unable to be independent. In the Al-Qur'an, there are many verses that call on people to pay attention to, reflect on and compose Allah, whether in the heavens, the earth or among. Among the verses that explain this are Q.S Ali Imran verses 190-191. Data obtained through literature studies from several books and journals that explain Al-Maraghi and Ibn Kathir's interpretation of QS. Ali Imran 190-191 as the focus of discussion. This research reveals that as human beings we must always remember Allah SWT and also measure what Allah SWT has created so that we can take a response. This also requires the integration of the function of reason and dhikr as a unity that must be present in every Muslim, in order to be able to take lessons from the signs of the power of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Character education in Indonesia needs to be instilled from an early age, given the decline in morality of students in the era of globalization. Morality is an element that shows the quality of people's lives. Religious people assume that religion always teaches its followers to do good and prohibits them from doing wrong. Meanwhile, humanists assume that a person's morality is seen from how someone obeys the values ​​and norms in society. Cultivating character education through three stages, namely internalization and externalization. The three processes of planting can show positive results, of course, the character of the students is also good. However, if the three processes are not optimal, the results obtained by students are also not optimal. The internalization process becomes the basic process or foundation for the character education of students, where the family forms the basis of a character in the form of character recognition to students. And externalization is the next process of internalization where this process is filled by education staff, peers, social media.

Abstract

The research was a qualitative study using a case description in the elementary Muhammadiyah Macanan. The informans are head master of elementary Muhammadiyah Mcanan, PAI dan Budi Pekerti’s teacher, coordinator of curriculum, Thafidz’s teacher, teacher’s class, and fifth graders. The technique for collecting datas are used observations, and documentations, and indepth interviews. And the result showed that: 1) manajement of curriculum development program PAI dan Budi Pekerti used four functions management, they are a) Plannings arranged in the vision, missions, and objectives of the program, and the various programs, they are short term, medium-term, and long term programs  b) Organizing of human resources involved in the preparation of program and graduation competency standards, c) Implementations of development program are devided to dhuha prayers, dzuhur prayers, jum’at prayers, reading the holly Qur’an, and memorizing the qur’an. And content standards consisting of core competencies and basic competencies d) Evaluations are devided to achievement of planning, organizing, and implementing through graduation competency standards in dimency of attitude and skills. 2) The building of religious characters are devided to a) the teacher’s way how to provide the building religious characters; b) the teacher’s way to do the building religious characters; c) habituation methods in building religious characters.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe the process of planning, implementing and controlling the development of Islamic religious education learning programs. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. informants who are the source of information are the principal, vice principal, curriculum assistant, religion teacher and extracurricular coaches. The results of the research are: 1) planning for the development of Islamic religious education learning programs can be seen in the form of learning tools or programs which include syllabus development, annual plans, semester programs and teaching preparation in the form of learning implementation plans which are based on a study of competency standards, basic competencies and indicators. which is determined based on content standards, competency standards for graduates of Islamic religious education subjects. 2) Implementation of developing learning programs, namely carrying out learning program development activities, following the applicable procedures in schools, namely by organizing and directing the development of learning programs with reference to intracurricular and extracurricular learning. This study also found that controlling the implementation of the learning program was carried out by evaluating student learning outcomes and monitoring class in intracurricular and extracurricular learning.
