Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has impacted many people getting more and more data every day, even excessive. so that the use of the data is not optimal. Likewise patient medical record data at Cut Meutia General Hospital in North Aceh by serving patients every day. The large number of patients handled automatically makes this hospital accommodate a lot of patient medical record data with various types of diseases so that a method is needed to pattern the patient's disease data. For this reason, this study aims to find trends in patient disease at North Aceh Cut Meutia General Hospital based on ICD-10 diagnostics using data mining techniques by analyzing the C4.5 method where the C4.5 method creates a classification model from a large data set so as to produce patterns the new data pattern forms a decision tree (Decision Tree) useful for exploring data, finding relationships between a number of input variables with a target variable. The data used in this study were obtained from the North Aceh Cut Meutia General Hospital for 2020-2021 based on 4 variable data, namely age, gender, address and ICD-10 diagnosis. ICD-10 is a diagnostic classification with international standards that is compiled based on a category system and reports in disease units according to criteria agreed upon by international experts. Abstract

The influence of the development of computer science has touched various fields, for example in the fields of medicine, military and others. Given the rapid development of increasingly advanced technology, especially in the field of computers, many people use computers as a tool. Also included in the medical field, computers have been included in it as a tool to do a job or identify a certain disease that facilitates human work. To determine the type of disease and how to overcome it and use the Waterfall method for system development. This expert system will also use the concept of Certainty Factor. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as a place to store the data needed in making the application. Adobe Dreamweaver for Web design. This research produces a web-based stroke diagnosis expert system application so that it can help users to obtain the desired information. The preparation of this expert system is in the form of users and admins. Through this system, the user can identify the disease based on the symptoms that attack it. The system also has the ability to add, update, and delete features and symptoms along with the results of consultations conducted by the admin

Abstract

Twitter is the most popular social media today. Can find out various Twitter responses that fall into the positive, neutral, or negative categories. Technological advances at this time are so rapid that vehicles will provide fuel for electric power or are called electric vehicles. Indonesia has become a country that encourages acceleration in the use of electric vehicles, according to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises circular letter. The advancement of electric-powered vehicles is an innovation and technology that will continue to develop and transform. With the presence of the electric vehicle, the Indonesian government will serve as an important guest vehicle at the G20 Summit activities in Bali, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the public's response to electric vehicles which are currently widely used among the people of Indonesia. To find out the public response, sentiment analysis is needed through the responses of Twitter users. By generating positive, neutral, or negative categories. Based on the results of the classification of sentiment analysis on the support of electric vehicles. Data collection uses the Twitter API as an open source that can retrieve Twitter user responses, then the data cleaning process is carried out, converting Indonesian to English, then tested using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, and visualizing twitter data using python. Based on the classification results, public response to electric vehicles is more positive with 82% precision and 44% recall. By having 80% data accuracy through the Naive Bayes confusion matrix through the text mining process, python text blob, and word cloud as the relationship between words and twitter text

Abstract

The joint cooperative store is one of the efforts given by the joint cooperative management to increase cooperative income by calculating profits every year and distributing them to cooperative members in the form of money, commonly known as SHU or the remaining results of operations. However, there are still shortcomings in the implementation of cooperative sales management, one of which is the sale of soft drinks. There are still errors in determining the high and low volume of beverage sales. This research will help cooperative managers to categorize beverage sales data so that customer demand for soft drinks can be fulfilled properly. The data collected from January 2020 to September 2022 is the sale of 11,945 drinks from 15 soft drinks at the Koperasi Bersama store. This research aims to group the sales recapitulation results into a cluster using a data mining approach using the K-Means clustering algorithm. Grouping sales data according to its characteristics. The results of this study indicate that 1 soft drink is included in cluster 0 which is classified as high sales volume, while 14 soft drinks are included in cluster 1 which is classified as low sales volume.

Abstract

The pond is one of the livelihoods of the Indonesian people. The pond is used as a means of aquaculture. Farmed animals are aquatic animals such as fish and shrimp. One of the aquaculture commodities that are in great demand by pond owners is van name shrimp (Litopenaeus Vannamei). Before starting a shrimp farm, the farm owner must find the raw materials needed for the shrimp pond. In the search for raw materials for shrimp ponds, the owners of the ponds have to go directly to the point of sale of raw materials for shrimp ponds in the Lhokseumawe area. To find raw materials for this shrimp pond, people certainly need technology that can make it easier to find the desired needs. By utilizing advances in mobile technology, this study aims to build an Android-based Information System for Searching for Raw Materials for Shrimp Ponds in Lhokseumawe Area. This information system can also manage and display information about shrimp ponds.

Abstract

Massive technological developments continue to occur and penetrate into all sectors of the world's people's lives. In Indonesia in particular, various studies need to be carried out to develop various 4.0 technologies in agriculture and apply them to improve the quality and quantity of production. One of the technologies in agriculture that needs to be developed is the identification of fruit maturity, where this needs to be done considering the limitations of the human senses in determining the level of maturity based on the RGB value of the fruit. In this study, an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach with the Backpropagation algorithm was used. The dataset used consists of 90 photos of dragon fruit for training data and 15 photos of dragon fruit for data testing. The results obtained are that the ANN model built is able to identify the level of fruit maturity with 100% accuracy based on the dataset used

Abstract

The creation of a web-based village data management information system aims to support and simplify the information system at Pante Pisang, Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency so that it is expected to be felt by the community and other apparatus in the Pante Pisang village. This system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​and is accompanied by using a database that is tailored to the needs in the process of designing this system. The things contained in this system include various information such as information on population data, family data, birth data and correspondence. Abstract

The technology that is currently developing at its fastest pace is information and telecommunications technology, which presents a wide selection of forms and literature from various sources by searching for data to add insight in the development of applications that are made. The calculation of zakat basically has provisions and formulas that have been determined based on the hadith and Al-Qur'an, so to improve services and make it easier for the community in terms of determining and calculating zakat it is necessary to develop a calculation system so that people can easily determine the amount of zakat that must be issued by each individual zakat payer. In this research, the development of the Zakat Calculation Information System uses the php programming language which has been bundled in the Eclipse application. The resulting application will be able to help society in general and especially Android-based smartphone users in terms of calculating zakat including zakat fitrah to zakat mal. Zakat is wealth that must be issued if it meets the conditions determined by religion, and is distributed to people who have been determined as well, namely the eight groups who are entitled to receive zakat. In this study the method that will be used to help analyze problems and deal with problems is field research and literature review. This application has complete zakat calculations which include Zakat Fitrah and Zakat Maal (Zakat Treasure) and this application can assist users in calculating zakat independently and knowing the function of each zakat

Abstract

The system for designing information on data collection and payroll for employees of the Lhokseumawe MPU secretariat is an online-based computerized data processing system, namely in the form of a website, this system can be opened on internet media which can be accessed by users and admins. In designing an information system, employee data can be divided into two, namely user access rights which include employee information, overtime information, fourm information, activity information, and absence information. Meanwhile, admin information is only for processing employee data, absence data, salary data, overtime data, and printing reports. To process employee data using the website system, Xampp 17.4 and Macromedia Dreamweaver programming is required. So to make the system required javascript language, php, htm, and css. The design results are in the form of employee reports, attendance reports, salary reports, and overtime reports

Abstract

Cultivation of food crops has a significant role in the lives of Indonesian citizens, especially to fulfill their daily food needs. Efforts to cultivate rice plants often face obstacles, one of which is in ensuring the suitability of the soil, therefore the determination of the land at the planting stage or the land to be selected is not suitable land (unproductive), so that agricultural yields will not be maximum and will cause losses (financial). which is pretty big. The goal to be obtained in the concept of a classification system for the level of feasibility of rice plant land is to make it easier for farmers, residents and governments to make decisions by determining the feasibility of rice plant land. The method used in the classification system for decision support is the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor testing methods for comparison in efficient decision making. In rice, it is adjusted by calculating the value of criteria such as land characteristics, namely air temperature, rainfall, humidity, soil texture, pH, drainage and soil height. The results help farmers to make it easier to analyze land conditions for rice plants and increase rice production yields in North Aceh Regency
