Abstract

Brands play an important role in corporate identity and internal image formation people's minds. What's more, we are currently living in the digital age. The emergence of technology boosts MSME activities Enterprise (MSME), including brand building. But the problem is the lack of awareness MSMEs are building a brand, and only a few MSMEs in Indonesia are using digital media. Therefore, it is hoped that small and medium enterprises can increase brand awareness and be able to Accommodating the maximum use of internet media, enabling MSME brands to international market. Abstract

The National Family Planning Program is one of the programs to improve the quality of the population, the quality of human resources, health and social welfare which has so far been implemented through birth control, maturing the age of marriage, increasing family resilience and family welfare. The policy to increase the participation of men in family planning and reproductive health was only launched in the new era of family planning in 2000. The policy of increasing the participation of men in family planning is still relatively new so that the implementation in the field is still uneven. Some have implemented the policy, some have just been socialized and some have not been touched at all. One of the many targets that will be achieved by the family planning program in the long term in order to achieve quality families in 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of male acceptors in the family planning program. This research is a qualitative research which contains descriptive research and tends to use analysis. The results of this research will be published in national or international journals.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the image of women through the main character in the novel About You by Tere Liye. The collection of data used in this study with a literature review. The data set is data on the image of women in the novel About You. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, because the data in this study are in the form of words. This study uses Naomi Wolf's liberal feminist analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the Novel About You by Tere Liye, the main character Sri Ningsih displays the image of a tough woman. Through the strength and power displayed by the main character in the novel. The main character shows the power that creates freedom through the strength and power of women, namely intelligence, charm, courage and courage. And, the function of women's power is leadership. All of these things are described by Sri Ningsih who is a tough woman in the novel About You.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the culturally competent family-friendly ICU model on ICU service satisfaction. This research was conducted in April-December 2021 at Dr. RSUP. M. Djamil Padang. The research design used Quantitative Research Methods. The results showed that there was a relationship between satisfaction with information and satisfaction with service quality (p = 0.001), there was a relationship between satisfaction with comfort and satisfaction with service quality (p = 0.002) and there was a relationship between satisfaction with spiritual needs with satisfaction with service quality (p= 0.001). The researcher concludes that information, comfort and spiritual needs greatly affect the quality of service in the ICU Dr. M. Djamil Padang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the use of technology and analyze the influence of technology and the internet on the use of social media on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the District Bekasi. The target to be achieved is to identify the use of technology and the internet on MSME actors and analyzethe influence of technology use on the use of social media on MSME actors. The Framework of Thought in this study proposes the development of the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) model consisting of Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, as well as the Insecurity and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) consisting of the proposed Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness   by Davis (1989) then combined by Putra (2017) and Rahman (2017) which influenced the use of Social Media by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bekasi Regency. The respondents in this study consisted of micro, small and medium enterprises in Bekasi Regency who used Social Media in their businesses. The results of this study indicate that the respondent's monthly expenditure in the Jababeka Industrial Estate is more than 5 million with 40.3%. Respondents were grouped into expenditures under 1 million, 1-3 million, 3-5 million and more than 5 million.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal two things, namely the forms of hate speech on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel against President Joko Widodo and the forms of illocutionary speech acts in hate speech on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel against President Joko Widodo. This type of research is qualitative research with a pragmatic approach. The method used in this study, namely the method of listening to the technique of documentation and note-taking techniques. The data sources for this research are videos on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel in 2021-2022. The population of this research is the entire speech containing hate speech on the Rocky Gerung youtube channel. Sampling was done purposively. The data analysis of this research was done descriptively. The results of this study indicate that on the Rocky Gerung Official youtube channel there are six forms of hate speech against President Joko Widodo, namely insults, defamation, unpleasant acts, provocation, incitement, and spreading of false news and there are four forms of illocutionary speech acts in hate speech. Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a case study at the Office of Tax Services, Extension and Consultation (KP2KP) Dompu. With the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and tax knowledge on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. This study uses a sample of 100 individual taxpayer respondents with sampling using purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive effect on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers and tax knowledge has a positive effect on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The value of Adjusted R Square for the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.614 or 61.4% of the individual taxpayer compliance level is influenced by service quality and tax knowledge. The remaining 38.6% is influenced by other factors apart from service quality and tax knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the inner conflict experienced by the main character Anisa in the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban by Abidah El Khalieqy. This is expressed through the form of Anis' character's inner conflict which is depicted in the novel Perempuan Berkalung Turban by Abidah El Khalieqy. This research was conducted by utilizing the theory of literary psychology. This research is qualitative with the direct involvement of researchers in the entire research process starting from problem determination, literature review, data collection and processing, analysis process, and arriving at research conclusions. The results showed that there was a picture of the inner conflict experienced by the main character Anisa, whether carried out by the father, mother or husband as the head of the family and the local community. The forms of verbal violence and physical violence experienced made the psychology of Anisa's character shaken and experienced inner conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on innovation, analyze the significance effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion and innovation on financial performance and analyze the significance effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial performance with innovation as a mediating variable. The population is the owner of Batik UMKM in Sragen Regency as many as 126 business actors with a sample of 56 respondents with simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed that financial literacy and financial inclution has a significant effect on the innovation. Financial literacy, financial inclution and inovation have a significant effect on financial performance. Financial literacy and financial inclusion have a significant effect on financial performance with innovation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Cases of declining quality of audited financial reports in recent years have shown an increasing trend, supported by the existence of a pandemic condition with various obstacles faced by client companies, including financial difficulties, due to the impact of the pandemic, in such conditions the management is still required to account for the company's financial statements. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of competence and independence on the quality of audited financial statements with audit risk as a mediating variable. This study uses a survey method with primary data sources, obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study was auditors at Public Accounting Firms throughout Central Java, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the study using SEM PLS analysis showed that competence, independence and audit risk had a significant effect on the quality of audited financial statements, competence and independence had a significant effect on audit risk. While independence affects the quality of audited financial statements mediated by audit risk, while audit risk cannot mediate the effect of competence on the quality of audited financial statements. Suggestions for further research should be to expand the research sample and add variables that can affect the quality of audited financial statements such as the role of internal auditors.
