Abstract

Data pertumbuhan single investor identification periode 2017 – 2022 menunjukan bahwa minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi mengalami kenaikan dari 6 tahun terakhir. Pertumbuhan jumlah investor di jawa barat sebesar 153% yang didominasi oleh kelompok usia 18-25 tahun. Investor muda cenderung memiliki sifat yang agresif yang berakibat pada risiko yang tinggi sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi adalah bias (cognitive bias dan emotional bias). Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah faktor bias (cognitive bias dan emotional bias) dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investasi pada investor muda di Galeri Investasi UNJANI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahawa secara parsial overconfidence bias, cognitivie dissonance bias, illusion of control bias, Loss aversion bias, regret aversion bias, dan status quo bias tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Sedangkan secara simultan overconfidence bias, cognitivie dissonance bias, illusion of control bias, Loss aversion bias, regret aversion bias, dan status quo bias berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of self-actualization and hangout lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop for the Bekasi millennial generation. The study employs a quantitative approach and an associative method. The research sample is obtained using non-probability sampling, involving 100 respondents who are consumers of Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa and have made at least one purchase. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis utilizes validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The findings of this research indicate that self-actualization (X1) significantly influences purchase decisions. Additionally, the hangout lifestyle (X2) also has a significant impact on purchase decisions. Both self-actualization and hangout lifestyle significantly influence purchase decisions at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa among the millennial generation in Bekasi

Abstract

Indonesia has the third lowest per capita CO2 emission in the world, which is 2.1 tons. Even so, the problem of increasing carbon emissions remains an important issue in Indonesia, mainly due to the presence of factories. Companies in Indonesia have made efforts to overcome this problem, one of which is through the implementation of Green Human Resource management (GHRM) or environmentally friendly based human resource management. The purpose of this scientific article is to explain the relationship between green resource management variables using theoretical and empirical approaches, as well as interviews with several respondents, in the context of business sustainability. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that the variables that affect Green Human Resource management, such as environmentally friendly-based recruitment, environmentally friendly-based training and development, environmentally friendly-based performance management and assessment, as well as environmentally friendly-based compensation and rewards, have an effect on business sustainability.

Abstract

VUCA world has inspired companies to be aware of the importance of the sustainability both for the companies and the surrounding environment. The success of the companies depend on their dynamic and innovative adaptation toward changes. For that reason, the company management needs to have certain approaches in planning the changes because they don't happen abruptly. The objective of this research is to analyze the changes in the organizations / companies in their attempt to achieve sustainable business. The research applied qualitative method by collecting data through depth interviews with five company managers who have worked for at least five years. The analysis if the data was conducted through triangulation forms of documentation, interviews and direct observation in the field through case studies. The result of the research shows that companies need to conduct changes in their organization because those changes will support innovation. However, evaluation prior to those changes is necessary because the changes contribute significantly in the realization of sustainability in business as revealed in the interviews.

Abstract

There are many ways to try and better understand the attractiveness of a property. Competition between property entrepreneurs is currently quite tight, so it is interesting to study further by testing and analyzing the influence of digital marketing on property purchasing decisions in grand tourist housing and brand image as mediation and WOM (word of mouth) as moderation. This study investigates 1) will Digital Marketing influence property purchasing decisions positively and significantly? 2) does Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) does WOM have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Can brand image mediate the influence of digital marketing on Purchasing Decisions? 5) Is WOM able to moderate the Effect of Digital Marketing on Property Purchase Decisions? The study for the survey used Stratified Random Sampling, by grouping by age, 100 respondents were selected via the Google form. Data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 23. The results of the study concluded that Digital Marketing had a positive and significant influence on property purchasing decisions, Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, WOM had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image mediates the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions and WOM moderates the influence of digital marketing on property purchasing decisions in grand tourist housing.

Abstract

Praktik bisnis merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan industri. Bisnis dalam aktivitasnya berusaha menggunakan berbagai sumber daya yang terdiri dari manusia, material dan waktu. Dalam pemahaman eksistensialisme, Eksistensi manusia selalu memiliki kebebasan sejauh tindakannya mendatangkan manfaat bagi eksistensi hidupnya. Di dalam Islam kebebasan manusia sangat dihormati. Namun kebebasan tersebut bukanlah tidak ada batasnya. Al-Hurriyah (kebebasan) dan Al-Mas’uliyah (tanggung jawab) termasuk dalam prinsip ekonomi Islam.oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan tidak untuk meligitimasi sistem ekonomi tetapi justru untuk memberi pertimbangan kritis sehingga ekonomi dapat mencapai kesejahteraan dan keadilan bagi seluruh manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment and moderated by work life balance at Pelita Bangsa University. This research method uses quantitative analysis, however, to strengthen the research results, researchers use descriptive qualitative analysis,. The sample of respondents in the study was 100 using the SMART PLS method. The results of the study concluded that 1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) Servant leadership has an effect on employee performance through work life balance as a mediator. Based on these findings, it is evident that the Servant Leadership leadership style is appropriate because it has an effect on increasing employee performance, similarly organizational commitment is also appropriate for use because it further supports the relationship between servant leadership on employee performance, but work life balance still does not support increased employee performance, this is due bearing in mind that Pelita Bangsa University should continue to improve the work life balance of employee performance so that there is more balance between employee performance and employee personal life.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Murabaha financing is one of the financing that is quite widely used in sharia transactions at USPPS KOPMA UNS. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the murabahah contract at USPPS KOPMA UNS, the suitability of the application of the murabahah contract at USPPS KOPMA UNS, the importance of using the murabahah contract at USPPS KOPMA UNS, opportunities in developing murabahah products at USPPS KOPMA UNS, and challenges in developing murabahah products at USPPS KOPMA UNS. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research and literature. The data sources used in this research are primary data obtained from the Sharia Savings and Loan and Financing Unit (USPPS) of the UNS Student Cooperative and secondary data obtained from literature studies. For data collection, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that USPPS KOPMA UNS has implemented most of the provisions of the DSN MUI Fatwa No. 111/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. There are challenges in financing murabahah products at USPPS KOPMA UNS, namely the risk of delinquent installments by customers which occurs when customers do not make payments according to the deadline set by USPPS KOPMA UNS. ABSTRAK Pembiayaan murabahah merupakan salah satu pembiayaan yang cukup banyak digunakan dalam transaksi syariah di USPPS KOPMA UNS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akad murabahah di USPPS KOPMA UNS, kesesuaian dari penerapan akad murabahah di USPPS KOPMA UNS, pentingnya penggunaan akad murabahah di USPPS KOPMA UNS, peluang dalam pengembangan produk murabahah di USPPS KOPMA UNS, serta tantangan dalam pengembangan produk murabahah di USPPS KOPMA UNS. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer diperoleh dari Unit Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah (USPPS) Koperasi Mahasiswa UNS dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi Pustaka. Untuk pengambilan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa USPPS KOPMA UNS sudah menerapkan sebagian besar ketentuan dari Fatwa DSN MUI No. 111/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Terdapat tantangan dalam pembiayaan produk murabahah di USPPS KOPMA UNS yaitu risiko penunggakan angsuran oleh nasabah yang terjadi ketika nasabah tidak melakukan pembayaran sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang ditetapkan oleh USPPS KOPMA UNS.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang implementasi hiwalah kontemporer pada pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Permasalahannya adalah implementasi hiwalah kontemporer pada koperasi syariah dalam mencari keuntungan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles And Huberman yang meliputi, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pengalihan hutang pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar meliputi, hiwalah dalam murabahah al inah, dan hiwalah dalam murabahah, serta diikuti ijarah muntahiyah bit tamblik (IMBT). Faktor-faktor penyebab pengalihan hutang pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar meliputi: ingin lepas dari riba, memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dalam bentuk pembagian Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), dan memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dengan tidak memberikan jaminan fisik pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Setelah dibahas, terjadi modivikasi bentuk hiwalah dengan menggunakan multi akad, dan dibolehkan mencari keuntungan ekonomi dalam melakukan hiwalah atau pengalihan hutang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai kewajaran harga saham perusahaan sub sector pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2010-2014 menggunakan perhitungan Dividend Discount Model (DDM). Jenis penelitianini adalah diskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah empat perusahaan yakni PT. Elnusa, Tbk., PT. Medco Energi Internasional, Tbk., dan PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk. Kesimpulan penelitian ini antara lain (1) Ditinjau dari model pertumbuhan nol, nilai intrinsic saham perusahaan PT. Elnusa dinyatakan Overvalued atau mahal karena nilai intrinsic sahamnya lebih kecil dari pada harga pasarnya. Nilai intrinsic saham PT. Medco Energi Internasional dan PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco dinyatakan Undervalued atau murah karena nilai intrinsic sahamnya lebih besar daripada harga pasarnya. (2) Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan pertumbuhan konstan, nilai intrinsic saham perusahaan PT. Elnusa, PT. Medco Energi Internasional dan PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco dinyatakan Undervalued atau murah karena nilai intrinsic sahamnya lebih besar daripada harga pasarnya. (3) Hasil perhitungan menggunakan pertumbuhan ganda, nilai intrinsic saham PT. Elnusa, PT. Medco Energi Internasional dan PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco dinyatakan Undervalued atau murah karena nilai intrinsic sahamnya lebih besar daripada harga pasarnya.
