Abstract

The Researches on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tends to focus on stakeholders and external outcomes. The impact of CSR on employee performance is still rarely discussed in many studies. This study aims to determine how the impact of CSR affects employee performance and the role of employee trust and employee behavior as a mediator at 3 companies in Bekasi and Jakarta. Every company has a responsibility to develop its environment through social programs. The research questions in this study are: (1) The impact of CSR on Employee performance, (2) The impact of CSR on employee trust (3) The impact of employee trust on employee performance (4) The impact of CSR on employee behavior (5) The impact of employee behavior on employee performance.  The sample used in this study was 246 employees from companies in Bekasi and Jakarta District. Data collection method used in this study was questionnaire and forum group discussions (FGD), while analytical method used was SEM Warps PLS.The findings of this study indicate that CSR does not impact directly the employee performance. The CSR indicator that needs to be considered is ethical, where the companies are suggested to have a CSR department. Where employees have lack knowledge about environmental work, environmental laws regarding material sources, emissions, and so on. So that employees realize and understand the importance of having attention and responsibility to the environment. CSR has a significant impact on employee trust, employee trust has a significant impact on employee performance, CSR has a significant impact on employee behavior, and employee behavior significantly impact employee performance. Employee trust and employee behavior mediate the impact of CSR on Employee performance.Keywords: CSR, employees trust, employee behavior, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to observe the relationship between servant leadership, organizational commitment, and employee performance. In addition, this research also aims to observe variables servant leadership, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Empirical studies to test the servant leadership model can be done in the environment of nonprofit organizations and profits. Several studies that have been studied about the success of servant leadership have been achieved in nonprofit companies; therefore, the results of this study can be researched eligible for adoption by profit companies. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, which explains the relationship between servant leadership to organizational commitment, and employee performance. The results of this study showed that servant leadership has relevance to organizational commitment, and employee performance. In addition, the results of this study showed that organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of behavior, intrinsic motivation and innovation to multiply the success of the organization. The subjects in this research are female handicraft entrepreneurs in Bekasi. The approach used is a quantitative method with the variables are Examining the influence of behavior, intrinsic motivation and innovation to the success of female handicraft entrepreneur in Bekasi andThe influence of Innovation mediated by organizational culture on the success of femalehandicraft entrepreneurs. The sample of this research was 100 of 150 respondents from the population of female recycled handicraft entrepreneurs.The data collected from secondary and primary data. The primary data were obtained by Interview, Forum Group Discussion, Questioner, and observation.The sampling technique using judgment sampling method and data analysis is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is assisted by the application of Moment Structure Analysis (AMOS) version 22.0. The Results are the behavior of female handicraft entrepreneurs affects organizational culture, as well as intrinsic motivation, affect the organizational culture, and the ability to innovate mediated by the organizational culture affects the success of woman handicraftentrepreneurs, which means the ability to innovate as a dominant mediation variable.

Abstract

For the better success in the contemporary business environment, it is very much obvious to focus on the supply chain controlling and human resource for the better and improved business performance. The objective of present study is to empirically examine the association between the human resource practices HRP and supply chain controlling SCC from the perspective of automotive industry in the region of Indonesia. For this purpose, various HRP have been considered and a sample of 180 experts with their significant experience in SCM has been considered. Findings of the study have explained the fact that there exists a significant relationship between selected factors of HRP and SC controlling in automotive industry of Indonesia. However, the findings of the study are limited to the sample size and lack of some advance statistical methods of analysis. The practical implication of the study can be viewed from the perspective of HRP and SC controlling for the improved business performance matrix. Such association is very much necessary for the business managers and key decision makers, dealing with the SCM, SC controlling and HRP. In addition, originality/value of the study can be considered in a sense that it has focused on the idea of interdisciplinary field like SC controlling, and human resource management and best practices.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya usaha peternakan puyuh yang merupakan salah satu alternatif penghasil telur yang cukup produktif selain peternakan ayam dan itik petelur. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat melalui produksi telur yang cukup baik dengan modal yang dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai kualitas yang optimal dan keberlanjutan usahanya perlu adanya pelatihan dan Demplot pembibitan puyuh. Dalam mewujudkan ketercapaian target program selain dilakukan pelatihan juga dilakukan berbagai praktek secara bersamaan oleh UKM mitra sesuai dengan tahapan yang direncanakan dengan dibimbing oleh tenaga lapangan dan tim pelaksana serta melibatkan mahasiswa yang terlebih dahulu di beri pembekalan kemampuan sesuai tema program. Evaluasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kelompok Peternak Puyuh di Kabupaten Bekasi cukup berhasil dan sukses. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari mulai awal kegiatan sampai semua kegiatan yang dilakukan, antusiasme rasa keingin tahuan dari para anggota yang cukup tinggi dan kesediaan fasilitas kelompok yang dapat digunakan untuk pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the effect of placement, work quality and work discipline on the employee work performance of PT. Shin Heung Indonesia. This research utilized quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method by involving all the population as samples, thus the researchers obtained a sample of 50 people who were employees of PT. Shin Heung Indonesia. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v 3.2.6 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the t-statistic value of 2.843, which is > 1.96 and the p-value of 0.005, which is < 0.05, work quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 2,345, namely > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.019, which is < 0.05 and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 2.496, namely > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.013, which is < 0.05.

Abstract

This study discusses whether competence, training and physical work environment affect the performance of employees of PT. Toyota Logistra Pingloka Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of competence, training and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Toyota Logistra Pingloka Indonesia.This sampling technique uses the slovin formula and obtained as many as 122 people who are employees of PT. Toyota Logistra Pingloka Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using analytical tools in the form of validity test tables, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, model feasibility tests, hypothesis testing, testing to determine the effective and relative contribution using the SPSS 24 for Windows application program.The results of statistical analysis partially show that competence, training and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Judging from the significance value of the competency T test (X1) of 0.000 and training (X2) of 0.008, while the physical work environment (X3) is 0.000. Simultaneous statistical analysis results show that competence, training and physical work environment have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Judging from the significance value of the F test of 0.000 and the R Square value of 0.629 or 62.9% while 31.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This  study  aims to determine the impact  of  employee  leadership  and  team  member exchange through organizational citizenship behaviour on the employee performance of  foreign  life  insurances.  This  research  uses  the  purposive  sampling  method  for selection.  One hundred  sixty  respondents  are  participating  in the  research used to test the model studied. The data is collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the SEM AMOS program. This study showed that servant leadership positively affects  organizational  citizenship  behavior,  team  member  exchange,  and  employee performance. While team member exchange has a positive and significant impact on organizational  citizenship  behavior,  team  member  exchange  has  a  negative  and significant effect on employee performance. Subsequently, organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly impacts employee performance. The mediating effect  indicated  that  team  member  exchange  and  servant  leadership  influence organizational  citizenship  behavior  and  affect  employee  performance.  The  study's results  imply  that  when  employees  perform  beyond  their  jobs  (organizational citizenship behavior roles) and engage in team member exchange, they have quality social  communication  with  the  workgroup  members.  Additionally,  employees  who work under servant leadership can develop strong personal bonds. Employees with low  levels  of  autonomy  in  their  work  can  improve  performance  if  mediated  by organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the sharia supervisory board (SSB), financial performance, and sharia compliance on Islamic social reporting (ISR)  disclosure. This study is a quantitative study that collected data from annual reports from 2015-2020, which was obtained directly from the website of the Islamic banks. EViews version 10 was used to process the data. The study population was 14 Islamic banks in Indonesia, based on the purposive sampling, 9 Islamic banks were used as a sample. The research finding are: 1)  sharia supervisory board has no effect on Islamic social reporting disclosure, 2) financial performance has a positive effect on Islamic social reporting disclosure, 3) sharia compliance moderated  effect of the sharia supervisory board on Islamic social reporting disclosure, and 4) sharia compliance moderated  effect of financial performance on Islamic social reporting disclosure. The existence of the sharia compliance principle would have an impact on the supervision of  sharia supervisory board so that there were no violations of sharia principles in the operational activities. Islamic banks has to maintain their reputation through compliance with sharia principles which could improve the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The interaction of financial performance with sharia compliance and sharia supervisory board with sharia compliance would increase the level of Islamic social reporting disclosure. Other researchers need to conduct research on Islamic social reporting disclosure using more diverse independent variables and more quantity of samples to generalize the result to all types of banks.
