Abstract

ABSTRACTThe company cannot be separated from the workforce. Even though the company has advanced technology and large capital. One of the important factors to boost the performance of the workforce is the provision of appropriate salaries based on the length of time they work. This study aims to determine the prediction of employee salaries based on years of service. In this study, the factors that were tested included independent variables in the form of salary and years of service. Then the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is ex-post facto research to find out events that have occurred in the company as predictors of employee performance. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Instrument validation uses expert opinion and product-moment correlation. The data analysis technique uses linear regression analysis in python machine learning to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results obtained from this study are a positive and significant influence between salary and years of service on employee performance. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the independent variable can be used as a predictor of the dependent variable. This means that the greater the salary and the longer the working period, the better the employee's performance will be.Keyword: Salary, Work experience, Performance, Linear RegressionABSTRAKPerusahaan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan tenaga kerja. Sekalipun perusahaan mempunyai teknologi canggih dan modal besar. Salah satu faktor penting untuk mendongkrak kinerja tenaga kerja adalah pemberian gaji yang sesuai berdasarkan lama waktu mereka bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi gaji karyawan berdasarkan tahun lama masa kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor-faktor yang dilakukan pengujian di antaranya variabel independen berupa gaji dan masa kerja. Kemudian variabel dependen beupa kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto untuk mengetahui peristiwa yang sudah terjadi dalam perusahaan sebagai prediktor kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner). Validasi instrumen menggunakan pendapat ahli dan korelasi product moment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear dalam python machine learning untuk pengetahui pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaji dan masa kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah variable bebas dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor variable terikat. Artinya semakin besar gaji dan semakin lama masa kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik.Kata Kunci: Gaji, Pengalaman Bekerja, Kinerja, Regresi Linear

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how effective distance learning is in using the E-Learning application at SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir on student interest in learning at SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir. Respondents taken were students of SMP N 1 Kyan Hilir, subject teachers, and parents of students in SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir. This research uses qualitative research. This qualitative research is descriptive using qualitative analysis so that it provides easy-to-understand information exposure. Learning in junior high school (SMP) in this study uses formidable learning or commonly called distance learning (PJJ) with the guidance of parents from home and teachers at school. Students do online learning and interact with teachers using applications, one of the applications used such as e-Learning. The results showed that online formidable learning during the Covid-19 period greatly influenced students' interest in learning, namely students felt bored and bored because they did not meet their friends and teachers directly.Keywords: E-Learning; learning interestsABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam menggunakan aplikasi E-Learning SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir. Responden yang diambil adalah siswa SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir, guru bidang studi, dan orang tua siswa di lingkungan SMP N 1 Kayan Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif ini bersifat deskriptif menggunakan analisis kualitatif sehingga menjadi paparan informasi yang mudah dimengerti. Pembelajaran pada sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pembelajaran formidable atau biasa disebut dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan bimbingan orang tua dari rumah dan guru di sekolah. Siswa melakukan pembelajaran online dan berinteraksi dengan guru menggunakan aplikasi, salah satu aplikasi yang dipakai seperti e-Learning. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pembelajaran formidable secara online pada masa Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa, yaitu siswa merasa jenuh dan bosan karena tidak bertemu dengan teman dan gurunya secara langsung.Kata Kunci: E-Learning; minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis action research is held out due to the student's low interest in learning and low learning outcomes in science subjects for fifth grade students at SDN 11 Nyanggai. This research is intended to describe the application of powerpoint media in increasing learning interest and learning outcomes of the students; To describe the activity of learning interest and student's learning outcomes with powerpoint media; To describe the Increasement of student's interest in learning and learning outcomes using powerpoint media in the class. The research method that used is qualitative in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects are Class V students of SDN 11 Nyanggai, with total of 15 people. Data collection tools that used in this research were observation sheets, and interview tests. Data analysis that used are quantitative analysis techniques for test results, and qualitative for non-test results. The calculation results of the observation sheet were categorized very well, as it seen from the results of the calculation from teacher's observation sheet on the first cycle which is obtained 100% results; the calculation of student's observation sheet on cycle I is 86.67%; the results of the teacher's observation sheet on ctcle II is obtained 100% results; the calculation of student's observation sheet on cycle II is obtained 100% results, there is an increasing of 13.33%. While the test results are categorized very well, which is the results of student's learning completeness on first cycle is 66.66% and in the second cycle is increasing to 93.33%,tehrefore there is an increasement from the first cycle to the second cycle of 26.67%. Thus, it shows that the powerpoint media can be an effective learning media to increase student's learning interest and learning outcomes. This research is recommended for teachers, students, schools, and further research on the implementation of powerpoint media on natural science subjects of class V students.Keywords: Learning Interest Increasement, Learning Outcomes, Powerpoint MediaABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan dilakukan karena rendahnya minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN 11 Nyanggai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media powerpoint dalam meningkatan minat belajar dan hasil belajar bagi siswa. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas V berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpul data adalah teknik observasi lansung teknik komunikasi lansung atau wawancara teknik dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi lembar tes lembar wawancara Volume 1, Nomor 1, Juni 2020 28 dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif untuk hasil tes, dan kualitatif untuk hasil nontes. Hasil perhitungan lembar observasi dikategorikan sangat baik terlihat dari hasil perhitungan lembar observasi guru siklus I diperoleh hasil 100%; perhitungan lembar observasi siswa siklus I 86,67%; hasil perhitungan lembar observasi siklus II diperoleh hasil 100%; perhitungan lembar observasi siswa siklus II diperoleh hasil 100% sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,33%. Sedangkan hasil tes dikategorikan sangat baik yaitu pada hasil siklus 1 ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 66,66% dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi menjadi 93,33% sehingga terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I kesiklus II sebesar 26,67%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media powerpoint mampu menjadi sebuah media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini disarankan bagi guru, siswa, sekolah dan penelitian selanjutnya dalam penggunaan media powerpoint pada mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V. Kata Kunci: Meningkatkan, Minat, Media, Belajar, Powerpoint

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic is a major problem that is currently unresolved and afflicts all corners of the world. There are almost no countries that are not affected by the impact of Covid-19, which first appeared in China in December 2019. The latest data from the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that until September 7, 2020, people infected with this virus have reached 27,293,825 people, of which 194,109 people. among them came from Indonesia. Of these, 887,557 people died, of which 8,025 came from Indonesia (Worldometers, 2020). Web-based learning media is a learning media created by utilizing web technology so that it can be accessed via an online network or it can also be applied to a local network known as a local area network (LAN) (Heru, 2015). The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide Training on Making Multimedia-Based Learning Videos Using Animakers for SMK N 9 teachers. Methods In community service activities, namely face-to-face at State Vocational High School 9 Pontianak. Result: The implementation of this activity is in the form of a learning video that has been made from the material of each training participant teacher.Keywords: Video; Multimedia; Animaker; TrainingABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 merupakan masalah besar yang saat ini belum terselesaikan dan menimpa seluruh penjuru dunia. Hampir tidak ada negara yang tidak terkena dari dampak Covid-19 yang pertama kali muncul di RRC pada Desember 2019. Data terakhir dari World Health Organization (WHO) menunjukkan sampai 7 September 2020 manusia terinfeksi virus ini sudah mencapai 27.293.825 jiwa, yang 194.109 jiwa di antaranya berasal dari Indonesia. Dari jumlah tersebut, yang meninggal dunia mencapai  887.557 jiwa, yang 8.025 jiwa di antaranya berasal dari Indonesia (Worldometers, 2020). Media pembelajaran berbasis web adalah sebuah media pembelajaran yang dibuat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web sehingga bisa diakses melalui jaringan online atau bisa juga diterapkan pada sebuah jaringan lokal yang dikenal dengan local area network (LAN) (Heru, 2015). Tujuan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan Pelatihan Pembuatan Video Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia Menggunakan Animaker bagi guru SMK N 9. Metode Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu tatap muka di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 9 Pontianak. Hasil : Pelaksanaan Kegiatan ini yaitu berupa video pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat dari materi masing-masing guru peserta pelatihan. Kata Kunci: Video; Multimedia; Animaker; Pelatihan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to improve student’s learning motivation and learning outcomes through Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) Type of Cooperative Learning Model in fourth-grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Mengkurai in academic year 2018/2019. Research form was classroom action research which conducted in two cycles.. Data collecting used observation sheets, questionnaire sheets and test questions. Classroom action research results showed that through the Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE. Students learning motivation in the first cycle of overall questions was given, the result was 88.57%. In the second cycle of the overall questions given, the results were 95.71%. While student’s cognitive learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average value of 69.29 and the second cycle obtained an average value of 91.43 so that an average increase was 22.14. The effective learning results in the first cycle were 71.43%, and the second cycle was 87.86%, while the psychomotor learning outcomes in the first cycle were 87.14% and the second cycle was 97.14%. The student responses results in the first cycle and the second cycle showed students were very interested and enthusiastic so it can be concluded that there is an improvement in student motivation and learning outcomes through Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) Type of Cooperative Learning ModelKeywords: Cooperative Learning (RTE). Learning Motivation andLearning Outcome ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Tipe Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Mengkurai tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang diaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan lembar observasi,lembar angket dan soal tesMotivasi belajar siswa pada siklus I dari keseluruh pertanyaan yang diberikan diperoleh hasil 88,57%. Pada siklus II dari keseluruhan pertanyaan yang diberikandiperoleh hasil sebesar 95,71%. Sedangkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada siklus I diperoleh nilai ratarata 69,29 dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 91,43 sehingga diperoleh peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 22,14.Hasil belajar afektif pada siklus I di peroleh hasil sebesar 71,43%, dan siklus II sebesar 87,86%, Sedangkan hasil belajar psikomotorik siklus I sebesar 87,14% dan siklus II sebesar 97,14%. Hasil respon siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II siswa sangat tertarik dan antusias Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bawah terdapat peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar Volume 1, Nomor 1, Juni 2020 22 siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Tipe Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE)Kata Kunci: Motivasi belajar, Hasil belajar Cooperative Learning (RTE)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the feasibility of problem-based learning comics using Adobe Photoshop software in learning respiratory system material in humans. Development techniques refer to the 4-D model (Define, Design, Development & Disseminate). 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 1 biology teacher were assessed for its eligibility, then conducted a limited trial. Collecting research data using expert assessment questionnaires and test questions. The results of the validation of the media expert of 81.63% were categorized as Very Good and the results of the validation of the material experts by 88.53% were categorized as Very Good. The results of feasibility by users of biology teachers were 86.66% categorized as Very Good and the results of eligibility by student users were 82.2% categorized as Very Good. The results of different tests with paired t test obtained t count = 23.057 with sig (p) = 0.000. Obtained t count ≥ t table (2.069) and p <0.05, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in learning before and after using comics and comics, this is feasible and interesting to develop.Keywords: Comics, Problem Based Learning, Learning OutcomesABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan komik berbasis problem based learning menggunakan software adobe photoshop pada pembelajaran materi sistem pernapasan pada manusia. Teknik pengembangan merujuk pada model 4-D (Define, Design, Development & Disseminate). Komik dinilai kelayakannya oleh 1 Ahli Materi, 1 Ahli Media, 1 Guru Biologi, kemudian melakukan uji coba terbatas. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan angket penilaian ahli dan soal tes. Hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 81,63% dikategorikan Sangat Baik dan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 88,53% dikategorikan Sangat Baik. Hasil kelayakan oleh pengguna guru biologi sebesar 86,66% dikategorikan Sangat Baik dan hasil kelayakan oleh pengguna siswa sebesar 82,2% dikategorikan Sangat Baik. Hasil uji beda dengan uji t berpasangan diperoleh t hitung = 23,057 dengan sig (p) = 0,000. Diperoleh t hitung ≥ t tabel (2,069) dan p < 0,05, maka disimpulkanKata Kunci: Komik, Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe advance of science and technology nowadays especially internet lead to the advance of human life. Unfortunetely, it has not used optimally in teacing and learning. Using web in teacing and learning probably can increase students motivation, and then increase of students achievement.Quasy experiment was used in this research, with in-take as a design. Learning motivation scale and achievement test was used to collect data. Data analysis data were conducted with descriptive statistic, then were analyzed by t-test and regression analysis.The research result showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of using Web in teaching and learning on students motivation on civic education in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Sintang significantly; (2) there was a positive effect of using Web in teaching and learning on students achievent on civic education in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Sintang significantly;  and (3) there was a direct and indirect effect of using Web in teaching and learning on civic skill through learning motivation on civic education in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Sintang.Keywords: Web Based Learning ; Learning Motivation; Students; Science Achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya perkembangan IPTEK terutama teknologi internet belakangan ini di satu pihak, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal di lain pihak. Pemanfaatan web dalam pembelajaran  boleh jadi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dan sekaligus juga meningkatkan perolehan belajarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ekperimen semu, dengan rancangan in-take. Instrument yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi belajar  dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji-t dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari pembelajaran berbasis Web (Web Based Learning)  terdapat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Sintang; (2) ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari pembelajaran berbasis Web (Web Based Learning) terhadap perolehan kecakapan kewarganegaraan (civic skill) siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Sintang, dan (3) ada pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Pembelajaran Berbasis Web (web based learning) terhadap perolehan percakapan kewarganegaraan (civic skill) melalui motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaran kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Sintang Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berbasis Web; Motivasi Belajar; Perolehan Belajar PKn

Abstract

The evaluation tool used in schools is still simple, so it has weaknesses in the assessment process and evaluation activities are not effective. So an interactive evaluation activities are not effective. Soa an interactive evaluation tool and habituation are needed for students because currently the computer-based national exams are. This study aims to produce an evaluation tool using a computer-based wondershare quiz creator on plant networks in class XI IPA SMA Nusantara Indah. The evaluation tool was developed using the Borg and Gall. The researh subjects ware 16 students af class XI IPA. The research instruments ware validation sheets, response questionnaires and learning outcomes tets. The validation results of material experts and media expersts ware 88,4% and 83,86%. The results of the effectiveness of the initial and main field trials of classical learning completeness ware 66,67% and 80%. The results of the quality valid items amounted to 10 questions. The learning outcomes using the wondershare quiz creator tool increased. So that the wondershare quiz creator-based evalution tool was developed worthy of being used as a learning evaluation tool.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe limitation of supporting media in the teaching and learning process causes the teaching and learning process to be less than optimal. To overcome this, it can be done by using interactive learning media based on Microsoft Power Point. The purpose of this study is to produce interactive PowerPoint learning products Microsoft Power Point to improve student learning outcomes in Thematic learning of the subtheme of the Beauty of the Nature of My Country in grade IV elementary school. The research method used is the published Borg and Gall research: preliminary studies, model development and model trials. The results showed that the interactive learning media developed was declared feasible. Media validation and material validation showed an average score of 82.50% and 79.16%. Student responses to teaching materials scored 81.75% in small-scale trials on large-scale trials receiving scores of 85%. The response teacher got a score of 71.7% and 89.13%. Based on the grades obtained, then the interactive learning media based on Microsoft Power Point is feasible to be applied to grade IV elementary school students.Keywords: Interactive Media, Multimedia, Power Point, Interactive LearningABSTRAKKeterbatasan media pendukung dalam proses belajar mengajar menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar menjadi kurang maksimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Microsoft Power Point. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Microsoft Power Point untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tematik subtema Keindahan Alam Negeriku di kelas IV SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Borg dan Gall yang meliputi: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model dan uji coba model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak. Validasi media dan validasi materi menunjukan nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 82,50% dan 79,16%. Respon siswa terhadap bahan ajar interaktif memperoleh skor 81,75% pada uji coba skala kecil sedangkan uji coba skala luas memperoleh skor sebesar 85%. Respon guru mendapat skor 71,7% dan 89,13%. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh, maka media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Microsoft Power Point layak diterapkan pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif, Multimedia, Power Point, Pembelajaran Interaktif

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe item analysis based on Bloom's taxonomy on the mid-semester test instrument for Programming Algorithms and Data Structures and its relation to student perceptions. The sample of the trial target is the Mid-Semester Test Question for the 2020/2021 Academic Year of the STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang Computer Education Study Program. The research method uses descriptive quantitative research. The results of the data analysis showed that, the results of the validity test stated that of the 30 questions (90%) there were 27 questions which were declared valid and 3 (10) questions invalid. Test the reliability of the test items obtained in the high category. The difficulty level of the questions ranges from 83.3% (Easy Questions), 10% (Medium Questions), and 6.7% (Difficult Questions). The Distinguishing Power of Questions in the moderate category and the Detractor Index have mostly functioned well. The distribution of cognitive levels is mostly at C1 (50%), C2 (23.3%), C3 (6.7%), C4 (10%), C5 (6.7%), and C6 (3.35) . This result is not proportional for the higher education level.Keywords: validity; reliability; level of difficulty; discriminatory power; cognitive level; item analysis.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis butir soal berdasarkan taksonomi bloom pada instrumen tes tengah semester mata kuliah Algoritma Pemrograman dan Struktur Data dan kaitannya dengan persepsi mahasiswa. Sampel sasaran uji coba yaitu Soal Tes Tengah Semester Tahun Akademik 2020/2021 Prodi Pendidikan komputer STKIP Persada khatulistiwa sintang. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, hasil uji coba validitas menyatakan bahwa dari 30 soal (90%) terdapat 27 soal yang dinyatakan valid dan 3 (10) soal tidak valid.  Uji Reliabilitas soal tes diperoleh pada kategori tinggi. Tingkat Kesukaran Soal berkisar 83,3% (Soal Mudah), 10% (Soal Sedang), dan 6,7% (Soal Sukar). Daya Pembeda Soal pada kategori cukup dan Indeks Pengecoh sebagian besar telah berfungsi dengan baik. Sebaran tingkatan kognitif sebagian besar berada pada C1 (50%), C2 (23,3%), C3 (6,7%), C4 (10%), C5 (6,7%), dan C6 (3,35). Hasil ini belum proporsional untuk tingkatan Perguruan Tinggi. Kata Kunci: validitas; reliabilitas; tingkat kesukaran; daya pembeda; tingkatan kognitif; analisis butir soal.
