Abstract

 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perkembangan Usaha Unit Simpan Pinjam pada KSU Al-Barokah Kecamatan Binjai Hulu Kabupaten Sintang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk survey. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber datanya adalah neraca dan laporan laba rugi KSU Al-Barokah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan pemeriksaan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman wawancara, dan dokumen-dokumen. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio keuangan dan analisis gerakan/trend, standar yang digunakan yaitu rasio historis rata-rata (RHR).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat likuiditas terdiri dari cash ratio, current ratio, dan quick ratio. Dengan kesimpulan tingkat likuiditas KSU Al-Barokah kategori sangat baik. Tingkat leverage terdiri dari rasio total debt to total asset dan rasio total debt to equity, dengan kesimpulan tingkat leverage KSU Al-Barokah dikategorikan perkembangan kurang baik. Tingkat profitabilitas terdiri dari rasio return on asset, rasio return on equity dan rasio asset turnover. Dengan kesimpulan tingkat profitabilitas KSU Al-Barokah dikategorikan perkembangan sangat baik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan usaha adalah modal pinjaman, pinjaman semakin meningkat, pendapatan SHU semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan Usaha, Unit Simpan Pinjam This study aimed to determine the Business Development Unit Savings and Loans at KSU Al-Barokah Binjai Hulu subdistrict, regency of Sintang. The method of research used in this research was descriptive method in form of survey research. The data in this research was quantitative data, while the source of the data was the balance sheet and income statement of KSU Al-Barokah. The data collection technique used was interview and documentation examination. Moreover, the data collection tolls used was interview guidelines, and documents. While data-processing technique used was the analysis of financial ratios and analysis of movement / trend, the standard used is the historical average ratio (RHR) The results of this study indicate that the level of liquidity consist of cash ratio, current ratio and quick ratio. With the conclusion of liquidity level KSU Al-Barokah categorized as “very good”. The level of leverage consists of the ratio of total debt to total assets and the ratio of total debt to equity, with the conclusion of the level of leverage KSU Al-Barokah categorized unfavorable developments. The profitability level consists of the ratio of return on assets, return on equity ratio and turnover ratio asset. With the conclusion of the profitability of KSU Al-Barokah categorized excellent progress. Factor affecting the development of the business is capital loans, loan increases, increasing revenue of SHU. Keywords: Business Development, Savings and Loans Unit

Abstract

The progress of the economy in Sintang Regency, one of which is very dependent on community empowerment in moving the wheels of the economy. Where people do not depend on the government for welfare. The government has carried out human resource empowerment programs. Human resource empowerment programs have been carried out by the government. This is in line with Indonesia's development goals, namely to build Indonesian people as a whole, so development must be a social change that does not only occur in the standard of living of the people but also in the role of the elements in it. This study aims to provide an overview of the right strategy as a form of local commodity-based community economic empowerment in Sintang Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a research sample of three sub-districts using a purposive sampling technique The research results are divided into three, namely: the potential for economic development is found in agriculture and plantations; business opportunities from agricultural and plantation products can be processed into snacks that have a selling value and are in demand by the community; community economic empowerment strategy with Usaha Ekonomi Produktif (UEP) programs

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of student learning resources, student learning interest and to determine the effect of completeness of learning resources on student learning interest in Integrated social science subjects in sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dedai School year 2019/2020. The population in this study were all students sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dedai School year 2019/2020 as many as 168 students. This research method reveals quantitative by using the form of research that is the explanation format. This research data collection technique is indirect communication techniques and documentation. used were Likert scale questionnaire. research result  There is a significant influence of the completeness of learning resources on student learning requests in integrated social science subjects as evidenced by the t value of 6.815 <t table 1.981. It can be concluded that the independent variable (X) tested has an influence on the dependent variable (Y). With the meaning of the word Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Not achieving the performance targets that have been set are caused by many factors, both individual, group, organization both internal and external. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the influence of group integrity factors on the performance of employees at the Kapuas Hulu district secretariat. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees (civil servant status) who worked at the regional secretariat of Kapuas Hulu Regency, totaling 137 employees. The sampling technique is done by using the Simple Random Sampling technique by determining the sample of respondents randomly. Based on the results of calculations with the formula, the sample in this study amounted to 102 employees. Data collection tools used closed questionnaire with 5 (five) interval scale answer options. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Prerequisite testing with residual normality test and linearity regression test. Data analysis in this study was carried out using statistical descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study concluded that group integrity had a significant positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the development of interactive CD media using Macromedia Flash 8 on classification of animal subject for elementary school grade IV. The method in this research is research and development that combining research and development method according to Borg & Gall and ASSURE, that consist of 7 steps. These steps include: research and information, analyze learner characteristics, state objective, select or modify media, utilize, require learner response and evaluate. The results showed that the developed interactive CD has been feasible based on development steps. The results of media validation and material validation obtained scores average respectively by 90,62% and 99%, so interactive CD media feasible to applied in for elementary school grade IV. Then, based on student learning outcomes on a small scale trial shown 92% of students score is ≥ 63. On a large scale trial in SDN 23 Menyumbung and SDN 01 Kenukut the classical of student learning outcomes respectively increased for 53% and 34%. It can be concluded that the development of interactive cd media using macromedua flash 8 on classification of animal subject feasible to applied for elementary school grade IV.Keywords: Interactive CD; Instructional Media; Macromedia Flash 8ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan media CD interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 pada materi menggolongkan hewan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengkombinasikan metode penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall dan ASSURE yang terdiri dari 7 langkah, meliputi: penelitian dan pengumpulan data (research and information), analyze learner characteristics (menganalisis karakteristik umum kelompok sasaran), state objective (menyatakan atau merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran), select or modify media (memilih, memodifikasi, atau merancang dan mengembangkan materi dan media yang tepat), utilize (menggunakan materi dan media), Require learner response (meminta tanggapan dari siswa)  and evaluate (mengevaluasi proses belajar). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CD interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan. Berdasarkan  hasil validasi media dan hasil validasi materi yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata perolehan skor masing-masing sebesar 90,62% dan 99%, maka media CD interaktif layak diterapkan pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Kemudian berdasarkan tes hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba terbatas menunjukkan 92% siswa mendapat skor ≥63. Sedangkan pada uji coba skala luas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 23 Menyumbung dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Kenukut ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa meningkat masing-masing sebesar 53% dan 34%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media CD interaktif menggunakan macromedia flash 8 pada materi menggolongkan hewan layak diterapkan pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.Kata Kunci: CD Interaktif; Media Pembelajaran; Macromedia Flash 8

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the commodities of plantation products which has an important role in economic activities in Indonesia. The existence of the Harapan Jaya cooperative is very helpful for the plasma farmers in the village who are not prosperous. In addition to being able to provide cooperative capital assistance, the role is to ensure that farmers 'harvests are sold every month, while other cooperatives are unable to provide certainty about the sale of farmers' harvested fruits. The aim of this study was to discuss the handling of yields of oil palm fresh fruit bunches by cooperative expectations. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research was carried out in a village of prosperous hope cooperative units in a village that was not successful. Site selection is determined intentionally. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews and documentation. The variables in this study consisted of mechanisms for handling yields of fresh palm fruit bunches. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, information was obtained regarding the problems faced by oil palm farmers, especially in villages that were not successful. The solution to overcome this problem is through 3 mechanisms for supplying fruit-bearing trucks, cooperating with several palm oil mills, selling FFB to factories at high prices, and ensuring that the plantation roads are feasible to pass.

Abstract

Scientific writing is now an important requirement for teachers in advancing their field of professional development. The general objective of this activity is to increase the enthusiasm of teachers in writing scientific papers and publish them in national journals as part of teacher professional development. Operationally, the objectives of this activity are: increasing knowledge of writing scientific papers for teachers in Suhaid District; improving the ability to write scientific papers for teachers; as well as the development of teachers in preparing research reports and articles until they are published in the mass media or accredited national scientific journals.The method used in this activity was performance and training in writing scientific papers. The expected outcome of this scientific paper writing workshop was that teachers could be motivated and understand how to write correct scientific papers. The results of the activities were proven by the participants’ sending the scientific papers by email to the instructor and the instructor reviewed the papers for revisions to achieve the output target of this activity.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected from 10 economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation and field notes / log books to see intellectual capital and social capital developed by economics teachers to improve the quality of graduates, and data collection instruments in the form: interviews to teachers about the social capital they develop and interviews with students and principals as a cross check data. It also observes the activities of teachers in developing social capital. The results showed that the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak State High School includes Trust through the activities of teachers building mutual trust with their students in race activities. Keywords: Social Capital of Economic Teachers AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kota Pontianak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 10 orang guru ekonomi SMA Negeri Kota Pontianak. Teknik análisis data menggunakan tehnik deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan /log book untuk melihat modal sosial yang dikembangkan oleh guru ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan,  dan  Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa: wawancara kepada guru tentang modal social yang dikembangkannya serta wawancara dengan siswa dan kepala sekolah sebagai cros cek data. Selain itu juga melakukan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan guru dalam mengembangkan modal sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Pontianak meliputi Trust melalui kegiatan guru-guru membangun rasa saling percaya dengan para siswanya dalam kegiatan perlombaan.Kata Kunci : Modal Sosial Guru Ekonomi

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the role of student’s cooperatives in building the entrepreneurial mentality on the students of Economics Education STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The method of the research used was qualitative approach. The data of the research were obtained from two sources namely: Primary data and Secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study was interviews, observation and documentation. The data collecting instruments used was interview guidelines, field notes and researchers themselves. Data analysis was done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the research, obtained that: 1) The role of the student’s cooperatives seen from 2 approaches, that are Student’s Cooperative as entrepreneurial education unit trains and educates students in cooperative management as well as train and educate students in developing entrepreneurial potential. 2) The role of student cooperative in building students' entrepreneurial mentality at Kopma on Economics Education of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang has been appropriate for indicators of entrepreneurial mentality in terms of leadership, task and result oriented, future orientation, creativity, risk-taking and self-confidence.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah melalui pendidikan. Baik pembelajaran dilakukan secara offline maupun online, media pembelajaran merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran dapat membantu menyampaikan materi pelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK dalam pembelajaran ekonomi untuk menunjang kinerja guru SMA se-Kota Sintang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA se-Kota Sintang, Kalimantan Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang guru ekonomi pada sebuah SMA di kota Sintang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan, observasi, studi pustaka, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tahapan perancangan meliputi Pemilihan Media, Penyusunan Instrumen Penilaian dan Perancangan Awal; Perencanaan Media Pembelajaran meliputi observasi, pembuatan desain, dan pembuatan media; Pengoperasian Media Pembelajaran dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XI IPS semester gasal tahun 2021/2022; Evaluasi Media Pembelajaran diperoleh dari hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran.Secara keseluruhan media pembelajaran masuk kategori baik, Guru terbantu dengan terdapatnya media pembajaran  tersebut, siswa mudah mengoperasikan mediauntuk belajar apalagi dalam belajar daring
