Abstract

This study aims to identify the health status of diabetic patients and related factors related to the COVID-19 transition period. This study used a cross-sectional design. Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between the length of illness (p= 0.003) and body mass index (p= 0.026) with health status scores. Vaccination history and other characteristics have no relationship with the patient's health. However, length of illness, body mass index, age, and level of education can significantly predict the patient's health. Measures of condition, body mass index, age, and level of education can be used to indicate a patient's state of health, with the duration of illness having a more significant effect. In conclusion, the health state during the transition from pandemic to endemic, according to the perception of people with diabetes mellitus, was good, the vaccination program must be continued, and community support, especially for cadres, is practical to improve the management of diabetics. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The results showed that most of the experimental group's initial anxiety was moderate (35.5%) and the control group was also moderate (35.5%). Most of the anxiety in the experimental group is normal and mild (29.0%) and the control group is moderate (41.9%). Most of the initial stress in the experimental group was moderate (61.3%) and the control group was also moderate (51.6%). Most of the final stress in the experimental group was normal and moderate (32.3%) and the control group was moderate (38.7%). There is an effect of the problem-focused coping method on anxiety ( = 0.001) and stress ( = 0.000) in nursing students in online learning. The conclusion from this study is that the problem-focused coping method in academic guidance can be used as a method for reducing anxiety and stress in students, especially students during online learning. Abstract

This study aims to categorize various early mobilization therapies in heart disease patients. The research method used is a systematic review by searching for articles using the Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases. Key phrases included "early mobilization," "exercise training," and "cardiovascular disease and heart failure." The results showed that the interventions had 6MWT, CPET, progressive mobilization I, muscle breathing/inhalation training on day I, leg and limb exercises on the second and third days, ambulation, limb exercises, sitting, and walking. Around the bed, low-intensity resistance exercises in bed, and standing and tiptoe exercises on the floor beside the bed. Patients with acute heart failure often receive 20 to 40 minutes of therapy daily, including bedside exercises and a 50-step walk. In conclusion, there are still differences in time, scope, and implementation of early mobilization initiatives. However, mobilization therapy can be given to cardiac patients of all ages and is safe and practical. They help reduce re-hospitalization risk and improve a patient's VO2 and quality of life (QOL).
