Abstract

A good website is a website that is in great demand by users and provides good information to its users. One of the website applications that can be seen is in universities. To measure the quality of the XYZ Institute website, indicators that affect the quality of the website are needed from the point of view of educators, lecturers and students. Therefore, the methods used to measure the quality of the XYZ Institute website are the Webqual and IPA methods. The description of this research is whether there is an effect of the quality of the XYZ Institute website on usability indicators. Is there an effect of the quality of the XYZ Institute website on the indicators of information quality (Information Quality, is there an effect of the quality of the XYZ Institute website on the indicators of service interaction quality), and, is there an effect of the quality of the XYZ Institute website on the overall indicators. Is there an influence on the quality of the XYZ Institute website with a comparison the level of importance and level of performance in the IPA method. There is a significant influence between usability, quality information and service interaction quality on user satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. In the IPA method in developing the Institute website XYZLubuklinggan In quadrant I has an important priority where the indicators in quadrant I are indicators X16 and X17 and this quadrant is not in accordance with user expectations and has a high level of importance. In Quadrant II the XYZha Institute website rus maintains the indicators are X4, X8, X10, X12, X14, X16, X18, in quadrant III can ignore a little of importance the indicators are X1, X2, X3, X5, X11, X15, and quadrant IV are considered to have a low level of importance but the level of performance on this website is considered very good for users whose indicators are X6 and X7.

Abstract

The development of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in a region is one of the efforts to encourage regional economic growth. The development of IKM in Jayapura City itself has increased from year to year. However, the current condition, the existence and location of IKM is still difficult to reach by the general public due to the lack of information about the (IKM) itself. The purpose of this research is to build a geographic information system as a means of society to get information about IKM in Jayapura City. The process of analyzing geographic information system data in this study was clustered data into three parts, namely input data, data classification and output data. This study uses the analysis method of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service (PIECES) to identify problems, design the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, use the Waterfall development method and the Black Box testing method. This research produces a Small and Medium Industry (IKM) Geographical Information System in Jayapura City which is equipped with maps, travel routes and descriptions of the IKM chosen by the user or community. With this system, it can help and minimize people's time in finding information on the location of IKM

Abstract

Sukarame District serves public administration activities such as information on population data and mail administration services. The conventional process currently running in Sukarame District only uses Microsoft Office for data storage so that it cannot be accessed by people in real-time. As a solution to the problem, we need a system that can help public service management to manage population data, public complaints, and service letters such as environmental permits, electricity subsidy permits, and business permits. This system was developed with the extreme programming development method with system design using a unified modeling language, namely use case diagram, class diagram, and activity diagram. To assess the feasibility of the system, testing was carried out using the black-box method which resulted in an accuracy of 100%, so that this system was fit for use functionally.

Abstract

The State Treasury Service Office in Kediri is one of the services of the state general treasurer in the city of Kediri. The function of the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri, which is responsible for channeling the budget according to its allocation as stipulated in the APBN Law. In order to maintain the quality of the services provided, the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri always carries out supervision. Currently, the employment survey is conducted using the google form. However, the use of this form of google is not optimal. This is because there is no final cost for the staffing survey that has been carried out and there is no report on the results of the survey that has been carried out. Therefore, this study makes a web-based design of the personnel survey information system at the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri. This information system uses the programming language PHP and Javascript (EcmaScript 6) with the MySQL database. Based on the experiments that have been done, all the features in this information system can work according to their function. The design of this information system can help the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri to conduct the performance survey process more efficiently.

Abstract

E-learning is an important advance in the modern education system. While an Illustration is an art of visual on writing artwork, drawing, painting, photography or another type on an art. Most People want to be an illustrator usually must learning their skill basic with self-taught or learning on art of school. However most people specifically for known illustration and want to learn their skill on art school but constrained with distance or time or another reason with their tools art. Until the most people can not got their skill with fast. By looking at this times with the Design Online Learning Of Education On Illustration At Website, which have contain more information and education about illustration and the illustrator can make easier for other to learning or to hone their skill with complete material which is came from most experience illustrator. The design will become a place of sharing content about illustration, it was built with PHP, and DBMS MySql. This research resulted in an e-learning application using Iconix process.

Abstract

Purwokerto is an interesting city to visit because it has many tourist attractions that offer natural beauty. Many tourists visiting Purwokerto have difficulty getting information about tourist objects and determining tourist destinations. This is based on the results of a survey of 114 respondents. Based on these problems, we need a system that provides information and provides recommendations regarding tourist destinations. The system is designed by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithmas an algorithm that selects tourist destinations based on the criteria entered by the user. As for the methoddevelopment The software used in this research is a method Waterfall. Which systemhas beenbuilt tested to users using the User Acceptance Test testing method. This is meant to mengmeasure user acceptance. UAT testing conducted on 100 respondents measured 3 aspects, namely, software engineering aspects, functionality aspects, and visual communication aspectsal gives a value of 5,660. The value is converted using the Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method, giving the conclusion that the system that has been built is accepted by the user.

Abstract

Lack of understanding by Indonesian social media user about law impact inflicted to cyberbullying perpetrators makes many cyberbullying cases has not handled properly and ended up with nothing. Indonesia hasn’t yet law authority that govern cyberbullying in specific, causing no guideline regard the definition about cyberbullying itself. There is an extension about definition of violence which state that violence is not only physically deliver, but also psychologically, referred an inferences cyberbullying characteristics possibly qualify in element of criminal act. Therefore, the element of criminal act can be used as a basis for detecting potential of cyberbullying. In this research, literature review is used to determine the elements of criminal acts related to the characteristics of cyberbullying and also in finding a model classifier to detect cyberbullying messages. So there are 5 criminal acts related to cyberbullying characteristic which insult, accuse with defamation, hatred about ethnicity, religion, race and inter-group relations, threat of violence, and threat of telling secret. Total of 5000 tweets are collected as a dataset. Feature extraction, using the N-gram method with TF-IDF weighting is expected to obtain sentiment based on the use of words. The context of language becomes important in this study, so the dataset annotation process is carried out by linguist. The results on the application of the two model classfier were Naïve Bayes and SVM after applying resampling by over-sampling using SMOTE method, can correctly predict the potential for cyberbullying by their violated element of criminal act with the average performance measurement of 90%.

Abstract

Population density in a large city such as Medan will have many impacts on the community. However, often people, either individuals or groups who want to live or live in the city of Medan, choose their location at will without knowing the existing population density classification, so that they can have a big problem impact on the community or tend to be in a circle of huge problems they will face. if you do not know, choose the place of residence that the community will occupy. The community's ignorance of the location of population density in the city of Medan is due to the absence of knowledge or information on population density mapping. So it is necessary to map the population density as new knowledge for the community to avoid or reduce the impact that will be experienced by people who want to live or reside in the city of Medan. This population density mapping will be grouped into 3 groups (clusters) using the K-Means Cluster algorithm, namely very dense (cluster1), dense (cluster2), and medium (cluster3). The results of population density mapping in the city of Medan, namely the very densely populated area of 121 kelurahan, the densely populated area is 30 sub-districts, and areas are no longer found in the city of Medan.

Abstract

The chili plant is a plant that is generally widely cultivated in the territory of Indonesia, both in the highlands to the lowlands. Chili cultivation is a business opportunity for farmers to increase their income which is quite large. Chili is a plant that is classified as a vegetable and spice group that has an image of a spicy taste that evokes appetite. However, some farmers are still not maximally able to get increased production yields. The problem faced by farmers today is a failure in the yields that are not good enough. The process of selecting chili plants by farmers is still not optimal, lack of knowledge in determining chili plants. With a decision support system, it can help farmers to solve existing problems. Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making makes it easier for farmers to determine the alternatives and selected criteria, from the results of the analysis calculation to get the optimal value for the selected alternative, red chili plants A_2 get the highest integral value. A_2 The total value of the integral ∝ =0 (0.39063), ∝ =0,5 (0.54167), ∝ =1 (0.69271).

Abstract

BAZNAS Papua Province has several stages that must be carried out in the process of distributing Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) to the mustahiq, one of the stages is mustahiq assessment survey on the field. With a large number of mustahiq being surveyed every day and the eligibility assessing process still be carried out manually utilizing survey form recording, the survey stage of the ZIS distribution process takes a long time. In addition, physical document usage continues to increase every day becomes more susceptible to damaged and loss and requires extensive storage in the archiving process. This study uses a PIECES analysis method as well as system development use a Waterfall method. Furthermore, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used to design the system. The system is built on web-based using the PHP programming language and the MariaDB database. The results of this study are the Management Information System of Mustahiq Eligibility Assessment at BAZNAS Papua Province that is capable of organizing mustahiq data, assessing mustahiq eligibility and minimizing the usage of physical documents in the ZIZ distribution process. The system is built to produce information about mustahiq recommendation that is capable of assist BAZNAS Papua Province to come to a final decision.
