Abstract

Profitability is one of the variables that is often studied in relation to profit manipulation. If the company has sufficient profitability, the company has the opportunity to maintain its business continuity. It is stated that potential investors will carefully analyze the smooth running of a company and its ability to earn profitability gains, because they expect dividends and market prices from their shares. Profit manipulation carried out by the management can be minimized by implementing GCG. For this reason, management is given some power to make the best decisions for shareholders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of GCG on profit manipulation and the profit ratio as an intervening variable. The population in this study consisted of 10 (ten) bank sectors listed on the IDX. The data processing method uses Eviews10, data processing techniques with statistics, then classical assumptions, after that panel data and path regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has an effect on the profit ratio, while independent commissioners, audit committees, and independent commissioners have no effect on the profit ratio. directors, independent commissioners, audit committees, and institutional ownership together have an effect on the profit ratio. Directors, independent commissioners, audit committees, institutional ownership, and profit ratios have no effect on profit manipulation. The profit ratio is a mediator of the effects of the audit committee, institutional ownership on profit manipulation, while the profit ratio is not a mediator of the effects of independent commissioners and directors on profit manipulation

Abstract

Along with the rapid changing of technology and information that is increasing in the current digitalization era, industrial development has also increased significantly, including the beauty industry which tends to affect the modern lifestyle of all levels of society both locally and globally. Currently, consumers have enthusiasm for beauty and skin care products, so it is easier to get the desired product, including consumers in the city of Manado. The internet continues to grow rapidly and affect people's shopping lifestyles, from conventional are now shifting towards a modernization lifestyle. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of E-Commerce and Word of Mouth on the Purchase Decision of La Roche Posay Skincare Products in Manado City.The research method used in this research is quantitative methods. Population in this study is La Roche Posay user in Manado City who bought product through e-commerce like shopee and tokopedia. And the sample in this research using roscoe method, so The sample in this study was 78 respondents. The source of data in this study is primary data.Based on the results of this study, the regression equation is as follows: Y= -0.761 + 0.365 (X1) + 0.625 (X2). As a result of the calculation of the t-test, the E-Commerce variable (X1) partially has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision (Y). This can be seen from the probability that E-Commerce (X1) has a probability value smaller than 0.05, namely = 0.000 and the value of tcount 4.849 > ttable 1.991. The Word of Mouth variable (X2) partially positively affects the purchase decision (Y). This can be seen from the degree of probability level smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000 and the value of tcount 5.244 > ttable 1.991. The results of the F test showed a calculated F value of 85.328 > Ftable 3.117, with a significance of 0.000. Which means that the variables E-Commerce (X1) and Word of Mouth (X2) simultaneously affect on the purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

As we know, the MSME business is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The impact of the pandemic has resulted in many workers being forced to stay home. During the pandemic, there was a change in the consumption pattern of people's goods and services from offline to online. Many MSME actors have difficulty in achieving the targets that must be achieved when the economy is disrupted. This change in pattern, followed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to survive, and can develop so that they are able to face new normal conditions, Digitalization has become an important necessity, as evidenced by the Large-Scale Social Restriction Period (PSBB) which has increased the utilization of e-learning, eCommerce, digital literacy, delivery requests, and the need for medical/cleaning equipment, however, cannot deny the existence of the problem of digitizing MSMEs. In some remote areas, limited internet access is still an obstacle. The understanding of MSME actors towards technology, limited online marketing, production processes and online market access are still considered not optimal enough. Furthermore, consumers still feel insecure in conducting digital transactions. The purpose of this research is to overcome these problems, and help residents through the program "Entrepreneurship training in developing MSMEs during the pandemic in Nelayan Indah Village" and teaching residents to use digital properly.

Abstract

The discount policy applied by the company will affect the level of sales, how the company applies the discount policy and how the sales level increases due to the policy and how much influence the implementation of this discount policy has on the company's sales level. This type of research is descriptive statistics with a correlational approach. The study concludes that discount policy has an effect on increasing sales at PT. Lembang Abadi Indah Bandung by 93%, the remaining 7% is influenced by factors, the magnitude of the significant influence is with a very strong relationship between the two variables, namely 0.965, the relationship is functionally with a linear regression approach, namely Y = 1.650. 267 + 13,687X, the results of the hypothesis test state that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because t count (10.335) > t table (4.473).

Abstract

Promotion strategy is the beginning of product introduction to consumers, which is very important because it relates to the benefits that will be obtained by the company. If it is supported by well-structured planning, then the promotion strategy will be very useful. This research is a scientific research with descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that seeks to decide the division of the current problem based on data, analysis and interpretation, which aims to find theories from the field. The promotional strategy carried out by the Funding Officer for the iB Maslahah Savings product to increase the number of customers, namely: Making offers to campus agencies, schools, and others by picking up the ball. Promotional offers carried out by Funding Officers through social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp and print media such as local newspapers and Bandung radio as well as through the installation of banners located in strategic places. In the promotional strategy for the iB Maslahah savings product at Bank BJB Syariah KCU Bandung, there has been significant growth from the last 3 years with a pick-up and ball promotion strategy as well as through social media Instagram and Whatsapp as well as by installing banners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of development of murabahah margin income and determine the determination of murabahah financing margins at BMT Tamzis Cimahi Branch. In this study the authors conducted research using descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach, namely research conducted in depth about aspects of the social environment including humans in it, either individually, in groups, or in the environment around BMT Tamzis Cimahi branch. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the factors in determining the murabahah margin are based on the ceiling value and financing period and are analyzed using th e 5C + 1S analysis principle including character, capacity, capital, condition, collateral, and sharia and the level of income development in BMT. Tamzis Cimahi branch experienced ups and downs from year to year where it can be seen from 2012 to 2016 the average income was Rp.262,183,200 with a total income of Rp.1,310,916,000 with details in 2013 it decreased by Rp.19,026,000 and decreased again. in 2014 with a total decrease of IDR 184,655,000. however, in 2015 the murabahah contract at BMT Tamzis increased again by Rp. 117,193,000 and in 2016 it increased again from the previous year of Rp. 70,409,000. The determination of the murabahah financing margin at BMT Tamzis undergoes several stages including starting with fundraising, deposit contracts, BMT, financing products, goods and then setting margins to generate income for BMT and 'attayya.

Abstract

This web-based Asset Information System is a system that provides reports on the status of goods, the number of goods, records data on the purchase of goods, makes submissions and complaints of goods, and does not discuss intangible assets or non-monetary assets that can be identified but have no substance. physical assets, Examples of intangible assets are patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Problems that occur in asset processing at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk The Service Solution Division is currently still using a data processing system in the form of Microsoft Excel. This is less efficient in terms of time, energy, and cost. With the development of technology, it can be used to overcome some of the obstacles faced today, such as by creating a system that helps in managing assets, inventory items, and also borrowing office inventory items to prevent damage, loss, or "ghost items". Web-based system development is used with system modeling, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The asset management system development methodology uses a prototype model, PHP programming, and MYSQL database.

Abstract

Following the times, the paradigm of realizing social and environmental responsibility will inevitably have an impact on the company in the future. Therefore, companies need to make efforts to integrate economic interests and fulfill social and environmental responsibilities. SDGs have become a measuring tool in determining Impact Ranking. Academics are stakeholders who play a role in helping the achievement of the SDGs. This study aims to identify the level of effectiveness of the strategies that have been carried out and the role of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Creating Shared Value (CSV) Strategy at PT Kawasan Industri Gresik. This study uses a qualitative method regarding the Evaluation of the Strategy of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the future which is worth the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The results of this study are CSR activities of PT Kawasan Industri Gresik which have the most significant impact are Orphans Compensation with the highest SROI output value of 5. The allocation and positive impact caused by the company has not been balanced between social and environmental. PT Kawasan Industri Gresik allocates more funds for social activities for communities around the affected areas. Although the impact is quite good, the overall ratio of positive environmental impacts is very small compared to the social impact of the CSR programs that have been carried out. Through this CSR effectiveness evaluation study, it can be seen the impact of PT Kawasan Industri Gresik's CSR program in detail in rupiah nominal terms

Abstract

Flood on March 17 in the Celeng River, Wukirsari Village, D.I. Yogyakarta became the biggest flood that ever happened on the Bog River. Floods are caused by heavy flow of water from the hills in the Imogiri and Dlingo areas. The Celeng River overflowed and submerged four hamlets in Wukirsari Village, Imogiri District. This study aims to determine flood control efforts in the Celeng sub-watershed area. The research location is in the Kali Celeng sub-watershed, Wukirsari, Imogiri, D.I. Yogyakarta with the control point located in the lower reaches of the Celeng River right at the confluence of the Celeng River and the Oyo River. The hydrological analysis was calculated using the Gamma 1 unit hydrograph method with a return period of 10 years. The maximum flood discharges for each of the Celeng sub-watersheds are 75.73 m3/s, 38.22 m3/s, 37.20 m3/s, 18.54 m3/s, and 21.57 m3/s, and 26.29 m3/s, while the 10-year return flood discharges for the Oyo watershed is 959.60 m3/s. The hydraulic analysis was carried out by modeling the 13.35 km long Celeng River channel with HEC-RAS 4.1 software. The flow simulation is carried out steadily. The simulation results show that during the simulation of the existing state there are several points of the section of the Celeng River that overflow. The overflowing sections are then normalized with certain groove dimensions that are adjusted to the location of the flood point. The results of the flow simulation after normalization show that most of the Celeng River channel can accommodate the flood discharge that occurred. The sections that still overflow after normalization are then given embankments with an average height of 0.75 m.

Abstract

People's interest in technology, or brands, has always been very important. Therefore, technological developments increase the number of new products and competitors in the telecommunications industry, placing consumers first and consumers with more choices and information as king. In this era, telecommunications has also become a competitive business field for business actors because of its extraordinary potential. This situation causes competition between companies, and players find themselves needing to maximize their company's wealth to survive from companies that manufacture smartphone products. One way to achieve this state is BRAND. Kotler explains that a brand is very useful in identifying the goods or services of one publisher or group of publishers, distinguishing them from similar products from other publishers. For them, for every company, the 'brand' is everything that makes it up and the most important capital. Because it is the basis of competitive advantage and future source of income. In this study, we adopted the method of using a questionnaire based on the results obtained. Brand loyalty therefore receives the most dominant value in purchasing decisions. iPhone consumer loyalty has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. As a result of this research, we can come to the conclusion that iPhone users often give consumers positive feedback.
