Abstract

Background. The employment status of nursing staff has an impact or influence on the work ethic of nurses in health care institutions because employment status is closely related to compensation or reward factors. Purpose: This study aims to describe the effect of employment status on the performance of nurses in health care facilities. Method: The method used in this paper is a literature review which is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research works and ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners. Results: The results of the identification of several studies regarding the employment status and performance of nursing staff found that the majority of studies revealed that there was an influence or relationship between employment status and the performance of nursing staff and there were also studies that revealed the opposite result, that there was no effect of employment status and the performance of nursing staff even though very limited in number. Study. Conclusion: Nurse employment status has an effect on performance dominating the research results from several studies that the authors managed to identify. This is more because employment status is more related to the guaranteed compensation received by nurses..

Abstract

The Social Security Administrative Body (BPJS) for Health is a legal entity established to administer a health insurance program with objective every inhabitant country get chance And equal rights in obtaining health services. However , based on data obtained from BPJS Health, it is recorded that there are 5 districts in Jambi Province that are in arrears in paying BPJS contributions . One of them is Jambi City happen arrears with the most dues of 76,909,256,816. According to the BPJS Health program rules, payment is requested no later than the 10th of each month. Hence the goal _ in study This is find out the determinants of arrears in payment of Health Social Security Administering Body contributions for independent participants in the city of Jambi.This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study were 106 respondents using a purposive proportional random sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis used univariate and bivariate (chi-square). The results of this study indicate that the majority of 61.3% of respondents are in arrears and based on statistical tests in this study indicate that there are factors related to arrears in BPJS contribution payments, namely income (0.000), knowledge (0.013), perception (0.011), and place of payment (0.002). There is a relationship between the variables where contributions are paid, income, knowledge and perceptions with BPJS contribution arrears.

Abstract

Based on basic health research in 2018, the percentage of dental and oral problems in Indonesia is relatively high, namely 57.6%. One of the groups is prone to dental and oral health problems in adolescents. Knowledge and behavior influence and play an important role in dental and oral health directly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between oral health knowledge and oral health maintenance behaviors in students aged 15 – 18 at SMAN 1 Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The cross-sectional study was conducted on 192 students in grades 10 – 12 using a random sampling method. The research instrument used questionnaires regarding oral health knowledge and behaviors that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used to see the relationship between oral health knowledge variables and oral health behavioral behaviors in the study subjects was carried out using the Spearman Rank correlation technique (p < 0.05). The results of the study obtained 74% of students had good oral health knowledge and 59.9% had sufficient oral health behaviors. The results of the Spearman Rank test obtained that a p-value of 0.017 which (p < 0.05) and the Spearman correlation coefficient showed a positive value of 0.172. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between oral health knowledge variables and oral health behaviors in students of SMAN 1 Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The better the oral knowledge possessed, the better the oral health maintenance

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is one infectious disease consequence happening. Disturbance of metabolism chronic be marked by height blood sugar levels. According to data from the 2019 International Diabetes Federation, Indonesia is included in the top 10 countries with amount sufferer supreme and is the only Southeast Asian country in that list. Study This aim is to know the connection between history discharge and hypertension with incident Diabe test mellitus type II in the Village Malintang Subdistrict Peat Banjarmasin Regency. The research design used is observational analytics with approach case-control. Sample research of as many as 48 people consists of 16 cases and 32 controls taken with a simple random sampling technique. Analysis of data using the Chi-Square test. Research Results pointing right There is a connection between history family with the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus type II with value p=0.001 OR=11.074, there is a connection between hypertension with the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus type II with bro value p=0.004, OR=7.857. Conclusion in the study: There is a connection between family history and hypertension with the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus type II.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is an integral part of overall health that affects a person's quality of life. This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of mothers who have preschool children aged 3-4 years at the Bertha Inpatient Primary Clinic in 2023. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The sample of this study was 30 respondents from the mother at Bertha Primary Clinic who had preschool children aged 3-4 years, with the sampling technique that was using accidental sampling. Based on the research, it was found that the knowledge of respondents (mothers) regarding children's dental and oral health was in the good category, 14 respondents (46.7%), enough for 13 respondents (43.3.7%), and lacking for 3 respondents (10.0). %). And mother's attitude regarding children's dental and oral health with a positive category of 27 respondents (90.0%) and a negative category of 3 respondents (10.0%). Researchers suggest that mothers who have children increase their sources of information about dental and oral health by building partnerships with health workers or viewing social media. As well as implementing dental and oral hygiene since early childhood.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the HOME Children Learning Center program owned by the HSO West Java Human Initiative can affect a child's self-concept. This study uses a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study are how to implement the HOME Children Learning Center program in the West Java Human Initiative and know self-concept and factors that influence children's self-concept based on the implementation of the Uman Initiative West Java HOME Children Learning Center program.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of the Staple Food Program for Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Sawah Kulon Village, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency". which have been determined and implementation itself refers to various program implementation actions that have been prepared to achieve the planned program objectives. The Indonesian government is conducting business through social assistance programs that aim to reduce the level of poverty that occurs in Indonesia, one of which is with the assistance of the Basic Food Program, the basic food program is food social assistance that is distributed in non-cash form from the government to KPM every month via electronic money which is used only for buy groceries. The research method used is a qualitative approach method with informant selection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used techniques, namely: (1) Interview (2) Observation (3) Documentation Study. The number of informants in this study was divided into three parts, namely the main informants who were beneficiaries of eight families, the key informants, namely the Pasawahan District Social Welfare Workers and additional informants, namely the Village Secretary. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the basic food program went well, no serious obstacles were found and had a positive impact on beneficiary families.

Abstract

Stunting is a significant highlight in Indonesia because it is continually rising. Factor pattern of bad parenting and inappropriate infant feeding is a risk cause of stunting. The purpose of this research is to analyze the connection pattern parenting and patterns of provision of food to the incidence of stunting in infants. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted in the Health Center Cipadung working area in January- March 2022. The research population is mothers with toddlers. A sample of 84 respondents was taken randomly. The instruments used are a measuring tool height and a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The research showed that pattern parenting (p=0.045 and POR=2.9) and pattern feeding (p=0.014 and POR=3.3) are associated with stunting. Parenting and patterns of feeding are related to the incidence of stunting. Good maternal parenting can prevent children from experiencing stunting and feeding; if mothers provide the right food for their children, then children can be spared from stunting.

Abstract

Pre-menstrual syndrome is thought to occur 7-14 days before menstruation and consists of physical, psychological and behavioral disturbances that can occur in women and can be triggered or exacerbated by factors such as their stress level and physical activity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress levels and physical activity and the occurrence of premenstrual syndrome in female students. This study used a quantitative analytical research method with a cross-sectional design. D3 Midwifery female students class of 2021-2024 were used as the sample (n = 32) in this study. Sampling was done by total sampling technique. The research instrument used the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) questionnaire and the Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form (SPAF). Data analysis used the Kendall tau test. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of premenstrual syndrome (0.001<0.05), with a correlation coefficient of 0.708 and there was a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of premenstrual syndrome (0.001<0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.066. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between stress levels and the incidence of premenstrual syndrome

Abstract

WHO defines stunting in the Global Nutrition Targets 2025 as an irreversible growth disorder primarily driven by inadequate nutritional intake and infections that occur repeatedly in the first 1000 days of life. Reducing stunting rates is the primary goal of the six goals in the 2025 Global Nutrition Targets. Stunting is also a vital indicator of the second goal of sustainable development, namely, no hunger. As many as 149.2 million toddlers (22%) worldwide were stunted in 2020. Southeast Asia has as many as 10.8 million toddlers (13.9%). This study analyzes the determinants of toddler stunting in Lubuklinggau City in 2022. The method used is an analytic observational research design with a case-control approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire on 71 stunted respondents and 71 respondents who were not stunted through the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The population to be studied was divided into sub-populations (clusters). A sample was selected for each cluster by random sampling. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the variables Gender, Low Birth Weight, History of Exclusive Breastfeeding, Maternal Age at Birth, Parents' Income, History of ANC, and History of Infectious Diseases had a significant relationship affecting the incidence of stunting in toddlers in Lubuklinggau City in 2022. The results of the multivariate analysis test also show that parents' income is the most dominant factor influencing toddler stunting incidence in Lubuklinggau City in 2022.
