Oikos Nomos menerbitkan artikel mengikuti panduan dan template yang sudah disediakan. Semua manuskrip yang dikirim akan melalui proses peer-review double-blind, durasi peninjauan adalah antara 2-4 minggu. Pra-review naskah dilakukan oleh tim editorial untuk meninjau kesesuaian teks dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup dan gaya jurnal dan pedoman penulisan. Naskah akan dikirim ke pengulas berdasarkan bidang spesialisasi mereka. Peninjau memberikan penilaian naskah yang mencakup orisinalitas, kontribusi ilmiah, dan kejelasan presentasi. Berdasarkan komentar dan saran dari pengulas dewan editorial membuat keputusan atas komentar dan saran pengulas. Jurnal ini memiliki empat jenis kriteria keputusan termasuk: diterima, diterima dengan sedikit revisi, diterima dengan banyak revisi, dan ditolak. Pemeriksaan plagiarisme dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pemeriksa Plagiarisme Online. Batas indikasi untuk plagiarisme yang ditetapkan adalah maksimum 10%.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the community participation in the implemention of Development Planning Forum (Musrembang) in Guali Village, Kusambi Subdistrict, Muna Barat Regency. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, where the data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation study, and this research involves several informants. The research findings indicate that the community does partipacipate in the implementation of the Development Planning Forum (Musrembang) of Guali Village, both trough suggestion and energy contributed by the community. For instance, the community takes a part through their energy to construct village farming road as proposed in the forum regardless of a condition where not all of them involve in the implementation of Development Planning Forum (Musrembang).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of number of family dependents and education on poverty of the village communities in Sari Murni Village, Randangan Sub-Distric, Pohuwato Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The respondes amounted to 34 people in Sari Murni Village, Randangan Sub-Distric, Pohuwato Regency. The main instrument used was questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by linear regression and continued to be carried out with the classical assumption test. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population and samples were selected from a total of 34 low-income families with less than four family dependents (4) in Sari Murni Village, Randangan Sub-Distric, Pohuwato Regency. The result of the variability regardine poverty and education in Sari Murni Village, Randangan Sub-Distric, Pohuwato Regency indicated that the number of family dependens and education simultaneously affect poverty.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on efforts to improve community welfare in Bubeya Village, Suwawa Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regerency. It applied a quantitative method with a total of 60 respondents (local communities) in Bubeya Village. At the same time, the data analysis used simple regression analysis assisted by the SPSS program 17.0.The findings depicted that the Family Hope Program positively affected community welfare. Family Hope Program and community welfare equation were Ŷ = 14.292 + 0.358X. This regression model indicated that each increase of one (1) score in the Family Hope Program  would be followed by an increase in community welfare for 0,358 at a constant of 14.292 with the R-squared (R2) value  of 0,676 or 67.6%. This mean that the independent variable affected the dependent were not examined in while the remaining 32.4% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out to what extent: (1) the job transfer (X1) and workload (X2) simultaneously on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, and (2) the work mutations (X1) partially on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, (3) the effect of the workload (X2) partially on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive presentation. The population in this study consists of all employees of the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, and the sample used in this study covers 30 respondents by using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) job transfer (X1) and workload (X2) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, namely 0.904 or 90.4%, (2) job transfer (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, which is 0.576 or 57.6%, and (3) workload (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistric Office, which is 0.388 or 38.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of village fund policy on village development in Mutiara Village, Paguyaman Sub-district, Boalemo Regency. This is a quantitative study using ex post facto method. This study uses primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 41 respondents in Mutiara Village, Paguyaman Sub-district. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The finding indicates that there is an influence of village fund policy ( X ) on village development ( Y ) in Mutiara Village, Paguyaman Sub-district Boalemo Regency. The influence of village fund policy ( X ) on village development ( Y ) is 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Status Ekonomi Dan Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua Tehadap Tingkat Anak Putus Sekolah DI Desa Lahumbo Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian expost fakto. Jumlah Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 anak putus sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data Kuisioner (Angket) dan di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Status Ekonomi (X1) dan Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua (X2) dapat mempengaruhi Tingkat Anak Putus Sekolah Masyarakat Desa Lahumbo Kecamatan Tilamuta, Kabupaten Boalemo sebesar 32,2%. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media (Instagram) on purchase intention with brand equity as a mediating variable. This type of research is a descriptive study with the study population, namely Indonesian citizens who use Instagram and obtained as many as 150 respondents through a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with criteria 1. Indonesian citizens aged at least 18 years 2. Have purchased Compass Shoes and followers of the Compass Shoes Instagram account . The data analysis technique used in this study is PLS (partial least squares) and the results of the data analysis obtained that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, User-generated social media communication has a positive and significant effect on E-WOM, Firm - the creation of social media communication has a positive and significant effect on E-WOM, and Brand Equity plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between E-WOM and Purschase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, population, and government expenditures on Japan's GDP in 2011-2020. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with secondary data obtained from the World Bank. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of E-Views 10 software. The results of the study found that inflation has no significant effect on GDP, population has a negative and significant effect on GDP, and government expenditures has a negative effect on GDP.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the beach tourism development strategy is in increasing the economic income of coastal communities in Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample in this study were 30 people. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis.The research results show that the position of the beach tourism development strategy in increasing the economic income of coastal communities in Bone Bolango Regency is currently in quadrant 2, namely diversification strategy. This strategy emphasizes that the government of Bone Bolango Regency must be able to optimize various coastal tourism potentials to reduce threats supported by efforts to increase opportunities for cooperation, collaboration, and budget support. The strategic steps that can be taken are (1) Integrating the potential for beach tourism with the creative economy handicraft products of the community so that the community's household economy can move to increase higher incomes and better recognition of the image of the regional characteristics of Bone Bolango Regency. (2) Equity participation by the government in the formation of regional-owned enterprises for the management of beach tourism in collaboration with local BUMDes and budget allocations for adequate and conducive accessibility. (3) Increasing the capacity of the community to be more innovative in beach tourism institutions and partnerships so that the community can further develop security, comfort and other positive things related to beach tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah strategi diferensiasi berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing Hotel Graand Q Gorontalo. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 orang responden, dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey dengan kuisioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Data diuji dan analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh strategi diferensiasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing bagi hotel Grand Q tetapi tidak signifikan.. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh strategi diferensiasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing Hotel Grand Q Gorontalo,  terbukti dan diterima walaupun pengaruhnya sangat kecil atau tidak signifikan.
