<![CDATA[The emergence of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 caused changes in various sectors, including the world of health. The Covid-19 pandemic or Corona virus disease has changed the world order. In order to prevent the further spread of the corona virus, adjustments have been made in various work sectors. Everything that requires face-to-face services is turned into online services. Health instructors in the new normal are required to be able to innovate in accordance with the 4.0 industrial revolution in digital health promotion. One form of media that is often used is video media. Video media relies on the sense of sight and the sense of hearing to visualize certain information so that efforts to convey this information are more effective and with this video media can be used as a tool to deliver health education to the general public. This animated video was chosen because this animated video is considered more interesting and easily understood by the public. For this reason, it is very necessary for health workers and cadres to be given training on how to make animated videos as a media for counseling in the new normal period.]]>

<![CDATA[Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition. Stunting can be influenced by various factors, one of which is the nutritional status of pregnant women. The incidence of stunting in West Nusa Tenggara is 25.15% where West Lombok Regency has a very short category percentage of 8.64%, while the short category is 18.46%. Efforts to prevent stunting are carried out by providing counseling and inviting the public to use Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), one of which is Moringa. These activities which were attended by pregnant women, cadres of posyandu, and mothers of infants and toddlers went smoothly and were enthusiastically welcomed by the community. ]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescence is a transitional period marked by physical, emotional and psychological changes. Teenagers are the next generation of the nation, where the good or bad of a nation in the future depends on how the condition of the youth of the younger generation is today. Early marriage in Indonesia is still relatively high. Data from Indonesia shows that around 61,000 children are married at the age of under 15 years and more than 1 million children are married at the age of less than 18 years. The method used in community service with the theme of education Community empowerment activities regarding the provision of health education on the impact of early marriage on adolescents are carried out on Friday, March 25, 2021, from 13.00 to 15.00 at the Posyandu Pancor Hamlet, Guntur Macan Village, West Lombok. demonstration of the impact of film screening on early marriage on adolescents. Based on the distribution of respondents based on the level of education from the results of research that has been done that the education level of the most respondents is junior high school, which is 8 respondents (53.33%). <![CDATA[The empowerment of women in the health sector can be categorized as one type of health development. The form of women's empowerment can be in the form of processing materials using the potential of local materials that have value. The target of this community service activity is the health cadres of Tegalweru Village, Dau, Malang Regency, as many as 20 people. This community service activity is carried out in the form of counseling and demonstrations as well as training for mothers with the lecture method, question, and answer, pre-test, post-test, and practice. The implementation of Community Service Activities went well with an increase in the average knowledge before and after being given counseling about the health benefits of oranges. In addition, the cadres were also very enthusiastic about the practice of making suction pudding made from oranges and orange peel tea. The provision of counseling can empower cadres who initially do not know to know. Besides that, training on making pudding and orange peel is also very useful for cadres who initially still cannot process existing local wisdom into being able to process them into appropriate materials. <![CDATA[ Adolescents in every country have an important role in the development of the country. Because teenagers are an important asset as the successor to a better generation. To create a better generation, young people must carry out positive activities for their progress. During adolescence, rapid development occurs, causing rapid changes in the process of physical, cognitive and psychosocial growth. Sexual maturity occurs and the achievement of an adult form. In line with physical and psychological changes, adolescents need to know about how to adapt to the changes that occur in themselves. During this period, young women will experience menarche, which is the first menstruation. During this menstrual period, young women will also be able to experience Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). However, especially young women still have many obstacles to carry out their daily activities, because of dysmenorrhea. This service is carried out at SMPN 1 Madapangga. <![CDATA[ Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is the giving of breast milk to the baby in the first hour after birth, where the baby is placed on the mother's chest and allows the baby to find the mother's nipple. Early initiation of breastfeeding is one way to reduce infant mortality. The practice of early initiation of breastfeeding, especially in Indonesia, is still very low. According to the 2002 Indonesian Health Demographic Survey, Early Breastfeeding Initiation in Indonesia is only 3.7%. This service was carried out at the Pandai village polindes in February 2021. This activity aims to increase mother's knowledge about Early Initiation of Breastfeeding and add insight that early initiation of breastfeeding is very important because it is the first step for the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The method of service is by lecture/counseling, discussion and question and answer by explaining the extension material in the form of powerpoint. As a result of our dedication, we got the enthusiasm of active participants in asking questions so that they are committed to trying to carry out Early Breastfeeding Initiation as soon as the baby is born. <![CDATA[Everyday life, humans will not be separated from basic needs, the rest will be disposed of as garbage. Garbage is a serious concern for the people of Indonesia. Especially the stalls that sell various sachets of drinks or sachets of food and wrap them in plastic bags. Some people are still confused about how to reduce the plastic waste. Lack of public understanding of the bad impact of waste, especially plastic waste, will have a significant impact on people's lives and health. In addition, plastic waste cannot be eradicated even if it is burned, and it takes millions to tens of millions of years for plastic waste to decompose in the soil. This negative influence must be turned into a positive one and utilized for the benefit of society. Processing plastic waste is a task that can be done by anyone and can produce financial results. Plastic waste must be recycled into products with high economic value. Therefore, a solution was made to reduce the negative impact of plastic waste, namely by creating decorative flowers and pencil cases. This is expected to reduce or even eliminate the negative impact of the accumulated plastic use.]]>

<![CDATA[ End-stage renal disease is a clinical condition characterized by progressive and irreversible renal failure. End-stage renal failure should require appropriate renal replacement therapy, transplantation or dialysis. The incidence of chronic disease continues to increase, as well as chronic kidney failure patients undergoing dialysis. The importance of regulating fluid and food intake because it can affect the addition of Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG). The problem with Partners is that patients who undergo hemodialysis therapy experience weight gain of more than 3 kg and even more than 4 kg. The results of interviews with patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy said that they had not adhered to the fluid intake programmed for them, and there were still many who had not been able to carry out a proper nutritional diet including nutrition. The method used in the service activities is by Lectures/counseling, discussion and question and answer. The results of the service showed that this service activity ran smoothly, so that the participants could follow the series to the end. The result of this activity was an increase in understanding from the pre-test evaluation then post-test there was an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of fluid and nutritional diet in patients. ]]>

<![CDATA[ Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that must be maintained and developed, besides the development of batik craftsmen with motifs that show regional characteristics is one of the sources of income for craftsmen. Diversification of batik cloth products is a strategy to increase their sales and income.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide solutions to the problems of batik craftsmen in Banyuwangi Regency with a touch of creativity by diversifying products (handmade) based on local batik produced in addition to batik cloth and clothes (elephant oling, broken coffee, kangkung bundles, gedheg and so on). Several efforts have been made to increase production such as souvenirs, wallets, bags, tissue holders and several other products. Activities carried out in service include training in production, marketing and packaging practices at Batik Banyuwangi craftsmen. Product diversification is carried out by improving production processes, strengthening business through packaging of diversified products, training in the diversification process to produce handicraft products (bags, wallets, sandals, Banyuwangi udeng). ]]>

<![CDATA[ Tuberculosis (TB) is still one of the infectious diseases that burden the community, and this condition is exacerbated by the increase in degenerative diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Diabetes Mellitus as the 'mother of disease' makes people more susceptible to infectious diseases, which as TB. In addition, DM also reduces the cure rate for TB disease suffered by the community. With these conditions, the team decided to conduct health education for the people of Gebang Village to increase knowledge and public awareness of the risk of TB disease in DM patients. The counseling was conducted at the Gebang CFG Health Center. Counseling was carried out using the Lecture method and the media leaflet, discussion, and question and answer. Evaluation of the implementation of counseling was carried out by looking at the number of participants' attendance and the increase in community knowledge. The results of the evaluation carried out stated that the attendance of participants was 100%. The results of the evaluation of increasing knowledge from the results of the pre-test and post-test, where the results of the analysis showed a significant difference in knowledge between the pre-test and post-test of the participants. Increased knowledge in the community was expected to increase public awareness of the risk of TB disease in DM to create an independent community to maintain their health. ]]>
