Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on deviant behaviors through turnover intention as a mediator of at the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees in the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 90 people. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using PLS3 smart. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on deviant behaviors employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (2) Negative and significant emotional intelligence on employees turnover intention of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (3) Positive and significant turnover intention on the deviant behaviors on employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (4) Emotional intelligence is to be significant towards the deviant behavior employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel with turnover intention as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of person-organization fit on affective commitment (2) to determine and analyze the effect of person-organization fit on job satisfaction (3) to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment (4) to be able to know and analyze the effect of job satisfaction that mediates person-organization fit on affective commitment. This research is causal. The population in this study were all employees of the Whiz Prime Hotel Khatib Sulaiman Padang, with a total of 51 people. The sampling technique used total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 51 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through the SmartPLS software. The results of this study found that: (1) person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of the employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang. (2) person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang. (4) person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on employee affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang.

Abstract

This research analyzed: (1) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance (2) The effect of financial compensation on work motivation (3) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a descriptive causative method. The population in this study were employees of the Irna Anak Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Regarding the proposed partial mediation model, the data confirm the relationship established in the hypothesis. This study found that (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the field of. Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation in the field of Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (3) Work motivation mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance at Irna Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The results of this study found that financial compensation is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyzed: (1) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices (2) influence of leader member exchange on employee engagement at PT Sumater Tropical Spices. (3) influence of employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. This research is classified as a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sumatra Tropical Spices with a total of 156 people. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula found as many as 112 respondents and sampling in this study using proporsional clustered simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis. This research found that: (1) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchange and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices, (2) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchanges on employee engagement at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (3) There is a positive and significant direct influence between employee engagement and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of financial compensation on employee retention (2) the effect of career development on employee retention (3) the influence of the non-physical work environment which moderates the effect of financial compensation on employee retention (4) the influence of non-physical work environments that moderate the effect of career development on employee retention. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were all non-managerial employees of Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup and Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembenatu Pasar Tengah, with a total of 38 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 38 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through the SPSS 20.0 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah, (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah, (3) non-physical work environment does not significantly moderate the effect of financial compensation on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah, (4) non-physical work environment does not significantly moderate the effect of career development on employee retention at Bank Bengkulu Cabang Curup dan Bank Bengkulu Cabang Pembantu Pasar Tengah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems related to the decline in the performance of employees of PT. Urbane Indonesia in 2016- 2017. With the declining performance of employees at PT. Urbane Indonesia, if left unchecked, will have a negative impact on the company. Of the many factors that affect employee performance, what attracts researchers is organizational culture. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Urbane Indonesia, to know the description of Organizational Culture at PT. Urbane Indonesia and to determine the level of employee performance at PT. Urbane Indonesia. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 67 employees and a sample of 67 employees. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test. The results of this study can be seen that the organizational culture together has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
