Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data sources taken directly from the employees of the company PT. Jaya Sutra Nusantara, as the source of research data. The independent variable consists of motivation and discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research design was a random sample study which was conducted on 211 samples of employees at PT. Jaya Sutra Nusantara, data collection techniques through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively by using statistical methods with the help of a computer program SPSS 22.00, with classical assumption test analysis techniques, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and basic assumption tests, partial correlation, multiple correlation, F test, t test, determination test. From the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Jaya Sutra Nusantara

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of self efficacy and physical work environment on employee satisfaction in Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employer in Sejati Swalayan, Pasaman Barat. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 36 people. The analysis technique used is SPSS. The outcomes of this investigation are: (1) Self-efficacy take effect an absolute to job satisfaction in employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. (2) Physical Work Environment take effect positive effect to job satisfaction on employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

This study was to analyze: (1) The effect of emotional exhaustion on deviant behavior in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (2) The effect of emotional exhaustion on deviant behavior with self-efficacy as a moderating variable in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This type of research is a causative descriptive study. The study population was all nurses in inpatient at the Army Hospital dr. Padang Reksodiwiryo, amounting to 146 people. While the number of research samples is determined based on the cluster proportional sampling method with a sample of 107 people. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inductive analysis through Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis using SPSS Version 17.00. The results showed that: (1) emotional exhaustion had a positive and significant effect on deviant behavior in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (2) the self-efficacy variable does not weaken the influence between emotional fatigue on deviant behavior in nurses in the Army Hospital dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.

Abstract

This research analized: (1) the influence of Partisipative Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment at PDAM Tirta Langkisau (2) the influence of Partisipative Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Culture at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. The study is causal research. The population were employees of PDAM Tirta Langkisau, totaling 103 people. The number of sample determined using Slovin collected samples obtained by 82 people taken using proportional cluster random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM SmartPLS analysis. This research found that: (1) Partisipative Leadership Style has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in PDAM Tirta Langkisau, (2) organizational culture has significantly moderate the relationship between partisipative leadership style on organizational commitment in PDAM Tirta Langkisau.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze: (1) The influence of transformational leadership style on innovative behavior on the employees of PT Samudra Distra Prima, Bukittinggi City, (2) The influence of transformational leadership style on self-efficacy on the employees of PT Samudra Distra Prima, Bukittinggi City, (3) The influence of self-efficacy on innovative behavior in PT Samudra Distra Prima Bukittinggi City employees, (4) The influence of transformational leadership style on innovative behavior with self-efficacy as a mediator in PT Samudra Distra Prima Bukittinggi City employees. Methodology - This type of research is a causative study. The population in this study were all employees of PT Samudra Distra Prima Bukittinggi City with 103 people. The sampling technique of this study was the Total Sampling technique or the entire population with a sample of 103 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with mediating variables with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. Finding - The results showed that: (1) Transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior on the employees of PT Samudra Distra Prima, Bukittinggi City, (2) Transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy on the employees of PT Samudra Distra Prima, Bukittinggi City, (3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior in PT Samudra Distra Prima Bukittinggi City employees, (4) Self-efficacy significantly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership style on innovative behavior in PT Samudra Distra Prima Bukittinggi City employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on work engagement for Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (2) The effect of organizational justice on self-leadership among employees at Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (3) The influence of self-leadership on work engagement among employees. Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (4) The effect of organizational justice on work engagement with self-leadership as a mediating variable for employees of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on deviant behaviors through turnover intention as a mediator of at the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees in the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 90 people. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using PLS3 smart. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on deviant behaviors employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (2) Negative and significant emotional intelligence on employees turnover intention of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (3) Positive and significant turnover intention on the deviant behaviors on employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. (4) Emotional intelligence is to be significant towards the deviant behavior employees of Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel with turnover intention as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of person-organization fit on affective commitment (2) to determine and analyze the effect of person-organization fit on job satisfaction (3) to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment (4) to be able to know and analyze the effect of job satisfaction that mediates person-organization fit on affective commitment. This research is causal. The population in this study were all employees of the Whiz Prime Hotel Khatib Sulaiman Padang, with a total of 51 people. The sampling technique used total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 51 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through the SmartPLS software. The results of this study found that: (1) person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of the employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang. (2) person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang. (4) person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on employee affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees of Hotel Whiz Prime Khatib Sulaiman Padang.

Abstract

This research analyzed: (1) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance (2) The effect of financial compensation on work motivation (3) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a descriptive causative method. The population in this study were employees of the Irna Anak Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Regarding the proposed partial mediation model, the data confirm the relationship established in the hypothesis. This study found that (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the field of. Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation in the field of Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (3) Work motivation mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance at Irna Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The results of this study found that financial compensation is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyzed: (1) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices (2) influence of leader member exchange on employee engagement at PT Sumater Tropical Spices. (3) influence of employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. This research is classified as a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sumatra Tropical Spices with a total of 156 people. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula found as many as 112 respondents and sampling in this study using proporsional clustered simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis. This research found that: (1) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchange and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices, (2) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchanges on employee engagement at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (3) There is a positive and significant direct influence between employee engagement and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) There is a positive and significant indirect effect between leader member exchanges on employee performance through employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices
