Abstract

AbstrakMasalah penelitian ini terdapat pada kedisiplinan dalam menggunakan waktu kehadiran, ketertiban, keaktifan dan kerapian melaksanakan tugas  mengajar merupakan kunci yang seringkali menjadi penyebab kegagalan pembentukan karakter anak yang dimulai dari anak usia dini. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada  tidaknya  hubungan antara kedisiplinan  mengajar di  kelas dengan  peningkatan mutu kompetensi diri bagi para guru   di   Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 24 Kota Bengkulu. Dimana observer mempunyai kriteria penilaian terhadap penelitian yang  akan dipaparkan di bab berikutnya. Berdasarkan analisis data , dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan  inspeksi dan kunjungan dinas oleh supervisi pendidikan  sangatlah membantu   para guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 24 Kota Bengkulu Provinsi Bengkulu  untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas diri dan menejemen kinerja diri dari rasa kedisiplinan yang terimplementasikan ke dalam mporoses bemlamjmamr mengajar di kelas.

Abstract

Improving Communication Skills Through Methods Total In Children Deaf Communication Medium Class II Kartini SLB Batam. Thesis Department of Exceptional Education FIP Padang State University. This study motivated the children - children with hearing impairment in Extraordinary School Kartini was difficulty in communicating with others. In general, this is because their vocabulary is very little, not good at reading and understanding the meaning of each word delivered in communications, so they look very passive in communicating with others and in the learning activities. The purpose of this study to gain a clear picture of increased ability to communicate with deaf children were in total communication methods. This study is an action research (classroom action research) in which researchers directly involved in the implementation of the action. The study design developed include: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observations, and 4) Reflection. Subjects were deaf students were class II of six people, three women and three men - men. Data were collected by using the technique of observation, discussion and documentation. The results achieved by the six students during the training cycle is still quite have not succeeded completely, because there are two students who are having difficulty in understanding the message conveyed by his interlocutor. In the second cycle, achieved better results. This occurred after the individual service, motivation and learning media is more diverse and interesting, looks sixth learners are able to understand the message and interact in the activities of communication is much better than before. Results showed that deaf children's communication skills are on the rise with total communication methods, individualized service delivery, motivation and use of learning media is more interesting.

Abstract

Research in the background on the author's observations regarding the Implementation of Teacher Professional Competence at the State Vocational High School 3 Padang in terms of managing learning programs, mastering learning materials, using media and learning resources, evaluating student learning outcomes. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The total population is 1,048 students, with a total sample of 92 students. Calculating the sample size using the Slovin formula with an error of 10% through the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument using a Likert scale model which has 5 alternative answers. The results of the data analysis of the implementation of the professional competence of teachers at the State Vocational High School 3 Padang showed that (1) developing learning materials got an average of 3.60 in the good category; (2) mastering learning materials get an average of 3.56 in the good category; (3) using media and learning resources get an average of 3.69 in the good category; (4) carry out evaluation of student learning outcomes to get an average of 3.81 already in the good category.

Abstract

This research analized: (1) the influence of Partisipative Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment at PDAM Tirta Langkisau (2) the influence of Partisipative Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Culture at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. The study is causal research. The population were employees of PDAM Tirta Langkisau, totaling 103 people. The number of sample determined using Slovin collected samples obtained by 82 people taken using proportional cluster random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM SmartPLS analysis. This research found that: (1) Partisipative Leadership Style has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in PDAM Tirta Langkisau, (2) organizational culture has significantly moderate the relationship between partisipative leadership style on organizational commitment in PDAM Tirta Langkisau.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyzed: (1) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices (2) influence of leader member exchange on employee engagement at PT Sumater Tropical Spices. (3) influence of employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) influence of leader member exchange on employee performance at PT Sumatra Tropical Spices. This research is classified as a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sumatra Tropical Spices with a total of 156 people. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula found as many as 112 respondents and sampling in this study using proporsional clustered simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis. This research found that: (1) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchange and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices, (2) There is a positive and significant direct influence between leader member exchanges on employee engagement at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (3) There is a positive and significant direct influence between employee engagement and employee performance at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices. (4) There is a positive and significant indirect effect between leader member exchanges on employee performance through employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. Sumatra Tropical Spices

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research is motivated by the findings of the preliminary research conducted at the administrative leaders at Universitas Negeri Padang. Background Problems:  Less optimal leadership competency in administrative leadership in terms of change management, conflict management, communication, decision making, team building, and the ability to improve performance. Novelty: This model can support any program and support the expansion of the master program and/or development of the doctoral level in leadership and management of higher education, especially for the development of the capacity of structural leaders. Furthermore, this model has a very large contribution also to increase the capacity building of universities. In addition, this model can be used as the basis for opening a special study program for leaders, in increasing their leadership competence. Research Methods: This research is a development research using ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In accordance with the results of preliminary research that has been done, then the model is developed through a process of self-evaluation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), one to one trial and small group testing and large group testing. Research data were collected using a questionnaire, observation, and a questionnaire. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Finding/Results: This study produced 4 (four) products, namely model book, material book, instructor guidebook and participant guidebook. These products were declared to be very valid by experts both in terms of construction, content and linguistic aspects so that they were suitable for use. Practicality test results show that it is very practical for the four products that have been developed.Conclusion: Furthermore, this model has a very large contribution also to increase the capacity building of universities.

Abstract

AbstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PNS Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang yang berjumlah 90 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 74 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional cluster simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM mengunakan smart PLS .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang, kepemimpinan transformasional  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang,budaya organisasi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang, budaya organisasi secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang. Keywords:           Organizational citizenship behavior, kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi

Abstract

Purpose - This research analyzed: (1) The influence of Perceived organizational suport on work engagement at PT Padang Intermedia Pers (2) The influence of work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Padang Intermedia Pers (3) The influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Padang Intermedia Pers (4) The influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement at PT Padang Intermedia Pers.Methodology- This research is causal research. The populations were all employee in the PT Padang Intermedia Pers, amounting to 102 people. The number of samples was determined using cluster propotional sampling technique. This research analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS3.Finding- Regarding the partial mediation model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. This research found that (1) Perceived organizational support has positive and significant effect work engagement in PT Padang Intermedia Pers (2) Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT Padang Intermedia Pers (3) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT Padang Intermedia Pers (4) Work engagement mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.

Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur, totaling 101 people. The number of samples determined using Slovin collected samples obtained by 78 people taken using proportional cluster random sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM use SmartPLS analysis. This research found that: (1) Leader Member Exchange has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur, (2) Leader Member Exchange has positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Teluk Bayur, (3) Employee Engagement has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Teluk Bayur, (4) Employee Engagement has significantly mediate the relationship between Leader Member Exchange on organizational citizenship behavior in PT.
