Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see the effect of product influence on consumer satisfaction in increasing the promotion of Honda motorbikes in Pelepat District, Bungo Regency. The population in this study may be 3922 respondents and the sample may be 98 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Based on the results of the calculation of the significance of each path, it shows the t-count value of the product quality variable (X) = 12.066 and customer satisfaction (Y1) is greater than t-table = 1.982 and the significance value (α) = 0.000 is smaller the significance value (α) ) = 0.05 so that it can be stated that it can be stated that each pathway has a significant effect, both the effect of product quality (X) on customer satisfaction (Y1) and the effect of customer satisfaction (Y1) on the Word of Mouth (Y2). While the results of the path calculation indirectly show that the effect of product quality (X) on Word of Mouth (Y2) through customer satisfaction (Y1) is = 0.776 x 0.624 = 0.484 that the effect of product quality can increase word of mouth mediated by consumer satisfaction with the product. Honda motorbikes in Pelepat District, Bungo Regency, amounting to 0.484.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal transformational leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Susukanlebak. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using SPSS for Windows version 18 and observation. Secondary data obtained from school data as well as several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample in the study was 36 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The results of this study based on the value of R Square indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a contribution of 20.1% or there is a low influence of 20.1% on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Susukanlebak. The remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined by the authors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Adi Jaya independent. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using SPSS for Windows version 17 and observation. Secondary data obtained from company data as well as several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample in the study was 30 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The results of this study based on the value of R Square indicate that the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of CV. Adi Jaya Mandiri at 0.816 or 81.6%. Which means that the variables of work discipline and work motivation in this study contributed 81.6% to performance. While the remaining 18.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at the Kalijaga Permai Health Center. This study aims to find out how the implementation of PSAK No. 1 concerning the Presentation of Financial Statements at Kalijaga Permai Health Center (Balance Sheet, Operational Report, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to Financial Statements). The data collection method used is documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Kalijaga Permai Health Center has implemented PSAK No. 1 in the Presentation of Financial Statements in the form of a Balance Sheet, Operational Report, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Financial Statements although there are some differences in the presentation of the Financial Statements of the Kalijaga Pemai Health Center with PSAK No. 1, namely the absence of a Change in Equity Report because all equity in the Kalijaga Permai Health Center belongs to the local government. There is a difference in the name of the Comprehensive Income Statement to the Operational Report, although there is a difference in name but the information presented in the Operational Report in general already presents information on income, costs, and the total surplus or deficit of the Kalijaga Permai Health Center, with the following details: Presentation of the Balance Sheet, Operational Report , Cash Flow Statements and Notes to Financial Statements have been able to present information in accordance with PSAK No.1.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at PT. Pegadaian Arjawinangun Branch. The research method used is quantitative associative method. The population in this study were 8,322 loan customers. The sampling technique used a simple random technique with a sample of 99 customers. The method of collecting data is observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, product moment correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test (t-test). The results of research and partial testing (t test) show that the independent variable Marketing Services has a positive and significant influence on the Customer Loyalty variable because both variables have a Sig value < of 0.05. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian Cabang Arjawinangun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini nasabah pinjaman sebanyak 8.322 nasabah. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik acak sederhana dengan jumlah sampel 99 nasabah. Metode pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji korelasi product moment, uji determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian dan pengujian secara parsial (uji t) diketahui bahwa variabel bebas Pelayanan Marketing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Nasabah dikarenakan kedua variable memiliki nilai Sig < dari nilai 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of career development on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. The method that will be used in this research is the Associative method. Data collection techniques used are Field Research (Observation, Interview, Questionnaire) and Library Research. To determine the sample size in which the entire population is sampled. This study uses data analysis methods consisting of validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test. The results of the research on career development variables at SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala were categorized as good, where the average respondent's answer was 4.01. The results of the study of the variable job satisfaction of SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala teachers were categorized as good, where the average respondent's answer was 4.03. That career development has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. It is known in the analysis of the coefficient of determination which shows that career development has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction by 77% and the remaining 23% is influenced by other variables. Meanwhile, based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis test which states that if career development is increased by one unit, then teacher job satisfaction will increase by 0.679 at a constant of 0.945. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Asosiatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Riset Lapangan (Observasi, Wawancara, Angket) dan Riset Kepustakaan. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi, Analisis regresi linier sederhana, Uji t Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dari variabel pengembangan karier pada SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala dikategorikan baik, dimana rata-rata hasil jawaban responden sebesar 4,01. Hasil penelitian dari variabel kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala dikategorikan baik, dimana rata-rata hasil jawaban responden sebesar 4,03. Bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. Hal ini diketahui dalam analisis koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 77% dan sisanya sebesar 23% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil dari uji analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menyatakan bahwa apabila pengembangan karier meningkat satu kali satuan, maka kepuasan kerja guru akan meningkat sebesar 0,679 pada konstanta 0,945.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the company's performance using the balanced scorecard approach at PT. Milano Wilmar International Plantation Plantation. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is PT. Milano Wilmar International Plantation Plantation and the sample is 75. The data collection techniques in this study include observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the t-test (partial) shows that the financial perspective (X1) has a significant effect on company performance. It can be seen from tcount > ttable (2.120 > 1.994) with a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05. The customer perspective (X2) has a significant effect on the company's performance. It can be seen from tcount > ttable (2.279 > 1.994) with a significant level of 0.009 <0.05. Internal business process perspective (X3) has a significant effect on company performance. It can be seen from tcount > ttable (2.501 > 1.994) with a significant level of 0.015 < 0.05. Learning and growth perspective (X4) has a significant effect on company performance. It can be seen from tcount > ttable (5.336 > 1.994) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the F (simultaneous) test, obtained Fcount > Ftable (18.365 > 3.126) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel (2,501 > 1,994) dengan taraf signifikan 0,015 < 0,05. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel (5,336 > 1,994) dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan uji F (simultan), diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (18,365> 3,126) dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at SMPN 12 Cirebon City. This research uses accidental sampling method with a sample of 37 employees. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires for the work environment with employee performance. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 for Windows with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results showed there was an influence of the work environment looking at the t-count of the work environment variable (X) of 12,993 _tt_table (0.68188). And based on the F test the independent variable is 168,189 or there is an influence because the Sig level is 0.00 or smaller than 0.05 (p <0.05) which means that the Work Environment variable together has a significant effect on Employee Performance. From these results Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai di SMPN 12 Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 37 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner untuk lingkungan kerja dengan Kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for Windows dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja melihat dari nilai thitung variabel lingkungan kerja (X) sebesar 12.993. Dan berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas sebesar 168.189 atau ada pengaruh karena tingkat Sig sebesar 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0.05) yang berarti variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation on village budgetary slack in South Kualuh sub-district, North Labuhan Batu district. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 12 villages in Kualuh Selatan District, Labuhan Batu Utara. The samples in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, totaling 36 people. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation and questionnaires (questionnaire). Based on the results of the t-test (partial) shows that budget participation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on village budgetary slack. It can be seen from tcount > ttable (3.256 > 2.035) with a significant level of 0.003 <0.05. Organizational commitment (X2) has a significant effect on village budgetary slack. It can be seen from tcount > ttable (3.256 > 2.035) with a significant level of 0.003 <0.05. Based on the F (simultaneous) test, obtained Fcount > Ftable (7463 > 2.89) with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variable has a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 12 desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kualuh Selatan Labuhan Batu Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu diantaranya dengan dokumentasi dan kusioner (angket). Berdasarkan hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran desa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel (3,256 >2,035) dengan taraf signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran desa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel (3,256 >2,035) dengan taraf signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Berdasarkan uji F (simultan), diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (7463 > 2,89) dengan taraf signifikan 0,002 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen berpengruh secara simultn terhadap variabel dependen.
