Abstract

Increased competition in the banking world, the soundness of a bank to be a priority for customers in choosing a bank before they put down deposits. Therefore, the bank must increasingly have the creativity of a revolving fund that is managed dihimpunnya to gain advantages, one of them in the form of credit. For that banks are required to maintain public confidence and maintain the liquidity risk, that is not shackled with the issue of problem loans. The quality of the prospective customer a credit note by analyzing the financial condition of prospective customers and prospective customers predicting bankruptcy of credit. The purpose of this research is done because of the growing number of non-performing loans (NPLs) increased net nationally, is expected to use the Altman Z-Score, the banks can detect early clients or potential clients who experienced Financial Disstress¸sehingga credit can be decided in lending as well as policies to monitor customers' business continuity, especially in financial matters. This research uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with a case in PT.Bank Mega Tbk. Branch Purwokerto. The following hypothesis testing first hypothesis is accepted if -rata average Z-Score <1.23 and second hypothesis is accepted if the Z-score> 2.90. Data taken using the method of documentation is to examine and review the records and financial statements of the company. The research result was a conclusion that the conditions of credit customers PT.Bank Mega Tbk Branch Purwokerto whether included in the category Current and Special Mention, the average financial ratios of 2014 and 2015 is quite good; almost all credit customers are included in Special Mention (DPK) experienced Financial Distress, with an average Z-Score is the gray area that is 1.23 <Z <2.90 while credit customers who fall into predictable Fluent quality not experienced Financial distress, with an average value of Z-score> 2.90. Abstract

Salah satu sarana penting pada manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah organisasi adalah terciptanya kepuasan kerja para pegawai. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yaitu stres kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai bagian keuangan RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 39 respoden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan taknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur ( path analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, (3) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan (5) motivasi perbengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Profitability, Dividend Policy, Firm Size, and Capital Structuretoward firm value in companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2011-2015. The population of this research is 37 company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling on criterion (1) the company that represents their financial report per 2012-2014, (2) the company that have profit period 2011-2015 and (3) the company that continually share their dividend period 2011-2015. The data is obtained based on Indonesian Stock Exchange publication. It is gained sample amount of 12 companies from 37 companies those are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5%. This research results show that simultaneouslyprofitability, dividend policy, firm size, and capital structure together influential on firm value .Partially profitability and dividend policy gives significantly positive effect on firm value, capital structure give significantly negative effect on firm value, and firm size give negative effect but not statistically significant. We suggest for management company in Indonesian Stock Exchange should be pay attention on profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure that gives significant effect in order to increase firm

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics UNWIKU Purwokerto titled: "Effect of Experiential Marketing Customer Satisfaction, Confidence, Commitment and Behavior Intention At the Faculty of Economics Unwiku Purwokerto" The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Experiental Marketing, to customer satisfaction, trust, commitment and behavior intention in the Faculty of Economics UNWIKU Purwokerto. The analytical tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the research and data analysis we concluded that :Variable marketing Experental positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, the better the marketing experental increasing behavioral intention. Experental marketing positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, the better experental marketing increases consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is positive and significant impact on the trust, the better the customer satisfaction is increasing confidence. Belief positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, the better keprcayaan increasing behavioral intention. Consumer satisfaction is positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, the better the customer satisfaction has increased behavioral intention. Consumer satisfaction is positive and significant effect on commitment, the higher the customer satisfaction has increased as well commitment. Commitment positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, the higher the commitment is increasing as well behavioral intention. Based on the conclusion, where experental marketing has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction and also to behavioral intention, then the Faculty of Economics UNWIKU need to examine more deeply or redesigning policies connection in this case is related to experiential marketing including development of learning processes and administrative processes with the standard of service in the management of the college

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Effectiveness of Using Accounting Information in the SMEs of Banyumas Regency." This study aims to determine whether whether owner education, business scale, company age and accounting training have a significant effect on the use of accounting information at MSMEs in Banyumas Regency. The population in this study is the SMEs in Banyumas Regency. The sample is 35 SMEs in the city and outside the city. The results showed that of the four independent variables namely owner education, business scale, company age and accounting training had a significant effect on the use of information, this was required by the t value for all independent variables greater than t table and sig value smaller than 0.5 This shows that to increase the use of accounting information among MSMEs, they must pay attention to these four variables so that financial statements are expected to be well structured.

Abstract

Review on effective leadership both theoretically and empirically has been done, ranging from aspects of cognitive, affective, and conative. But studies that explore aspects of leadership spirituality are rarely. This study aims to explore spirituality dimension of leadership and how the relationship between dimensions of spirituality with personality traits, such as core self evaluation. The study had used quantitative approach. The results of correlation analysis of data collected from SMEs in Banyumas, indicate that is positive relationship between core self-evaluation with leadership spirituality. It proved that the core self-evaluations can be a predictor of spirituality dimension of leadership. Leaders who have spiritual values appeared positive aspects of the motivational and behavioral, which is expected to spread in the work environment so that it can create a positive organizational climate.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge sharing behavior, perceptions of organizational support and person job fit on innovative behavior. The sample of this study was 150 employees of creative industry SMEs in Kebumen Regency. Hypothesis testing of this study was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that knowledge sharing behavior, organizational support perspectives, and person job fit have a positive effect on innovative behavior. The variable that has the most dominant influence is knowledge sharing behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is measuring the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) views of factors and Internal external factors. Internal factors such as human resources, finance, production and marketing. While external factors can be seen from the technology, government policy, social economy and the role of institutions. Performance of SMEs can be seen from the various growth occurring in SMEs as sales growth, capital growth, employment growth, profit growth, and the growth of the market. This research is a survey directly to the respondent by means of direct interviews and questionnaires. Samples were obtained as many as 160 respondents coconut sugar SME owners across Banyumas district. Analysis of experimental data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and srutuctural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 4.01 program and SPSS for windows. By knowing the performance of SMEs is expected to increase the welfare of the owners of SMEs and SMEs can develop their business and be able to compete in today's global marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the real owner of a printing business, as well as formulating business development strategies to increase the capacity of business printing business. This study uses a case study approach with descriptive method qualitative research object on three major printing company in the town of Purwokerto. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, focus group discussions (FGD) and literature. The results of the analysis through data reduction is known that the printing business is a business with special characteristics different from other businesses that may be the strengths and opportunities for businesses. Technological progress is an important factor that supports both a strength and a threat to the printing business. In order to win the competition, then the company can undertake a SWOT analysis followed by the formulation of business development strategies.

Abstract

The era of regional autonomy that has been going hand in hand since the new millennium has implications for the demand to improve the quality of public services because one of the mandates of reform is to improve the performance of public services. Idealism to provide excellent quality public services does not seem to be in line with empirical reality. In reality, up to now there are still many citizens who complained about the services provided by the service providers. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze public satisfaction with public services presented by Dindukcapil, Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted in Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency using survey methods. The object of research is the satisfaction of the service user community. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Validity testing uses product moment correlation while reliability testing uses Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis techniques use Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the service user community was satisfied with the public services presented by Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency because the service performance received / felt was higher than its expectation. This is evidenced by the value of each item in the performance attribute which is entirely higher than the value of each item in the expectation attribute. Overall, the percentage ratio of the total score of the performance attributes is also higher than the percentage score of the total expectation attribute, which is 108.9%. Based on these results, the hypothesis which states: "People are satisfied with the public services presented by Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency", was accepted.
