Abstract

Based on the results of the pre-survey, what became a phenomenon in this study was that there were still customers who were dissatisfied with the fairness of prices and price developments at Lautan Teduh Purbolinggo Dealers. In connection with these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is "How much influence is fairness and price developments simultaneously affect customer satisfaction?". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine whether reasonableness and price developments simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is the explenatory survey method, which is a survey used to explain the causal relationship between two variables through hypothesis testing which is formulated or often referred to as explanatory research. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression, partial t test, and r2 determination. Based on data analysis performed using a simple linear regression formula, it is obtained y '= 3.982 + 0.678X1 + 0.292X2 + e. Furthermore, it will be proven by the calculation of data analysis, namely the value of t and t table, the value of t count X1 is 5.995, which means that Tcount > T table (5.995> 1,670) with a significance level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. While the value of Tcount X2 is 2,629, which means that T count > T table (2,629> 1,670) with a significance level of 0.011 ≤ 0.05. The R2 (R Square) test results obtained 0.778 or 77.8%, which means that customer satisfaction is influenced by the reliability variable, the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, it is concluded that H1is accepted, which means that reliability in service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on the field findings, it is found that the problems that occur are the decrease in the level of tourist visits at Sari Rutut Beach on weekdays, and the lack of success in increasing tourism objects due to ineffective promotions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and promotion on the level of domestic tourist visits to Sari Rutut Beach in Pesawaran Regency. This research is a quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, and advertising and promotion as independent variables and the level of domestic tourist visits as the dependent variable. The technique of determining the sample is accidental sampling, as many as 73 visitors were met at the time of the study. As a measurement tool used 60 questionnaire items with Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study using the t test (partial) showed the value of the effect of advertising on the level of tourist visits, namely tcount> ttable (1.673 1.669), and the value of the effect of promotion on the level of tourist visits, namely tcount> t table (2.606 1,669). While the f test (simultaneous) shows the value of the effect of advertising and promotion simultaneously on the level of tourist visits, namely fcount> ftabel (11.284> 3.737). From the calculation of the R square value, the ability of the independent variable to explain the variance of the dependent variable is 63.5%, which means that 36.5% of the variance of the dependent variable is explained by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Talking about the perception of our society about the Bank, we can be sure that the perception that arises is that the Bank is an institution for saving money. The condition in the field states that not all levels of society have made maximum use of bank products. The condition of banking is one of the sectors which is expected to be able to play an active role in supporting national development activities. This role is manifested in its main function as an intermediary institution or intermediary institution between debtors and creditors. Thus, economic actors who need funds to support their activities can be fulfilled and then the wheels of the economy move. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the application of SWOT analysis to the achievement of financing targets in BPRS Agro Business Partners?". This research is a descriptive exploratory study with an expose facto approach, because it aims to describe the state of the phenomena that occur in the field. The technique used in data collection in this research is using literature study, field study, and questionnaires. This study uses a SWOT analysis. The first step is to formulate a strategy, namely SO, WO, ST, and WT. The results of the study indicate that the BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung has strengths, namely operating with the sharia system, strategic location, short and fast bureaucracy, and has a legal entity. The weakness is that it is difficult to find human resources in the marketing sector and as a new bank that is not widely known by the public. Meanwhile, the opportunities are good business prospects, approaches with government agencies, and small business activities are very potential within the BPRS MAU. The threats are competition between banks and competition at the margin level.

Abstract

Based on the results of the pre-survey, what became a phenomenon in this study was that there was an imbalance between the sale of batteries at high prices and batteries at medium and low prices. In connection with these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the relationship between price and battery purchase decisions?". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between price and battery purchase decisions. The method used in this research is the explenatory survey method, which is a survey used to explain the causal relationship between two variables through hypothesis testing which is formulated or often referred to as explanatory research. The data analysis techniques used in this study were product moment, partial t test, and r2 determination. Based on data analysis carried out using the product moment formula, it is obtained that the R count of 0.950 is greater than the R table at the 0.05 significance level which indicates that the price is closely related to the purchase decision. The t test shows that the value of T is greater than the T table which explains that the price variable is positively and significantly related to the purchase decision. Furthermore, it is proven by the calculation of R determination which shows the R2 value of 90.3%, which means that the price variable contacts the purchase decision of 90.3. % so that the remaining 9.7% is related to other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management and financial ratios on profitability. Working capital management used in this research is cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover. The financial ratios in this study are proxied by the current ratio. Profitability as the dependent variable is proxied by ROA. The research design used by researchers in this study used a quantitative approach. The object of this research is companies that are included in various industrial sector companies that are classified as manufacturing industries that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study were 51 companies officially registered on the IDX. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a sample of 17 companies that meet the required sample characteristics. Based on the results of the study shows that the cash turnover variable has a positive and insignificant effect, receivables turnover has a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

To survive in the competition for means of transportation, Honda companies always strive to provide the best quality and service to consumers, by providing products that are of good quality, always innovative, in accordance with the times, at affordable prices in order to build a deep emotional relationship between Honda products and consumer. It is important for Honda companies to understand between emotional branding and brand switching so that the company can create a product that suits consumer needs, especially motorbikes and can provide a high emotional feeling between consumers and products so that they do not brand switching to other brands. The purpose of this study was to find out if Technical Criteria, Economic Criteria and Legalistic Criteria effect simultanneously on Consumer Brand Switching Behavior in Purchasing a Honda Vario Motorcycle. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used is judgment sampling which is one type of purposive sampling, where the researcher chooses a sample based on certain characteristics, namely Honda Vario motorcycle consumers in Pekalongan, East Lampung, with a total sample of 60 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it is found that the technical criteria do not have a significant effect on consumer brand switching for Honda Vario motorcycle purchases, Economic criteria have a positive and significant effect on consumer brand switching for Honda Vario motorcycle purchases and Legalistic criteria have a positive and significant effect on brand switching consumers on the purchase of a Honda Vario motorcycle. From the F test, technical criteria, economic criteria and legalistic criteria together have a positive and significant effect on consumer brand switching for purchasing a Honda Vario motorcycle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether a significant effect on the interaction of individual sales and sales promotion simultaneously has an influence on purchasing decisions of indihome customers in the metro area. to determine the most dominant variable on purchasing decisions and to analyze individual sales and sales promotions simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative research with associative methods. In this study, the analysis tool used is multiple correlation analysis to determine the dependent and independent variables with a computer program tool, namely SPSS 22 For Windows. The results of the research conducted by the researcher are 1) Individual Sales Variables have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2) Sales Promotion Variables cannot have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, 3) Simultaneously, Individual Sales and Sales Promotion variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions at Indihome Customers in the Region. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Work Values ​​and Parent Attachments affect Career Maturity in class 2017 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro University.This type of research is quantitative. With the purposive sampling technique, namely "sampling technique with special considerations so that it deserves to be used as a sample" with a total of 113 students. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, validity tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and multiple linear regression tests with conclusions drawn through simultaneous t test and F test.The conclusion from this research is that the work value and the role of parents (parent attachment) have shown good results and have a positive and significant effect so that they can be used as references by researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of job training, employee empowerment and work environment on employee performance at the Federal International Finance (FIF) Kotabumi.This research was conducted on FIF Kotabumi employees in 2020. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about job training, employee empowerment, work environment and employee performance. Then processed with SPSS version 16 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity.This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis tools, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of job training, employee empowerment and work environment on FIF employee performance.The results showed that simultaneously job training, employee empowerment and work environment on employee performance. Research partially shows that job training has no positive and significant effect, while employee empowerment and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the selection of purchases made online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Risk Purchase and Trust on Purchasing Decisions. In this study, data was collected through quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents at FEB UM Metro. Then performed a quantitative analysis including validity and reliability tests as testing instrument requirements, normality testing as testing requirements analysis, simultaneous t test and significance test (f test) as hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis as a test of equality and coefficient of determination (R2) and statistical hypothesis test. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis and t test, the results of the research on risk purchase partially t have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the risk purchase variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The results of this study indicate that the Trust of has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision.
