Abstract

AbstrakDua tahun belakangan pendemi Covid19 memberikan pengaruh buruk terhadap banyak sektor usaha, tidak terkecuali sektor usaha kuliner yang mengalami penurunan omset. Menurunnya trend permintaan di sektor kuliner juga memberikan efek domino di sektor hulu yang salah satunya adalah para supplier bahan baku ikan, dan dalam kasus ini adalah pembudidaya perikanan. Selain penurunan permintaan di sektor usaha kuliner, permintaan produk ikan di level rumah tangga juga menurun karena banyak pasar tradisional ditutup akibat kebijakan social distancing. Akibatnya para pembudidaya perikanan mengalami kesulitan untuk menjual hasil panen mereka, harga terus mengalami penurunan, dan tidak sedikit dari pembudidaya yang harus menghentikan kegiatan mereka, dan beralih ke profesi lain. Kelompok Budidaya Perikanan (Pokdakan) Srimulyo Mina Sejahtera (Srinara) merupakan salah satu Pokdakan yang terpaksa menghentikan kegiatan produksi mereka akibat kondisi pandemi. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan menggali potensi produk di sekitar Pokdakan Srinara, Tim Pengabdian Dosen D3 Kuangan dan Perbankan Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro menggelar seminar kewirausahaan dan inovasi bisnis, pengenalan fintech, pelatihan pembuatan dan maksimalisasi toko online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini diantaranya adalah memberikan seminar kewirausahaan dan inovasi bisnis untuk menggali potensi peserta, praktik pembuatan toko online dan terahir adalah maksimalisasi pengelolaan toko online. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya penegetahuan peserta pada pengelolaan toko online, pengetahuan pada proses transaksi online berbasis  fintech, terbentuknya beberapa toko online dari peserta Pokdakan Srinara dengan beberapa produk yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Pelatihan Toko Online, Kelompok Budidaya Perikanan (Pokdakan)AbstractIn the last two years, the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on many business sectors, without exception the culinary sector businesses that force culinary entrepreneurs to stop their work. The declining trend of demand in the culinary sector also has a domino effect in the upstream sector, one of which is the suppliers of fish raw materials and in this case fish cultivators. Beside of the decline in demand in the culinary sector, the demand for fish products at the household level also decreased because many traditional markets were closed due to social distancing policies. As a result, fish cultivators have difficulty selling their harvests and prices continue to decline, and not a few of the cultivators have to stop their activities, and switch to other professions. The Fisheries Cultivation Group (Pokdakan) Srimulyo Mina Sejahtera (Srinara) is one of the Pokdakan that has stopped their production activities due to the pandemic conditions. To increase sales and explore product potential around the Srinara Pokdakan area, the D3 Finance and Banking Team of the University of Muhammadiyah Metro held training on the creation and optimization of online shop. The methods used in this training include providing entrepreneurship and business innovation seminars to explore the potential of participants, the practice of making online shop and finally maximizing online shop management. The result of this service is the formation of several online shops from Srinara Pokdakan participants with several products offered.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Online Shop Training, Fisheries Cultivation Group

Today's increasingly rapid technological development and competition requires every company to innovate for the sake of its company's existence. The existence of innovation in the company makes the company can grow and be able to compete in the market. The development of technology and information is getting higher and more complex. One of the products that has developed quite rapidly is pay television service products. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of Price on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro.2) To determine the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro 3) To determine the effect of customer service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro. 4) To determine the effect of price, brand image and customer service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between Price on Indihome product customer satisfaction 2) there was a positive and significant influence between brand image on Indihome product customer satisfaction. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between service on customer satisfaction for Indihome products. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between price, brand image and service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products. Abstract

Belanja online adalah sebuah proses transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan melalui media berupa situs-situsjual beli online ataupun jejaring sosial yang menyediakan barang atau jasa. Perilaku pembelian tidakterencana dipengaruhi oleh Shopping Lifestyle yang terdiri dari setiap tawaran iklan mengenai produkfashiondanHedonic Shopping yang tercipta dengan adanya gairah berbelanja seseorang yang mudahterpengaruh model terbaru dan berbelanja menjadi gaya hidup seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhansehari- hari. Impulse buying atau pembelian tidak terencana ini merupakan fenomena yang harusdiciptakan untuk bisa dijadikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penjualannya. Tujuandari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh shopping Lifestyle dan hedonic shopping terhadappembelian tak terencana (impulse buying) pada mahasiswa FEB UM Metro yang berbelanja dipasaronline media sosial instagram. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlahsampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shoppinglifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, hedonic shopping berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, shopping lifestyle dan hedonic shopping secarabersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying pada mahasiswa FEB UMMetro yang berbelanja online di media social Instagram.

Abstract

Based on the results of the pre-survey, what became a phenomenon in this study was that there were still customers who were dissatisfied with the fairness of prices and price developments at Lautan Teduh Purbolinggo Dealers. In connection with these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is "How much influence is fairness and price developments simultaneously affect customer satisfaction?". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine whether reasonableness and price developments simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is the explenatory survey method, which is a survey used to explain the causal relationship between two variables through hypothesis testing which is formulated or often referred to as explanatory research. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression, partial t test, and r2 determination. Based on data analysis performed using a simple linear regression formula, it is obtained y '= 3.982 + 0.678X1 + 0.292X2 + e. Furthermore, it will be proven by the calculation of data analysis, namely the value of t and t table, the value of t count X1 is 5.995, which means that Tcount > T table (5.995> 1,670) with a significance level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. While the value of Tcount X2 is 2,629, which means that T count > T table (2,629> 1,670) with a significance level of 0.011 ≤ 0.05. The R2 (R Square) test results obtained 0.778 or 77.8%, which means that customer satisfaction is influenced by the reliability variable, the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, it is concluded that H1is accepted, which means that reliability in service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Electronic money is a means of payment that makes it easy for users to make transactions safely, quickly and efficiently. However, in the level of understanding of the special residents of TanjungTirto Village, there are still many who do not understand the functions and conveniences. So, the researchers conducted an intensive study of the public about the importance of using electronic money. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the role of the level of understanding of interest in the use of electronic money. (2) The role of expediency on interest in using electronic money. (3) whether the level of understanding and usefulness simultaneously has a role in the interest in using electronic money in the people of TanjungTirto Village, Way-Bungur District, East Lampung. This research is a quantitative research.The population of which is the people of TanjungTirto Village, totaling 378 people. While the data collection using a questionnaire through google form, while the data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression through partial t-test and simultaneous f-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that (1) in the level of understanding using electronic money in TanjungTirto Village, Way-Bungur District, East Lampung, they did not fully understand because of one's ability to understand that electronic money is an alternative means of payment which is then interpreted and understood by each test result. The t-value is 4.241 and the t-table value is 1.975. (2) for the benefits of using electronic money, many people already known about the benefits and functions of the level of confidence where someone believes in the benefits of electronic money with the value of the t-test results obtained by the t-count value of 3.955 and the t-table value of 1.975. The conclusion is that simultaneously the two independent variables have a good role in the interest in using electronic money in TanjungTirto Village, Way-Bungur District, East Lampung, and the coefficient of determination of 0.251 or 25.1% is influenced by other variables. Suggestions for the people of TanjungTirto Village for their level of understanding of using electronic money in obtaining information from advertisements on television so that they study and observe so that they can use it properly.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Sukacari di Kecamatan Batangharinuban Lampung Timur, mengetahui budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Sukacari di Kecamatan Batangharinuban Lampung Timur, mengetahui semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Sukacari di Kecamatan Batangharinuban Lampung Timur, mengetahui kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Sukacari di Kecamatan Batangharinuban Lampung Timur, dan mengetahui motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, semangat kerja dan kemampuan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Sukacari di Kecamatan Batangharinuban Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang memperoleh data mengenai motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, semangat kerja, kemampuan kerja dan kinerja pegawai melalui pengukuran dengan menggunakan angket. Penelitian di lakukan pada perangkat desa Sukacari Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban dengan populasi sebanyak 36 orang dan sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dilakukan skoring menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa, terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa, terdapat pengaruh antara semangat kerja terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa, terdapat pengaruh antara kemampuan kerja terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa, terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, semangat kerja, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa sukacari kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Lampung Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan pemisahan (spin-off) Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) dari Bank Umum Konvensional (BUK) sehingga menjadi Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) baru yang salah satunya dapat diketahui dari kemampuan BUS dalam menghasilkan profitabilitas tanpa melupakan variabel lain yaitu variabel internal bank dan variabel makroekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan variabel dependen berupa profitabilitas BUS dengan proksi Return on Asset(ROA). Selain itu, variabel independen yang digunakan mencakup variabel dummy, variabel internal bank, dan variabel makroekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata profitabilitas bank sebelum spin-off adalah sebesar 1.650 persen. Sedangkan, rata-rata profitabilitas bank sesudah spin-off lebih tinggi sebesar 0.622 persen dibandingkan dengan profitabilitas bank sebelum spin-off dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 yang artinya H0 ditolak atau dengan kata lain terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara profitabilitas bank sesudah dan sebelum dilakukan spin-off. Selain itu, dari variabel independen yang digunakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa DPK dan KAP berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, PYD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, NPF berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabiltas, dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0.831 yang artinya variabel dummy (profitabilitas bank sebelum dan sesudah spin-off), DPK, PYD, KAP, NPF, dan tingkat inflasi mampu menjelaskan variasi ROA sebesar 83.1 persen, sementara sisanya yaitu sebesar 16.9 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diperhitungkan dalam model penelitian.

Abstract

Affordable prices, causing a lack of interest in buying our coffee stamped coffee products. Our coffee stamped coffee SME's have not been able to distribute their products optimally. The research design carried out in this study was quantitative research. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results show that the product has a positive and significant effect. on the purchase decision of our coffee stamp powder coffee product. This shows that if the product increases, the purchasing decision also increases. The results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for our coffee powder coffee products. This shows that if the promotion increases, the purchase decision also increases. Our coffee MSMEs are expected to be able to further increase product variables so that consumers are more confident in their purchasing decisions for our coffee stamped coffee products

Abstract

In a company's operating system, human resources are a very valuable company asset thatmust be managed properly by the company in order to make an optimal contribution. Thegrowth of the company's organization is very dependent on the productivity of the workforcein the company. The company's goals can be achieved if the performance provided meetspredetermined standards. Every organization or company will always try to improve theperformance of its employees in the hope that the company's goals will be achieved. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline, compensation, andjob satisfaction on the performance of Sampoerna rice factory employees in Kotagajah. Theresearch method used is quantitative research, namely questionnaires or interviews. In thisresearch , the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determinethe dependent and independent variables with the help of a computer program , namely SPSS26. The results of the study achieved that the variables of work environment, work discipline,compensation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan sektor yang potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan asli daerah. Sektor pariwisata juga berpotensi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Keberadaan industri tersebut membuat masyarakat sekitar memiliki pekerjaan baru dan pendapatan yang lebih baik dari kondisi sebelumnya. Peningkatan pendapatan akan membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui perbandingan pendapatan pedagang sebelum dan sesudah adanya Pasar Kreatif Payungi Kota Metro. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei analitik, variabel penelitian adalah pendapatan pedagang. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah pedagang yang bertempat tinggal di Kelurahan Yosomulyo yang berjualan di Pasar Kreatif Payungi dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 66 pedagang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Uji statistik dengan (Paired T-Test) dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Pasar Kreatif Payungi terhadap pendapatan masyarakat yang berdagang di Pasar Kreatif Payungi yang dapat dilihat dari peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dari sebelum adanya Pasar Kreatif Payungi.
