Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in Ninja Xpress Tebo (MRB-TBO) Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. This study uses a probability sampling method that is saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study were all employees of the Ninja Xpress Tebo (MRB-TBO) Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. Data were collected by questionnaires. Techniques analyzed using SPSS version 25 including validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The results of study state that Work Environment do not effect on employee performance. While work environment and work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Internal Control and Incentives on Work Productivity with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable (Study on Titik Terang Konveksi). The population in this study amounted to 48 employees. The sample of this study used the saturated sample technique, so the research sample was set at 48 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study obtained through research questionnaires that have been filled out by respondents who have been determined. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of internal control on work discipline, there is an insignificant effect of incentives on work discipline, there is a significant effect of incentives on work productivity. And with the results of the Sobel test it was found that there was a significant effect of internal control on work productivity mediated by work discipline, there was an insignificant effect of incentives on work productivity mediated by work discipline on employees of Titik Terang Konveksi.Keywords: Internal Control, Incentives, Work Discipline, Work Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the effect of location on consumer loyalty (2) the effect ofconsumer perception on consumer loyalty (3) the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty.The sample in this study were 150 consumers of Chanet Babarsari Yogyakarta who had used theservices of the cafe Chanet Babarsari Yogyakarta. The data collection method used aquestionnaire method which was distributed with the Accidental Purposive Sampling technique.In this study using Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Regression Test.The results of this study indicate (1) there is a positive and significant influence of Location onConsumer Loyalty (2) there is a positive and significant effect of Consumer Perception onConsumer Loyalty (3) there is a positive and significant influence on Service Quality onConsumer Loyalty.Keywords: Location, Consumer Perception, Service Quality and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of need, attractiveness, and security on the income of traders. The scope of this research includes the independent variables where Need (X1), Attractiveness (X2), and Security (X3). While the dependent variable (dependent variable) is the income of traders (Y), this research is a type of quantitative research with a survey. The method taken to determine the sample in this study is to use a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the need has a significant effect on the income of traders. Attractiveness has a significant effect on the income of traders. Security has a significant effect on traders' income. Abstract

ABSTRACT The current COVID-19 virus in Indonesia has an impact on the entire community. According to kompas, March 28, 2020, the impact of the COVID-19 virus occurred in various fields such as social, economic, tourism and education. Circular (SE) issued by the government on March 18, 2020, all indoor and outdoor activities in all sectors are temporarily postponed in order to reduce the spread of corona, especially in the education sector. This study aims (1) To determine whether Tangibles affect student satisfaction (2) To determine whether Reliability affects student satisfaction (3) To determine whether Responsiveness affects student satisfaction (4) To determine whether Tangibles, Reliability and Responsiveness together the same effect on student satisfaction. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. The population in this study was taken based on the class of 2018 which amounted to 257 students. The criteria in this study were students majoring in Management and accounting in 2018. The results showed that (1) there was a positive influence of Tangibless on student satisfaction (2) there was a positive influence of Reliability on student satisfaction (3) there was a positive influence of Responsiveness on student satisfaction (4) there was a positive influence of Tangibless, Reliability and Responsiveness on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of accessibility, facilities, and attractiveness on visitor satisfaction of Taman Metro Indonesia Indah, Metro City, Lampung. This research was conducted on visitors to Taman Metro Indonesia Indah, Metro City, Lampung, in 2021. This type of research used qualitative and quantitative research. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires in questions about accessibility, facilities, and attractiveness to 100 respondents, then processed using the SPSS version 20 program. Instrument testing through validity and reliability tests. Testing requirements analysis through normality test, linearity test, and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing is done through multiple linear regression models, partial t-test, and F simulative test. Then analyze the coefficient of determination (R2) and statistical hypotheses. The results showed that accessibility and facilities had a significant and insignificant effect on visitor satisfaction. While the attractiveness and significant effect on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of efficiecny of the finacial performance of zakat, infaq and shadaqah muhammadiyah institutions metro city period 2019-2020, the research design used in this research is quantitative research with an intermediation approach. The population of this study is the amil zakat infaq and shadaqah muhammadiyah institutions in metro city and the research sample is financial statments the amil zakat infaq and shadaqah muhammadiyah institutions in metro city, by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and using input variables consisting of total assets, zakat funds receipts, infaq, shadaqah and output variables consisting of operational costs, distribution of zakat funds, infaq and shadaqah. The results of this study show that in 2019-2020 zakat infaq and shadaqah muhammadiyah institutions has an efficiency score of 1,000 which means that in those 2 years the zakat infaq and shadaqah institutions in metro city has had a good performance and runs the management efficienctly, with a score of 1,000 in 2019 and 2020, then there is no inefficency in zakat infaq and shadaqah muhammadiyah institutions in metro city. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Self-Efficacy, Perception of Behavioral Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The explanatory survey method is used to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable to another. By using primary data which is done by collecting data through observation and questionnaires. With a total sample of 94 respondents taken from two undergraduate majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business from a total population of 1470. Sampling technique Non-probability Sampling with purposive sampling method, using the 10% solvin formula. The results of this study indicate that subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have a significant and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while attitudes and self-efficacy have no and no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro.

Abstract

Organic fertilizers are fertilizers that come from various materials for making natural fertilizers such as animal manure, animal body parts, plants, which are rich in minerals and are good for the use of soil enrichment. Pumakal fertilizer is one of the organic fertilizers developed by PT Pumahitari to increase production in the agricultural sector and prevent land degradation. Sources of organic fertilizer materials are very diverse, such as Pumakkal organic fertilizer which is made using pineapple waste. It aims to recycle pineapple waste so as to help reduce environmental pollution from the waste. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales of Pumakkal organic fertilizer. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The implementation of marketing strategy plays a very important role in increasing sales of Pumakkal Organic Fertilizer. In implementing the marketing strategy of Pumakkal Organic Fertilizer, currently, three components in the theory of marketing strategy have been implemented, namely segmentation, targeting, and positioning. However, the implementation of Pumakkal's Organic Fertilizer marketing strategy has not been optimal in the targeting and positioning components, so it has not been able to increase sales. The results of the research using the SWOT Matrix of PT. Pumahitari is able to take advantage of existing opportunities with its strengths, this is good for the company to reduce weaknesses and minimize threats in order to increase sales. besides that, it can also be concluded that several developments through consideration of internal factors and external factors of the company can be beneficial for the progress of PT. Pumahitari.

Abstract

The emergence of concern for the environment can change a person in determining which product to choose by considering the impact that will occur on the environment.Therefore, efforts are needed to find out what factors are related to purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer characteristics and social factors on purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products in the people of Metro City.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are consumer characteristics, social factors and purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. This research activity was conducted in Metro City. The research population is consumers in Metro City with a total sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used isdata quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of the study partially show that consumer characteristics and social factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. Simultaneously also shows that k consumer characteristics and social factors have a significant effect together on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products.Keywords: Consumer Characteristics, Social Factors, Purchase Decision
