Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to find out and explain the functions of women’s language features that are used by Mulan in the movie. This study applied qualitative and descriptive methods while the primary data were taken from the utterances said by the main character in the movie. The method that was used to collect the data was the documentation method through the note-taking technique. The data analysis was analyzed using the theory proposed by Lakoff in 1975, supported by the theory by Holmes in 2013. The result of this study showed that there are five out of ten features found in the character utterances: lexical hedges or fillers, super polite forms, hypercorrect grammar, emotional emphasis, and empty adjectives. The character mostly uses the women’s language features in her utterances as a hedging device rather than boosting device. She uses it as a symbol of her self-expression regarding her hesitation, politeness, and her emotions throughout the movie.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Media Tangram Terhadap Kreativitas Anak Kelompok B di TK Kusuma Perumnas Talang Kelapa Palembang”. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimental Desiqn One Group Pre Test-Posst Test (satu kelompok). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui pengaruh media tangram terhadap kreativitas anak. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B yang ada di TK Kusuma Perumnas Talang Kelapa Palembang yang berjumlah 15 anak 8 anak laku-laki dan 7 anak perempuan. Cara pengempulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasaan rata-rata nilai  posttest anak yang menggunakan media tangram adalah 84 sedangkan nilai pretest yang tidak menggunakan treatment media tangram adalah 58. Prolehan tersebut diperkuat oleh berdasrkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh thitung= 14,85  sedangkan dk = 15-1=14 dengan taraf nyata 5% ( sehingga didapat ttable=1,7613 maka kesimpulannya hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak dn Hipotesis arternatif (Ha) diterima artinya ada pengaruh media tangram terhadap kreativitas anak kelompok B di TK Kusuma Perumnas Talang Kelapa Palembang.

Abstract

Bangunan SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto merupakan bangunan kolonial dengan aplikasi gaya arsitektur modern aliran Nieuwe Bouwen. Langgam arsitektur pada bangunan SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto telah beradaptasi dengan iklim tropis dimana hal tersebut merupakan perkembangan dari arsitektur kolonial. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul di analisis dengan analisis kualitatif, karakter spasial, dan karakter visual dan di dukung dengan teori morfologi arsitektur, teori arsitektur modern, dan teori arsitektur fungsionalisme.  Hasil analisis menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa adaptasi dari iklim tropis pada bangunan terlihat pada penggunaan elemen-elemen pada bangunan sehingga menimbulkan sirkulasi udara yang baik serta suhu ruangan yang dapat berkaitan dengan kenyamanan penghuni. Karakteristik bangunan yang berorientasi terhadap adaptasi iklim tropis dapat terlihat dari kondisi fasad bangunan. Fungsi pada elemen-elemen bangunan saling berkaitan yang berdampak pada sistem sirkulasi udara bangunan.  Dengan adanya orientasi terhadap iklim tropis, elemen yang terdapat pada bangunan harus memiliki fungsi sebagai penyalur udara.Bangunan SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto merupakan bangunan kolonial dengan aplikasi gaya arsitektur modern aliran Nieuwe Bouwen. Abstract

This research is conducted by the objective to know the effects of motivation and work discipline on the work of performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with the causality method. Data collection techniues were obtained directly questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents who were government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City. the data analysis tool used in this study is path analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: (1)There is an influence of motivation on work discipline government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (2) There is an influence of motivation on the work performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (3) There is an influence of discipline on the work performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively but not significantly (4) There is an influence of motivation on work discipline on the work of perfomance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (5) There is no influence and it is not significant motivation towards work performance through work discipline government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse. The method used in this research is the causality method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents who were employees of CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (2) Motivation directly has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (3) Work Discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline on CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to determine and analyze packaging, product quality and purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products by Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya and the effect of packaging and product quality on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products by Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the consumer of Sale Ambon Products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya, with a sampling technique using simple random sampling method, where the survey was conducted to consumers of Sale products Ambon Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that the packaging and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially packaging and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer rice shop CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of product innovation and promotion on purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe. The research methods used in this research are quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study was 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis used is a classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that product innovation and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe. Product innovation, partially has no significant effect purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe. Promotion, partially significant effect purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions at Tjiawi Café and Eatery. This type og research is a quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The population in this study is not know with certainty and the sample taken is 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypotesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the perception of price and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, it shows that the perception of price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Morocco's long gastronomy history creates it unique for tourists who visit the country from time to time. In addition, developing specialty coffee in the Middle East requires Morocco to follow the third-wave coffee culture. Therefore, in sustaining specialty coffee in Morocco, the community, especially youth, participates in cultivating this third-wave culture, apart from following global economic trends and developing communities in coffee knowledge from farm to cup. The author's visit to Morocco to explore the uniqueness of specialty coffee and discover its new coffee cultures in the region for the last four years. This report is qualitatively based on observations from visits and interviews with Hajar Jeddou, one of the coffee professionals in Morocco.
