Abstract

This research intends to identify and analyze the impact of Promotion, Quality of results and Purchase Attention to the Sagitria Collection Group in the City of Tasikmalaya, the Effect of Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of the Sagitria Collection Kelom Geulis in the City of Tasikmalaya simultaneously, The effect of product development and innovation on the Buying Interest of the Column geulis in the city of Tasikmalaya partially. The procedure used in the research is a Quantitative Method. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The data used is primary data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the influence of product development and quality simultaneously has an important influence on consumer purchasing attention at the Kelom Geulis Sagitria Collection in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan hasil kegiatan manusia berupa pengetahuan, gagasan, dan konsep yang terorganisir, tentang alam sekitar yang diperoleh dari pengalaman melalui serangkaian proses ilmiah. Dalam pembelajaran IPA siswa benar- benar harus aktif, sehingga akan berdampak pada ingatan siswa tentang apa yang telah dipelajari akan lebih lama bertahan. Berdasarkan penelitian awal pada pembelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 1 Cikalong kecamatan Sodonghilir Getas diketahui bahwa hasil belajar belum memenuhi standar KKM yang telah ditentukan yaitu 70,00, siswa yang tuntas belajar <50% dan aktivitas siswa belum maksimal. Sistem pembelajaran yang tidak bervariasi membuat siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran dan membuat siswa jenuh dan bosan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPA di SD Negeri 1 Cikalong Kecamatan Sodonghilir Kabupaten Tasikmalya. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV sejumlah 31 siswa, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus yang setiap siklusnya diadakan tes objektif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil siklus I persentase aktivitas siswa sebesar 79.0%, dan nilai rata-rata kelas pada saat posttest baru mencapai 67,3 dengan ketuntasan belajar , kemudian pada siklus II persentase aktivitas siswa 100%, dan nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 77,6 dengan ketuntasan belajar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pelajaran IPA pada pokok bahasan pancaindra dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SD Negri 1 Cikalong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran IPA. Adanya peningkatan kesiapan guru dan sekolah dalam memberikan metode lain dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran supaya siswa tidak jenuh dan siswa menjadi aktif dan lebih kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously the influence of location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Tasik Aquarium Stores. The method used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The sample issued is 100 respondents. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression, assessment analysis, coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that location and service quality simultaneously had a significant role on consumer satisfaction at Tasik Consumer Stores. Partially, the location and quality of service have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tasik Aquarium Store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and price perception on consumer sastisfaction of Dzikra Laundry in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a survey method with data obtaibed directly through a questionnaire to 100 responden taken from the consumer Dzikra Laundry. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significan effect between service quality partially has a price perception on consumer satisfaction and price perception partially has a signifiacan effect on consumer satisfaction decisions Dzikra Laundry in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to determine and analyze packaging, product quality and purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products by Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya and the effect of packaging and product quality on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products by Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the consumer of Sale Ambon Products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya, with a sampling technique using simple random sampling method, where the survey was conducted to consumers of Sale products Ambon Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that the packaging and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially packaging and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions at Tjiawi Café and Eatery. This type og research is a quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The population in this study is not know with certainty and the sample taken is 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypotesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the perception of price and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, it shows that the perception of price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style and work environment have on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Binetama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya. The research method used is quantitative method with causality method and survey approach. The population in this study amounted to 1372 and the sample taken was 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the leadership style and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Based on the t test, it shows that the leadership style partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction and the work environment partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee morale at PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey approach method. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari totaling 1,240 employees and samples taken as many as 95 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the study based on the F test showed that motivation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee morale. Based on the t test, it shows that motivation partially has a significant effect on morale and work discipline partially has a significant effect on work morale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work climate on employee performance at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Tasikmalaya Branch employees (Case Study on KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Tasikmalaya Branch). The method used is a quantitative approach with a research sample of 36 respondents from employees of KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Tasikmalaya Branch. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously leadership style and work climate have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work climate has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Work Environment on the morale of BPBD members in Tasikmalaya City. In this study, the three variables used an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the purposive sampling technique. The object of this research is the work spirit of the BPBD Tasikmalaya City (BPBD task force) members, totaling 32 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect, competence partially has a significant effect and the work environment partially has no significant effect on the Work Spirit of BPBD Members in Tasikmalaya City.
