Abstract

This research is based on the problem of unsatisfactory quality of education. In this regard, this study aims to determine Strategic Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation in Improving the Quality of Education at MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency. This research is a qualitative study. Data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data used triangulation, and data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research concluded that: (1) Strategic Planning in Improving the Quality of Education in MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency includes the formulation of a vision and mission, environmental analysis, setting long-term goals and determining the strategy to be used; (2) Strategic Implementation in Improving the Quality of Education at MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency is going well, which is reflected in the atmosphere of the madrasa environment, the character of the teachers and students as well as the climate and culture that the madrasa has built; (3) Strategic Evaluation in Improving the Quality of Education at MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency is carried out periodically, either once a month or once a year. In addition, the evaluation is carried out directly by the head of the madrasa or indirectly with the assistance of the madrasah development team. Furthermore, the results of the evaluation will be taken into consideration in making improvements to the strategy or stating if the strategy applied is appropriate

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the principles, advantages and benefits of strategic management in the world of education. In this study using literature research through descriptive analysis. From the results of this study resulted that the principle in strategic management is the existence of a strategy formulation that reflects the true desires and goals of the organization; there is a strategy implementation that describes how to achieve the goal (technically the implementation strategy reflects the ability of the organization and its allocation including in this case the financial allocation; strategy evaluation (evaluation strategy) which is able to measure, evaluate and provide feedback The benefits of organizational performance behind boarding school learning management in terms of: planning, implementation and evaluation The benefits include: productivity, high efficiency, has a ruthless position, mechanical advantage, human resource development, helpful work environment, created morale and social obligations. of the implementation of strategic management are: Associations become dynamic, control work runs well and competently, removes contrasts and conflicts in recognizing greatness, makes it easier to decide on changes or methodological improvements to be carried out, Empowers proactive behavior for all meetings to take part n Recognizing greatness and extending the sensation of having a place, dynamic cooperation and obligation about every authoritative part.

Abstract

This article tries to explain the strategic planning of education in the perspective of Islamic theology, philosophy of reconstructionism, social psychology, and structural-functional sociology. Articles based on library research. Strategic planning that relies on the work of leaders (managers) is the embryo of strategic management, and therefore this article tries to discuss it with the Wheelen-Hunger theoretical approach of strategic management and Ki Hajar Dewantara's trilogy of leadership. The result is that educational strategy planning requires a leader who is agile as well as civil servant.

Abstract

The educational system as a social media needs to change shortly as the society changes or vice versa. The changes in education should bring about improvement in the social life. The history have proved the linkages and close relationship between education on the one hand and the other social circumstances. From this, people can learn that social life in one period is determined by the education system that applied. Conversely, social educational system is strongly influenced by the style and circumstances that shape society. It looks that the relation between education system and the condition of a society which supports that system is a dilemma that tends to be static, because they both affect each other. This is because, on the one hand, education creates driving forces for progress and on the other hand, the community is a decisive force of civilization and knowledge and gives patterns and determine their own course of development and progress.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of increasingly stringent educational institution competition at all levels, especially at the Early Childhood level. In this regard, this study aims to determine the application of the 4P marketing mix strategy in realizing superior schools in RA Queen Al Khadijah District. The method used by researchers in researching this case is to use a qualitative approach, because a qualitative approach is used to describe, describe systematically, factually and accurately about the facts and the nature of the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. The sources of data obtained are by using observation, interviews, and documentation. The strategy used by RA Queen Al Khadijah is to apply a marketing mix strategy or better known as 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Product, price, place and promotion strategies were all carried out by RA Queen AL Khadijah in providing satisfaction to consumers, increasing the number of students, the quality of students so that the label as a superior school would be given by consumers.

Abstract

This research is intended to answer the following problems: 1) Is there any influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on student achievement? 2) Is there an effect of teacher performance on student achievement? 3) Is there an influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and teacher performance together on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran? This type of research is quantitative research. The data was obtained by using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. All data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The leadership of the madrasah head had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the regression calculation obtained a positive constant of 3,017 where the variable of Madrasah Principal Leadership (X1) had a significant number > 0.05, which was 0.915 with a calculated t value 1.108. The more the leadership of the madrasa head increases, the learning achievement of students will increase; 2) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with the Teacher Performance variable (X2) having a significant number > 0.05, which is equal to 0.17 with a t-value of 2,505, it is concluded that the Teacher Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement; 3) The leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance simultaneously influence the results of student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran which is obtained from the calculation of F count of 159.686 with a significance of <0.05, which is equal to 0.000. From these results it is known that the regression line equation can be used to predict Learning Achievement, or it can be said that the Madrasah Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance variables jointly affect Learning Achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) in exemplary Javanese leadership at Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI, Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research on Javanese leadership of Madrasah Heads were carried out by giving examples in behavior and work and being polite in speaking. The leadership of the madrasa head not only gives orders, but also shows an exemplary attitude in all aspects, both discipline, responsibility, cleanliness and so on.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze management in the development of morality in RA GUPPI Pekauman, Madukara District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach to the implementation of education at RA GUPPI Pekauman. The results of the study show that: 1) RA GUPPI Pekauman in planning the management of morality development involves all elements of both madrasas, stakeholders, communities and parents of students who are involved in determining the moral values ​​applied in madrasas contained in the rules; 2) Implementation of the management of moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out in teaching and learning activities by integrating character values ​​and moral values ​​in each subject and implemented in extracurricular activities; 3) Evaluation of the management of the moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out by making evaluation instruments, recording the achievement of indicators, and conducting analysis and follow-up.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the functions of educational planning at the Pondok Nurul Huda Al Karimi. In this study, the data was obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews. Subjects and informants in this study were extracted from informants who have key roles in managing or implementing manage decision-makers in the educational process, namely boarding school caregivers, madrasa heads, ustadz, and administrators of the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic Boarding School by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The main issues discussed in this study reveal how education management is seen from the educational planning function of the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic boarding school, The results of this study reveal that there is a planning function for educational development carried out at the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic Boarding School in Mereng Warungpring Pemalang, and that the curriculum planning is quite good. Furthermore, in planning for human resources or educators, they have met academic quality standards. Educational planning for the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic boarding school by KH. Machmud, The organizational structure of the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic boarding school is led by KH. Khotibul Umam, Education Direction by the curriculum section, and its control by caregivers.

Abstract

Teachers have a very large contribution to the success of learning in schools. In addition, the teacher also plays a very important role in helping the development of students to achieve their life goals optimally. In the classroom the teacher carries out two main activities, namely teaching and learning activities and class management. Teaching activities are essentially the process of organizing and organizing the environment around students. Classroom management is a series of actions taken by the teacher in an effort to create positive, productive and innovative learning environment conditions so that the teaching and learning process can run according to its objectives. In other words, classroom management is an effort to empower class potential through a set of teacher skills to create a conducive, positive, and productive learning climate and control it if there is a disruption in learning to optimize the learning process so that satisfactory results can be obtained.
