Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of women on board carbon emission disclosure in the Indonesian non-financial industry. This research is quantitative and uses secondary data in the form of annual reports and/or company sustainability reports for 2019-2021 in the non-financial industry in Indonesia. The population in this research is all companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The research sample consisted of 72 non-financial industrial companies consisting of basic materials, consumer non-cyclical, consumer cyclical, energy, industrial, infrastructure, property and real estate, and transportation and logistics using a purposive sampling method. The research results show that the woman on-board director hypothesis has a positive effect on carbon emission disclosure with a significance value of 0.0000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions and leverage on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is all companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2021 period, which compared company values in the 2017-2021 period, and a sample of 57 companies was obtained. The data source is the company's annual financial report taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The testers used panel data regression analysis with the Eviews tool. Investment decisions are measured using the price earning ratio, while leverage is measured using the Debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio and company value is measured by price to book value. The results showed that the investment decision variable had a positive and significant effect on firm value, while leverage had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study used a population of all employees of PT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. Primary data was taken from 80 employees by accidental sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the Sobel test. The results of the study stated that intrinsic motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, that intrinsic motivation had no significant effect on OCB, and that job satisfaction had no significant effect on OCB. The effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB is not mediated by job satisfaction variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of ethnocentrism and the socio-cultural environment on international marketing strategies. This research uses a library research method, where information comes from several journals and books. Furthermore, the data that has been collected will be processed and analyzed with various other research results to produce a new idea. Ethnocentrism is the attitude and mindset of a group that considers its group the best compared to other groups. The purpose of socio-culture is to maintain national identity, diversity, improve intercultural relations, improve education and knowledge and for socio-economic development. International marketing is a marketing activity that seeks to enter borders between countries. The results of this study found that when doing international marketing must be able to adjust the challenges, namely socio-culture and ethnocentrism and the development of relevant communication. If you are able to analyze the cultural characteristics of the destination country, it will open up opportunities for acceptance of products originating from outside the country.

Abstract

Effective Intellectual Capital enhances the strategic advantage of companies in an increasingly competitive business world and drives them towards achieving better financial performance. This research aims to evaluate the influence of intellectual capital on the performance of wholesale companies in Indonesia from 2020 to 2022. The uniqueness of this study lies in exploring the impact of intellectual capital on the performance of wholesale companies in Indonesia, an aspect that has not been previously investigated. The analysis method employed in this research utilizes secondary data. The analytical techniques include classical assumption tests such as normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, linear regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA. Data is collected from the financial reports of companies available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique is employed in this study. The initial sample consists of 47 companies over a three-year period, from 2020 to 2022, and the final sample represents approximately 40.42 percent of wholesale companies that meet the criteria during the research. The research findings indicate that Intellectual Capital significantly and positively affects financial performance, Return on Asset (ROA) in Wholesale Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The improved capabilities of human resources are expected to generate favorable performance for the companies, resulting in increased profitability measured by Return On Asset.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing choice of retail stores nowadays, making retail entrepreneurs have to compete to attract consumer interest. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Below The Line and Store Atmosphere on Impulse Buying and Positive Emotions as Intervening Variables for Indomart, Semarang City. In this research, the author uses below the line and Store Atmosphere as independent variables that will be examined for their influence on impulse buying, as well as positive emotions as an intervening variable for their influence on impulse buying. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers. The sample for this research was determined using accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data obtained is in the form of qualitative and descriptive analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of the t test show that each of the below the line and Store Atmosphere variables partially and significantly influences the positive emotion impulse buying variable. and the positive emotion variable has a significant and influential effect on the impulse buying variable. Furthermore, with path analysis, the below the line variable has a direct and significant effect on the impulse buying variable. Meanwhile, the Store Atmosphere variable does not have a direct and significant effect on the impulse buying variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of mentoring programs in supporting staff development within a company. Mentoring programs are an effective method of providing guidance and support to staff members, enabling them to reach their full potential and develop job-relevant skills. The research employs a library research approach, collecting data from relevant theoretical sources and empirical studies. Through the analysis, this research reveals that mentoring programs play a significant role in staff development in terms of improving the quality of human resources, enhancing staff productivity, increasing employee and organizational performance, and creating job satisfaction and a positive work environment. Thus, mentoring programs contribute to the overall development of the organization and foster a staff development culture that supports the company's goals.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of critical thinking skills on organizational performance through a systematic review method. The results of this study indicate that critical thinking skills have a significant impact on various aspects of organizational achievement, including individual performance, innovation and problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and organizational planning. Employees with critical thinking skills tend to have better performance, are able to generate innovation, make more rational decisions, and contribute to effective communication and collaboration. Additionally, critical thinking skills also influence organizational planning and organization, thereby promoting critical thinking in maximizing organizational goals. This research serves as a reference for managers and business practitioners in designing effective strategies to enhance work quality, innovation, good decision-making, as well as effective communication and collaboration within the organization through the development of employees' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing has significant benefits for companies when implemented and applied effectively by employees. This research aims to summarize the factors that can influence knowledge sharing and the variables affected by knowledge sharing in improving company performance. The method used is a literature review of previous journal articles related to the research topic. Data collection is done by searching for journal articles online using the Harzing's Publish or Perish article search application. The data analysis method employed is bibliometric analysis using VosViewer 1.6.1.9 software. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Neuromanagement in developing employee productivity. In this study, researchers analyze the role of Neuromanagement, and identify alternative strategies based on Neuromanagement that can be applied in the context of organization and employee development. Through the literature study method, researchers found that the application of Neuromanagement provides significant benefits. Employee development based on the principles of Neuromanagement has significant potential for optimizing employee productivity and boosting organizational performance, such as in decision making, increasing motivation, training effectiveness, and adapting to change. This research provides new insights and innovative solutions in employee development and performance management, and contributes to the academic literature in this field.
