Abstract

The process of selecting a qualified referee / jury is not an easy matter, it requires selection in the selection of referees / judges who are able to give satisfaction to all elements of the competition and there is no one-sided element. Selection is the stage to decide whether a participant is appropriate or not to be a referee / jury on IPSI. The decision taken is expected to be more objective so that the quality obtained is in line with expectations so that no party is harmed. The problem encountered in the previous selection was the absence of a clear assessment mechanism in the process of appraising prospective Referees / Judges. The previous selection of referees / judges only determines the aspects assessed in the selection, but does not have a clear assessment mechanism. This causes subjective decisions and results. Because the problem is often the selection results are not as expected. In addition, the previous selection has manual data processing. This if applied in the future will greatly reduce efficiency if the number of prospective Referees / Judges becomes numerous. To overcome the above problems, in this study proposed a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching Method that can choose Referees / Judges in accordance with the predetermined assessment, so that decision making can be done objectively. In addition, the system is also able to process registrant data quickly so that it can improve the efficiency of the selection process. The author chooses to use DSS Profile Matching method or commonly known as GAP Competence Analysis because this method is very suitable for use in human resource management where first determined the competencies (abilities) needed by a position. Competence of these abilities must be fulfilled by candidates who will be assessed for performance.

Abstract

Prediction (Forecasting) is carried out by almost everyone, be it the government, businessmen, or ordinary people. The predicted problems vary, such as the forecast of rainfall, the possible winner of the presidential election, the score of the match, the number of sales or the inflation rate. The Double Moving Avarage method is a method that can be used to solve anything related to the forecast series and situation. It should be understood that Double Moving Avarage is very good at forecasting. The Double Moving Avarage method only uses one variable as a basis for making predictions so that in this model there is no term independent variable used to predict the value of the dependent variable. This model uses past and present values ​​as the basis for prediction. Therefore, it is very appropriate to use in predicting. Increased number of ticket sales at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Medan has always been a discussion that has never been overlooked by company leaders, therefore prediction or forecasting is very useful to see pictures of the future so that the leadership can anticipate it with future events. For example, a company can estimate the number of passengers during the Eid al-Fitr season in 2019.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit gangguan jiwa. Skizofrenia diklasifikasi menjadi empat subtipe yaitu paranoid, hebefrenik, katatonik dan residal. Akan tetapi dalam hal mendiagnosa, terkadang dokter atau psikiater memiliki keterbatasan waktu atau jam kerja, sehingga tidak selalu berada di rumah sakit. Untuk membantu pekerjaan mereka, peneliti merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat mendiagnosa gejala Skizofrenia berdasarkan daftar pertanyaan yang diajukan. Sistem ini melakukan proses diagnosa dengan cara mengklasifikasikan gangguan berdasarkan gejala pasien, dan hasilnya berupa keputusan jenis skizofrena pasien tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan dokter ataupun petugas medis dalam mendiagnosa dan mendapatkan informasi dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit skizofrenia.

Abstract

The museum is a place to see and study the history of how the history of civilization of a nation. The De Javasche Bank Museum was once the De Javasche Bank office until it was changed to the Bank Indonesia branch office in Surabaya. The progress of technology that is increasingly developing, coupled with the declining interest of the community especially students of the museum, making the museum to add technology in it with the aim of increasing public appeal. This is done to support the government's campaign so that the meme is a tourist and educational destination, so we need an interesting media introduction. This is because not everyone is familiar with the De Javasche Bank Museum. Virtual Reality (VR) is an example of technology where users can interact with a computer simulated environment. By applying VR to 3D applications on Android phones, people can become more familiar with De Javasche Bank Museum because the application works that displays 3D objects simulated in the form of virtual tours where users will tour the De Javasche Bank Museum. This can be a media for introducing the De Javasche Bank Museum which is more attractive to the public because of the 20 respondents, 17 respondents rated the application as interesting and informative.

Abstract

The consumer is the target of all companies to offer the goods and services they have. Various kinds of promotions are carried out in order to attract the interest of consumers so the company can get maximum sales figures. Until now there are still many companies that do not maximize technology for media promotion, especially in the media promotion of residential architecture design. The research entitled "Implementation of Virtual Reality in 3D Housing Architecture Design as a Media for Promoting Android-Based Property Investment Business" was conducted to provide a solution on how to utilize Virtual Reality 3D residential architecture design as a marketing medium for property business entrepreneurs. Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi maupun tiga dimensi ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata lalu memproyeksikan benda-benda maya tersebut dalam waktu nyata. Augmented Reality (AR) dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dapat digunakan untuk pengenalan gedung perkantoran. Kota Bagansiapiapi tumbuh dan berkembang dengan cepat, baik fisik wilayah perekonomian, sosial, budaya dan jumlah penduduk. Dengan sering berkembangnya kota Bagansiapiapi membangun beberapa gedung-gedung dan pusat perkantoran. Dengan semakin banyaknya gedung-gedung perkantoran harus pula diimbangi dengan fasilitas informasi gedung dan lokasi gedung, agar masyarakat umum dapat mengenalnya. Untuk mempermudah dalam mengenal gedung perkantoran dapat menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality pengenalan gedung perkantoran kota Bagansiapiapi berbasis Android, sehingga mampu memberikan pengalaman baru yang menarik dan interaktif bagi masyarakat, karena objek gedung yang ditampilkan berupa objek tiga dimesi bukan lagi hanya gambar dua dimensinya saja

Abstract

The room security system design uses finger print and a matrix keypad with One Time Pad (OTP) in the Dean's room, Faculty of Engineering and Computers at Universitas Harapan Medan because it still uses conventional security. With security that is not always maintained, especially outside working hours, the authors make a room security system design to open the room only with registered fingerprints and programmed active telephone numbers, so that it cannot be accessed by others. This design is made with several components, namely Arduino as a data processor for the entire work system, the fingerprint reader functions to recognize the fingerprints to be registered, to enter the OTP code using the matrix keypad, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) to display the data provided by Arduino through the program. that has been made, the relay is used to activate the solenoid, the solenoid functions to open or lock the door, the buzzer will sound when the fingerprint and password are not read, the GSM SIM900A module functions to send an OTP code using an active cell phone number, and the MC-38 magnetic sensor to know if the door is open or still closed. From this test it can be concluded that only the fingerprints of people who have been registered and the telephone numbers that have been programmed to be able to open the door of the room. If the fingerprint pattern is not registered then an alarm will sound

Abstract

Data mining adalah suatu istilah yang digunakan untuk menguraikan penemuan pengetahuan didalam database. Proses data minig ini akan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan algoritma C.45. Algoritma C.45 dapat digunakan dalam pembentukan pohon keputusan tetapi lebih mengarah pada perhitungan probabilitas dari tiap-tiap record terhadap kategori-kategori tersebut atau untuk mengklarifikasi record dengan mengelompokan ke dalam satu kelas. Setelah sebuah pohon keputusan dibangun maka dapat digunakan untuk mengklarifikasi record yang beulm ada kelasnya. Dimulai dari node root menggunakan tes terhadap atribut dari record yang belum ada kelasnya, kemudian mengikuti cabang sesuai dengan proses pohon keputusan yanitu mengubah bentuk data (table) menjadi pohon (tree) kemudian merubah model pohon tersebut menjadi aturan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan yang telah dibangun dapat menentukan pasien yang menderita penyakit tipes.

Abstract

City government assistance given by the government to the wrong people often occurs, the aid distributor only gives to the closest relatives, not people who really need it, social inequality occurs. The uneven distribution of basic needs is due to the government's inaccuracy in collecting data on underprivileged citizens and residents who have been laid off and closing access to trade when the Covid-19 pandemic has made the community's economy slump drastically. From this problem, a decision support system is needed to help aid distributors select people who are entitled to be given assistance with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method approach and the results of this decision will be obtained from 1-15 candidates who really deserve to get city government assistance and reduce fraud in providing assistance during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Inorganic garbage is a type of garbage which takes a long time to decompose naturally, and it is important to recycle this type of garbage to avoid it stacking up in the environment. Before the recycle process, the inorganic garbage will be grouped which needs an identification of its form of material. The digital image processing can be used to create a system which could identify the form of material the inorganic garbage is by analyzing the features. In this research, the feature that will be used is the texture feature. The texture feature will be extracted using the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix, and Gray Level Run Length Matrix method. And for the material of garbage identification will use the Improved KNN classification method. The results of the test by using 50 images as data testing from 5 different material of garbage which is cardboard, glass, metal, paper, and plastic type of garbage have the highest mean of accuracy 90,4% by using the GLRLM method with 135° angle of extraction. Meanwhile the accuracy when combining the extraction methods, which is adding up the value of GLCM and GLRLM, have the highest mean of accuracy 88% with 0° angle of extraction
