Abstract

During the pandemic, the need for smartphones increased due to the soaring demand for everything digital from business activities to learning activities, but on the other hand, smartphone sales declined due to this pandemic. Based on this, smartphone businesses must pay attention to the purchasing power of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of purchasing power on smartphone purchasing decisions at Agung Cellular Ciawi during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results show that purchasing power has a significant effect on smartphone purchasing decisions at Agung Cellular Ciawi, which is 21%, and the remaining 79% is influenced by other variables apart from the purchasing power. Based on the results of the study, it is known that apart from indicators of income, price and taste, indicators of consumer optimism are found as a driving force for consumers to buy products. The conclusion from the research is that consumers decide to make a purchase by paying attention to indicators of income, price, taste and optimism. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior and its implications for employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is path analysis. Data collection is obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature. The object under study is the Regional Secretariat Staff of Tasikmalaya Regency. The population in this study were 194 employees.The results showed that Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the Employee Performance of the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. Abstract

This research was a descriptive and explanatory research, using data panel regression analysis. The software used in analyzing the data was Eviews 9. The data analysis in this study started with model testing with the approach of Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model and Effect Model; and the model selection testing was conducted through Chow, Hausman, and Langgage Multiplier tests. It was then followed by classic assumption test that comprised of normality test, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and multicollinearity tests. Then, the data panel regression test and hypothesis testing were done in form of partial regression coefficient (t test) and determination coefficient test. The populations in this research were about 90 reports of financial data, while the samples were about 30 reports with the criteria of the companies were being the participants in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) and had annual report and sustainability continuously. The data in this study were secondary, obtained by data collection technique of documentation method and literature study. This research showed that the Managerial Ownership had positive and significant impact on the Tax Avoidance, while the Independent Commissioner and Institutional Ownership did not influence significantly on the Tax Avoidance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the financial performance and financial performance comparison between PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for five years when viewed from the financial ratios of liquidity and profitability. The object of this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Negara Indonesia in 2014-2018. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with the research subjects of financial report data during the 2014-2018 period. The research uses data collection techniques in the form of document studies. The liquidity ratio is measured by 3 ratios, namely the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. While the profitability ratio is measured by 2 ratios, namely Return On Assets and Return On Equity. The results of the research on liquidity ratios at Bank BRI show unhealthy results, while the quick ratio and cash ratio data have fairly healthy data. BNI has an unhealthy current ratio, quick ratio and unhealthy cash ratio. Meanwhile, the profitability ratios have very healthy and unhealthy data in common. Healthy data are shown in ROA and ROE while unhealthy data are shown in BOPO and NPM.   Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Rasio

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of training, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance at Bank bjb Majalaya Branch, and to find out the relationship between training and motivation, the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, the effect of training on job satisfaction, the effect of training on performance, the effect of motivation. on performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Bank bjb Majalaya Branch. The research method used is quantitative analysis with a path analysis approach. This study uses theories that are used as a framework for reviewing research. The results showed: (1) the relationship between training and motivation was quite close, (2) the effect of motivation on job satisfaction showed a significant effect, (3) the effect of training on job satisfaction showed a significant influence, (4) the effect of training on performance showed a significant effect. which is significant, (5) the effect of motivation on performance shows a significant effect, and (6) the effect of job satisfaction on performance shows a significant effect. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts on people in Indonesia, one of which is in terms of the economy. However, at the same time, the Indonesian capital market actually experienced an increase in the number of investors by 87.59 percent until December 2021. From this increase, it is expected that all users in the capital market, especially in the Islamic capital market, will know the principles and contracts made to transact in the Islamic capital market. The results of the study explain that mudharabah and musyarakah contracts can be used in transactions in the capital market with the condition that they must comply with sharia principles and each party must know their rights and obligations. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques by library research (library study) where the authors collect data from books, articles, journals, internet sources and magazines related to the research. Abstract

Kantor pos merupakan salah satu perusahaan negara yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman surat dan barang serta jasa lainnya yang cukup besar di Indonesia ini memiliki banyak cabang di berbagai daerah. Salah satunya Kantor Pos Ciawi Cabang Tasikmalaya, sebisa mungkin memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggannya dengan terus memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik.Tujuan penelitian di Kantor Pos Ciawi Cabang adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Pos Cabang Ciawi 2) Kepuasan Konsumen di Kantor Pos Ciawi 3) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pos Ciawi Tasikmalaya.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kantor Pos Cabang Ciawi, dan sampelnya 96 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan teknik non-probabilitas dan dalam penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik insidental. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Pos Cabang Ciawi berada pada klasifikasi baik 2) Kepuasan konsumen di Kantor Pos Cabang Ciawi berada pada klasifikasi cukup 3) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kantor Pos Ciawi.
