<![CDATA[Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia. One way to overcome and treat heart disease is cardiac catheterization. The effect of cardiac catheterization is pain. One of pain management is hand massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hand massage therapy on pain levels in post cardiac catheterization patients at Dr M Djamil Hospital Padang in 2021. The type of research was Quasy Experimental design Two Group Pretest-Posttest. The data were collected 12-25 February 2021. The population were patients after cardiac catheterization. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. The total sample was 20 patients. We divided into 2 groups, intervention and control group. The data were processed by univariate and bivariate analysis using the Mann Whitney-U test. The results of the intervention group study obtained an average pre-test pain intensity of 5.8 and post-test 2.9. Meanwhile, in the control group, the pre-test scores were 5.7 and the post-test scores were 5.7. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there was an effect of hand massage therapy on pain levels in post cardiac catheterization. Nurses expected to apply hand massage therapy in reducing pain.]]>

<![CDATA[Family ownership and political connections have made significant contributions to company in Indonesia. Hence, firms registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were tested as samples with firm performance as a measurement. The purpose of this article is to research the role of family ownership and founders on board on firm performance with political connections as a moderating variable. The sample data used in this research are quantitative data with 492 registered firms on IDX for the period of 2015 to 2019. The analysis results show that family ownership influences firm performance positively. However, founders on board have insignificant relation with firm performance. Meanwhile, political connections do not moderate the relationship between family ownership and founders on board with firm performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Higher order thinking skills should be included into all aspects of teaching and learning, particularly at the university level in facing digital society 5.0. Teachers must be able to incorporate such abilities into their courses, including their curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, teaching approach, and teaching materials, as well as their English classes, based on this issue. English teaching materials by using technology is one of innovative way to facing the need of digital society 5.0. This study investigates the effectiveness of English teaching materials by using technology for university students. This research is experimental research in the form of pre-test and post-test control group design. This research was conducted on the first-year students of Adzkia University in the year 2021/2022. The instrument used in this study is the test. It is used to assess students' higher order thinking skills. SPSS was used to analyze the test data quantitatively. From results of the study, it is found that students who are taught by English teaching materials using technology have better higher order thinking skills than the students who are taught by using conventional English teaching materials. It can be concluded that English teaching materials is effective media to enhance higher order thinking skills (HOTS).]]>

<![CDATA[Information of the cycles share prices up and down at a certain company they can be used as a model before making investment transaction in the stock market as a inflation, intrest rate, exchange rate, etc. Shares are bonds that evidence of a person's ownership of a company. In recent years share prices of property, real estate, and construction building had price increase and decrease. Share prices switch result of the macroeconomic is inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, and total asset turnover. This research purposeful to find out how much significant effect of inflation, exchange rate, interest rate, total asset turnover on share prices in property companies, real estate, construction building listed on the IDX 2018-2020 period. The study conducted with a data measurement of the annual financial statements obtained from IDX. So that the impact is less than optimal satisfaction services for facilities at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai, inadequate training of teaching staff, administrative services. By looking at these conditions, it becomes the impetus for making a decision-making system regarding participant satisfaction services using an information systems technology approach. <![CDATA[The National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency is a religious and social institution located on Jl. Turi, Mekar Baru, Kec. West Kisaran City, Asahan Regency. The problem that is often encountered in the National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency is the selection of mustahiq which still uses the manual method, so that it still causes problems such as the length of the selection process and the occurrence of miscalculations, resulting in less accurate mustahiq selection results. In addition, the unavailability of access to information to see mustahiq who have been included in the list of zakat recipients, resulting in mustahiq who have received zakat can receive assistance more than once a year. There are several criteria in the selection and determination of mustahiq at the National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency, namely by taking into account the status of residence, income, employment status, number of dependents, and family vehicles. The distribution of zakat for mustahiq is carried out periodically, namely once a year in every holy month of Ramadan, with the number of mustahiq that have been selected by the management committee of the National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency, namely 30 mustahiq. For this reason, a system is designed that can support in making decisions on recommendations for zakat recipients for mustahiq.]]>

<![CDATA[CRM is one of the means to establish a sustainable relationship between the company and its stakeholders and shareholders. So far, Rozi Accessories Store customers have to come directly to the location to be able to buy products and make transactions directly. So far, customers don't know about new products unless they have to come to the store. Customers find it difficult to check whether the product they are looking for is in the Rozi Accessories Store. By implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) problems that occur can be handled properly, with CRM customers no longer need to come to the location to be able to buy these products and make it easier for customers to make transactions. The results of this study are the E-CRM system produces product information to customers and facilitates transactions and can retain customers. The conclusion obtained is that E-CRM can be applied to sales of accessories to increase sales and attract new customers.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between cash turnover, current ratio, company size, and sales growth in retail trade organizations. Retail trading businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2020 became the population in the study.This research uses a purposive selection approach, with the criteria for retail trading business actors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to suffer losses and not submit comprehensive financial statements during the period 2017-2020. Quantitative data analysis approaches are used in this research. Some of the tests used in this hypothesis experiment: multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and determination coefficient.The study's findings include The Current Ratio, which statistically has a significant impact on profit margins. Meanwhile, the cash turnover ratio, the size of the company, and the rate of increase in sales did not have a great influence on profitability. However, cash turnover ratios, current ratios, company sizes, and sales growth all have a statistically significant positive impact on profitability when combined.]]>

<![CDATA[Family Planning is a quality family that is established by promoting, protecting and helping to realize reproductive rights as well as providing the services, arrangements and support needed to form a family with the ideal marriageable age, regulate the number of children, the distance of children and the ideal childbearing age to regulate pregnancy and foster resilience and well-being of children. The family planning program aims to increase public awareness and participation in following family planning rules, namely through limiting the age of marriage, birth spacing, increasing family resilience, increasing family welfare, in order to realize the Small Happy and Prosperous Family Norm [1]. In an effort to launch a family planning program in Tanjungbalai City. The Office of Occupational Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) will conduct counseling on the family planning program to reduce the high birth rate. However, until now there are still many family planning consultation services carried out in several areas with low birth rates, if the location of the expansion is not always on target, it is feared that the program will not achieve its objectives. So we need a system analysis to help make decisions in site selection. One technique that can be used to determine location selection is to use a decision support system (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method. For that we need a computer-based decision support system that can combine models and data to provide support to decision makers in solving problems that involve users in depth. From the above problems, the authors are interested in raising the issue and putting it into a thesis entitled "Application of the Weighted Product (WP) Algorithm for Determining Priority Locations for Family Planning Extension Program Tanjungbalai City".
