Abstract

Abstract - In each company, agency, organization or business entity will provide salary as compensation for the work of an employee, in addition to providing basic salary to employees, each agency often provides salary bonuses in addition to basic salary to spur the performance and work productivity of its employees. As for the way used is to do the selection of employees according to the criteria by the leader, the salary bonus is given together with the salary each month. Criteria for determining employees who have priority to get salary bonuses include responsibility, work attitude, and honesty. Besides still using a conventional system, the closeness of the leader and employees often results in decisions that are different from the right thing. This causes the results of the decision to be inappropriate. The problem in this research is how to build a support system the decision to use the AHP method to help company leaders in determining employees who are entitled to receive bonuses. Abstract

The selecting of best harvesters at PT. Padasa Enam Utama have been using a manual method so that the announcement of reward results is often delayed. The purpose of this research was application of the simple addictive weighting (SAW) method which has the opportunity to facilitate the management of PT. Padasa Enam Utama to determine the best harvester and make it easier to display reward results to employees. The research method was carried out using the SAW method with the research stages consisting of data collection, analysis, system design, system development. The results of this study that SAW value referring to the criteria for harvesters who deserve to receive rewards according to the relevant data. The results were namely 3 harvesters, Selamet, Agun, and Ateng with the highest SAW value were respectively 0.7647, 0.6235 and 0.5411. This study concluded that SAW method can help CQC (Crop Quality Control) in determining the best harvesters who deserved a reward.

Abstract

The grouping of online learning barriers to students during the covid-19 pandemic will result in clusters of students with the same characteristics in each cluster. The purpose of this study is to assist schools in determining online learning barriers for students during the covid-19 pandemic, so that with this clustering students with high levels of online learning barriers will get additional face-to-face hours.face-to-face learning so as to create an effective learning process. The method used in this study was a data mining technique, which uses the k-means clustering algorithm. This study uses the k-means clustering algorithm because this algorithm is more effective and efficient in processing large amounts of data, so this algorithm has a high enough accuracy for object size and the k-means algorithm is not affected by the order of objects. Testing the data using Microsoft Excel as a manual test and the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study were in the form of 2 clusters, C1 (low cluster) as many as 4 students who are hampered during online learning, and C2 (high cluster) as many as 16 students who are not hampered during online learning. The conclusion of this study was using of the k-means clustering algorithm can facilitate the grouping of online learning barriers for students at Swasta Yapendak Tinjowan Junior High School.

Abstract

Abstract: First level public health efforts are carried out to essential communities and community health development efforts. Essential health efforts include health promotion services, environmental health, maternal health, child and family planning, nutrition and  disease  prevention.  The  phenomenon  obtained  when  researchers  conducted  a survey of nursing care for high-risk families in the working area of the Rawang Panca Arga   Health   Center,   obtained   one  family   with   hypertension   health   problems. Information  obtained from the health  center supervisor said  that  there  were many hypertension cases at the Rawang Panca Arga Puskesmas. Almost every month there are new cases of hypertension. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, shows that in 2019 hypertension ranks first in the top 10 diseases at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga with the number of new and old sufferers reaching 1239. Based on these data the researcher wants to forecast using a single exponential smoothing (SES) analysis. The incidence of hypertension  is  based  on  data  on  the  number  of  incidence  of  hypertension  in  the previous year at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, by first identifying patterns of hypertension at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga and then forecasting the number of incidence of hypertension at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga..            Keywords: SES Method; New Cases of Hypertension Patients; PHP and MySQL  Abstrak: Upaya kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama dilaksanakan kepada  masyarakat esensial dan upaya  pengembangan  kesehatan masyarakat. Upaya kesehatan  esensial diantaranya meliputi pelayanan promosi kesehatan, kesehatan lingkungan, kesehatan ibu,  anak  dan keluarga berencana,  gizi serta pencegahan penyakit.  Fenomena  yang diperoleh pada saat peneliti melakukan survey asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga resiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, diperoleh satu keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan hipertensi. Keterangan yang diperoleh dari pembimbing puskesmas mengatakan  bahwa  kasus  hipertensi  di  Puskesmas  Rawang  Panca  Arga  tergolong banyak. Hampir setiap bulan terjadi kasus baru hipertensi. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 hipertensi menempati urutan pertama pada 10 besar penyakit di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga dengan jumlah penderita baru dan lama mencapai 1239. Berdasarkan data tersebut peneliti ingin melakukan peramalan (forecasting) menggunakan analisa Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) pada angka kejadian hipertensi berdasarkan data jumlah kejadian hipertensi pada tahun sebelumnya di  Puskesmas  Rawang  Panca  Arga,  dengan  terlebih  dahulu  mengidentifikasi  pola penyakit  hipertensi  yang  ada  di  Puskesmas  Rawang  Panca  Arga  untuk  kemudian dilakukan peramalan jumlah kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga. Kata kunci: Metode SES;  Kasus Baru Penderita Hipertensi; PHP dan MySQL

Abstract

Abstract: Education plays an important role in the intellectual life of the nation. So in this case the need of a technology to improve the quality of a school. In addition, it also needs a new and more effective teaching and learning system that is very supportive in the quality and quality of teaching and learning in schools, considering the increasingly sophisticated and the development of science and computerized technology. This study discusses about learning media of oral and dental health. This app is designed using Adobe Flash CS3. This application will simplify the learning process and with this application also the learning process become more interesting, fun, and effective and can help the students / i can learn well and fast and can shorten the learning process that has been submitted manually with guide book.The main purpose of designing this learning media is to make new innovations in teaching and learning process in schools, especially primary school students to be more interesting. Keywords:   learning media, learning, innovation, interesting, fun, adobe flash, multimedia.  Abstrak: Pendidikan sangat berperanan penting dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa.Sehingga dalam hal ini diperlukannya suatu teknologi untuk meningkatkan mutu suatu sekolah. Selain itu juga dibutuhkannya suatu sistem cara belajar mengajar yang baru yang lebih menarik dan efektif yang sangat mendukung dalam kualitas serta mutu belajar mengajar di sekolah, mengingat sudah semakin canggih dan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi komputerisasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai media pembelajaran kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3. Aplikasi ini akan mempermudah dalam proses belajar mengajar dan dengan aplikasi ini juga proses belajar mengajar jadi lebih menarik, fun, dan efektif serta dapat membantu siswa/i bisa belajar dengan baik dan cepat serta dapat menyingkat waktu proses belajar yang selama ini disampaikan secara manual dengan panduan buku.Tujuan utama perancangan media pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membuat inovasi baru dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah khususnya siswa/i sekolah dasar agar lebih menarik. Kata kunci:  media pembelajaran, belajar, inovasi baru, menarik, menyenangkan, adobe flash, multimedia.

Abstract

Abstract: Traffic signs that are installed on either side of the road that we often see when driving on the highway have certain meanings and goals. The installation of traffic signs is one of the public services that the government must carry out by the relevant agencies for the convenience of road users and reduce the number of traffic accidents. Aside from being a guide, the signs also functioned as a warning for road users about the conditions and situation of the road to be passed. For this reason, road users must understand and understand the meaning of the signs installed. But for various reasons, many people have not had the opportunity to learn and understand the meaning and purpose of signs of traffic signs. With the development of computer technology and video animation, learning methods about understanding the meaning and purpose of traffic signs can be made easier and more efficient to attract the public's interest in understanding them. Because it takes the form of animated videos and tutorials, so it's easy to display and play back if the learning participants don't understand. With the community service from STMIK Royal to Porsea Sector Police, we are trying to help the police station to introduce traffic signs to the community using the animated video tutorial method. This animated video tutorial uses Adobe Flash. Keywords: Adobe Flash, Animation, Traffic Signs            Abstrak: Rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang dipasang pada kanan kiri jalan yang sering kita lihat saat berkendara dijalan raya memiliki arti dan tujuan tertentu. Pemasangan rambu-rambu lalulintas adalah salah satu dari pelayanan publik yang wajib diadakan pemerintah oleh dinas terkait demi kenyamanan  pengguna jalan dan mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalulintas. Selain sebagai penunjuk jalan, rambu tersebut juga difungsikan untuk peringatan untuk pengguna jalan tentang kondisi dan situasi jalan yang akan dilalui. Untuk hal tersebut maka pengguna jalan harus mengerti dan memahami arti dari rambu-rambu yang terpasang. Namun dengan berbagai sebab, banyak masyarakat yang belum  berkesempatan belajar dan memahami tentang arti dan maksud dari tanda rambu lalu lintas. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komputer dan video animasi, metode pembelajran tentang pemahaman arti dan maksud dari rambu lalulintas dapat dibuat semakin mudah dan efisien untuk menarik minat masyarakat dalam memahaminya. Karena berbentuk video  animasi dan tutorial, sehingga mudah ditampilkan dan putar ulang jika peserta pemebelajaran belum paham. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat  dari STMIK Royal ke Polsek Porsea ini, kami berusaha membantu polsek untuk mengenalkan rambu lalulintas kepada masyarakat dengan metode video tutorial animasi. Abstract

Dunia pendidikan yang kian berkembang memicu tren pengajaran (teaching) yang dulunya hanya menempatkan guru sebagai komunikator aktif, kini telah mengalami perubahan besar, dimana guru dan siswa telah ditempatkan dalam posisi yang sama-sama aktif melalui penggunaan teknologi dan media pembelajaran. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dapat diasumsikan sebagai salah satu faktor pendorong berkembangnya proses pembelajaran pada institusi pendidikan nonformal maupun pendidikan formal. Untuk itu dibutuhkan fasilitas teknologi yang dapat diakses semua orang dimanapun dan kapanpun.Tentunya peranan perangkat mobile seperti smartphone android maupun ios menjadi solusi terbaik untuk pembelajaran (mobile learning),didak terkecuali dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris.Mata pelajaran bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu matapelajaran wajib dalam kurikulum SMK yang hasilnya belum memuaskan sejauh ini.Hal ini terbukti dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris walaupun mereka sudah mempelajarinya sejak memasuki bangku Sekolah Dasar (SD). Jadi melalui penelitian ini akanterlihat bagaimana efektifitas pembelajaranmobile (mobile learning) dalam mata pelajaran bahasa inggris.

Abstract

Umi Nala Shop store is engaged in selling toys, such as floats, laptop screens, construction sets, ambulance cars, small cars, jeep cars, and many more. The problem is that this store does not know the amount of inventory of goods in the warehouse. This store purchases goods from suppliers for the inventory of goods to be sold without knowing the available stock. This makes the inventory of goods to be sold by the store uncontrollable. The store records incoming and outgoing goods and transactions manually using paper so that data can be lost. The Umi Nala Shop has more than 200 resellers but is inactive and has ten suppliers to supply the goods sold. The sale of goods at the Umi Nala Shop is still offline, where customers come directly to the Umi Nala Shop. Marketing is carried out through social media networks such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. In carrying out its business, it is necessary to pay attention to inventory management to provide for consumer needs and control inventory when there is a high demand for goods. For the store to compete, it is necessary to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) to integrate suppliers, warehouse manufacturing, and storage so that goods are distributed in the correct quantity at the right time, to minimize costs and provide satisfaction to consumers. The purpose of this study is to build an SCM application that can make it easier for stores to find out the amount of inventory to ensure the availability of goods. The results of this study with the implementation of Supply Chain Management at the Umi Nala Shop store can help and make it easier for store owners to manage the supply chain of goods.

Abstract

Gold is a precious metal that plays an important role in people's daily lives. People use gold jewelry as a dowry so that gold is sought after, such as earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and others. However, buying and selling gold jewelry at a gold jewelry store has a different strategy. Gold sellers must carry out the gold jewelry production process to meet gold jewelry supplies and market demand. The results of the sale of gold jewelry sometimes increase and decrease every day which cannot be predicted every day, so this can affect the store to find out the profits and losses that will be obtained in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of forecasting sales of gold jewelry at the Yoga Gold Shop using the single exponential smoothing method in the coming month. The results of this study resulted in March 2022 9 carat gold jewelry totaling 4191.16 grams with a 3.01% MAPE, 10 carat gold totaling 2095.53 grams with a 3.01% MAPE, Surabaya gold 1047.76 grams with a 3.03% MAPE and london gold jewelery 523.83 grams with a MAPE of 3.41%. So it can be concluded that applying the single exponential smoothing method can help in predicting the sales results of gold jewelry.
