Abstract

Hoya or better known as Hoya Bakery is located on Durian Street, Pekanbaru City. Is one of the shops and factories that produce and sell various kinds of bread and market snacks located in various places in Pekanbaru. Especially in meeting the demand that will be distributed to consumers which is relatively large so that there are often out of stock bread and excess stock. Therefore, accurate and efficient predictions of bread sales are needed using the trend moment method. A forecast to produce forecasts of bread supplies in the future. In this study, data on bread sales are used every month from October 2019 to September 2020. The sales record for each month is useful to see whether it has increased or decreased. The result of this research is the creation of a computerized system that is able to generate estimates for the next month using the PHP and MySQL programming languages, making it easier to find out how much bread will be sold and consider how much will be produced in the following month so that there is no shortage or excess stock of bread

Abstract

Jumlah pengangguran yang tinggi dapat menghambat proses pembangunan ekonomi, sehingga diperlukan sistem peramalan untuk mengetahui jumlah pengangguran di Asahan yang berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dalam pengambilan keputusan sebelum terjadinya peningkatan jumlah pengangguran. Peramalan pengangguran ini berdasarkan data aktual dalam kurun waktu 12 tahun menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing (DES). Metode akurasi peramalan yang digunakan dalam peramalan pengangguran ini adalah Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) untuk menghitung persentase error pada nilai alpha. Hasil peramalan terbaik untuk data pengangguran terdapat pada nilai alpha 0,4 nilai MAPE sebesar 6,22%, sehingga jumlah  pengangguran  sebesar 6,22% untuk tahun 2021 dengan total pengangguran 22909,72 hasil perhitungan sebesar 22909,72 ± 6.22% = 22909,72 ± 1424,98. Dengan range prediksi 21484,74 – 24334,7.

Abstract

Sales performance evaluation is a stage in conducting an examination and assessment of information seeking performance or work results of employees / workers in the sales field of a company, this is done in an effort to streamline the company's operational costs because a salesperson is the peak in the achievement and turnover of an operational cost. company, carried out by a salesperson where a salesperson certainly sells products produced by the company or organization with a predetermined sales level, so it is necessary to conduct an assessment or evaluation of sales performance in order to appoint and find out the quality level of sales performance, to reward good sales performance will increase motivation and enthusiasm for sales work achievement so as to be able to streamline operational costs, a systemized selection is made using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. in measuring sales performance evaluation so that the implementation process is more structured and runs honestly and fairly. The results obtained in the study that alternative A1 is a sales that has the best performance with a value of 0.546616.

Abstract

Plants affected by pests will be more damaged if not treated early. Therefore, the farmer's diagnostic ability is needed for treatment as early as possible. For the needs of serious cases, the ability of experts is still expected. However, experts from the local Agriculture Service are not always available to assist in the diagnosis. So that the diagnosis can not be done as early as possible. One solution is to design an expert system for the early diagnosis of damage to lowland rice plants. The method used to solve is Depth First Search (DFS). The diagnosis process is done by answering questions about symptoms. Every question given by the system is the result of in-depth inference using the Depth First Search (DFS) method. The system can provide preventive or handling actions according to the results of the discovery of disturbing pests by the system. This expert system can diagnose symptoms of damage quickly, update knowledge according to the needs of experts.

Abstract

Porsea is one of the sub-districts in Toba Samosir. Toba Samosir Regency is geographically located between 2º24 '-2º37' LU and 99º03 '-99º16' BT. The agricultural sector is a top priority in the pillars of development in Toba Samosir Regency, because it has a large enough role and almost 90 percent of the people in the area work as farmers. Seeing the potential of the region and business opportunities, it is necessary to have facilities and strategies to distribute local products in the form of agriculture and other sectors with e-commerce-based marketing technology to reach a wider market / market. Community service activities on the topic of e-commerce-based entrepreneurship are carried out at the Porsea Police Office aimed at providing knowledge and skills about e-commerce, so that the knowledge gained can be implemented and is expected to increase family income from the potential of existing regions, so that it can eventually be transmitted to the surrounding communities as one of the work programs of the Porsea Sector Police to improve the living standards of the surrounding community

Abstract

Entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive influence on entrepreneurial motives. Therefore, the motivation is very suitable given at school age. Children of school age who have an entrepreneurial education background are one of them is in SMK Negri 6 Tanjung Balai which has a Marketing Department. So this kind of motivation is suitable for students who have the jurasan. Motivational ways are: Providing an understanding of Technopreneurship and Entrepreneurship, Providing motivation about starting entrepreneurial activities in accordance with good entrepreneurial characteristics, Explaining about e-commerce in an effort to deepen technopreneurship, Explaining the virtues of e-commerce applications and tools so as to help budding business people by using several examples. Abstract

This community service activity was expected to add knowledge of PKK ladies. The knowledge of how to use the e-commerce, marketplaces and social media were regarding the marketing of household handicraft products more effectively and efficiently. This community service activity was conducted for 2 (two) days, namely on February 26 and 27, 2021 at the village hall of Limau Manis Batubara plantation, with different materials. The training was conducted in accordance with the agreement between the implementing team and the PKK group of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village. At this stage, the PKK group of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village can directly practice applying the material delivered. Then the team provides assistance to monitor the progress of marketing activities on the app account that has been created during training. Participants can interact directly or through chat messages with the organizing team if there were difficulties in operation. The participants in this community service activity werw the ladies of pkk group members of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village. This training activity can be used as a medium for participants to be able to participate and be directly involved in utilizing communication media in the digital age

Abstract

Abstract: Student graduation is one thing that needs to be considered because it is included in the College's Internal Quality Assurance Standards (SPMI). STMIK Royal is one of the universities experiencing problems with student graduation. To achieve the quality of these graduates, a graduation diagnosis with the standards that have been set for students who are still carrying out studies is very necessary so that anticipatory steps can be taken from the beginning to overcome the occurrence of graduation problems in the academic field. This research aims to diagnose fast-track student graduation by using a data mining model with a classification function. The technique used for the classification data mining model is the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. The dataset used as training and testing data is data from the 2021 STMIK Royal fast track students. The criteria used to determine student graduation are Gender, class, credits, GPA, Tuition Fee, Guidance Process, and the KKL Report. The results of the classification modeling with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm produce an accuracy value of 83%.           Keywords: data mining; graduation; naïve Bayes  Abstrak: Kelulusan mahasiswa adalah salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan karena termasuk ke dalam Standar Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) perguruan tinggi. STMIK Royal adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang mengalami masalah kelulusan mahasiswa. Untuk mencapai kualitas lulusan tersebut, diagnosis kelulusan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk mahasiswa yang masih menjalankan studi sangat diperlukan sehingga dapat dilakukan langkah antisipasi dari awal untuk menanggulangi terjadinya permasalahan kelulusan dalam bidang akademik. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untuk untuk mendiagnosis kelulusan mahasiswa fast track dengan menggunakan model data mining dengan fungsi klasifikasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk model data mining klasifikasi adalah Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Dataset yang akan digunakan untuk menjadi data latih dan data uji adalah data mahasiswa fast track STMIK Royal tahun 2021. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk diganosis kelulusan mahasiswa, diantaranya Jenis Kelamin, Kelas, SKS, IPK, Uang Kuliah, Proses Bimbingan, dan Pengumpulan Laporan KKL. Hasil pemodelan klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 83%. Kata kunci: data mining; kelulusan; naïve bayes

Abstract

The Housing and Settlement Office of Asahan Regency haven’t a system that can map the location of housing in the East Kisaran District, Asahan yet. The purpose of this study was to help the performance of the Asahan District Housing and Settlement Service and the community in obtaining information on the location of housing in East Kisaran District, Asahan. become faster, more efficient, and more complete in managing data in housing mapping digitally and online. This research method was carried out using qualitative research methods with stages consisting of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. This system was designed with the PHP programming language based on Codeigneter, the database system uses MySQL, and Google Maps API which can mapping the location of housing in Kisaran Timur District, Asahan. The result of this study was a website-based geographic information system that allows the public to obtain the information they need about housing in the East Kisaran District, Asahan.

Abstract

The problem that always occurs in STMIK Royal in each semester is first, the delay in students preparing the Study Plan Card (SPC) due to the late students themselves paying tuition so that the difficulties for study programs in recording student activity data, then harming the students themselves because they are considered absent during not enrolled in lectures. Second, 90% of the students who get the final grade below are enough due to the lack of lecture meetings from the minimum number of meetings that have been determined by the academic, so students must repeat their studies in the next semester. This situation forces the study program section to be able to condition schedules, classes, and lecturers for students who repeat. For this reason, a monitoring system for tuition payments and student attendance is required based on the SMS Gateway. Through this system, academic parties can disseminate information on tuition payments and student attendance to parents or parents to monitor tuition payments and student attendance through services provided by the system.
