This research aims to develop a typical batik design lumajang more varied and interesting for consumers by utilizing arithmetic pattern. This is because the typical batik lumajang has a pattern that is monotonous and has a design that is limited enough to make batik lumajang less able to competence with batik from other regions. One of the motifs that are often used by producion of batik lumajang is banana motif and batik semeru motif. On the other hand batik industry competition is quite tight, hail is evidenced by innovative batik designs are growing rapidly from other regions. This makes indutry batik lumajang less well developed. The application of arithmetic method pattern on batik design is expected to add the basic design of typical batik lumajang. The method of this research is done by 5 stages, namely the determination of the basic frame of batik design, setting the position of the point to the triangle frame, constructing the line segment on the triangle frame, filling the motif of the fraction of the triangle frame, the coloring of the base motif of the triangle field.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Halal Label and price partially and simultaneously to Consumer Purchase Decision on Sedaap Noodle Products. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This research was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on research results obtained that partially label hala and price effect on consumer purchasing decisions on noodle products sedaap. While simultaneously halal label and price influence to consumer purchasing decision on noodle product sedaap. The amount of influence of halal label and price proved to have an effect on to consumer purchase decision on noodle product sedaap indicated by determination value (R2) equal to 0,61 while the rest equal to 39% influenced by other variable like product, place, promotion and others.

This study aims to measure the level of student satisfaction on dimensions of quality education services either partially or partial. Dimensions of the quality of education services consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Respondents were 60 students STIE Widya Gama Lumajang. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, by first testing the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability. The results showed that partially there are two variables that affect student satisfaction is assurance and empathy, while simultaneously dimensions of service quality education consisted of five variables affect the student satisfaction. 52.9% student satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, while the remaining 47.1% of student satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Employee motivation is important for a district office and is used to measure the success of the leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze employee perceptions of leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. Respondents in this study are civil servants in the District office in Lumajang Regency totaling 78 people. Data analysis used is instrument test which includes validity and reliability test, classical assumption test include data normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Then multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. As an independent variable that is leadership and work environment, and the dependent variable is motivation. From the hypothesis test concluded that the two hypotheses that have been built are rejected. The results showed that the leadership perceived employees have no significant effect in improving motivation, meaning there is no important effect of leadership in increasing motivation. The employee's perceived work environment has no significant effect on improving motivation, meaning that the work environment does not have an important effect in increasing motivation. Based on the findings, leadership needs to get attention in improving employee motivation

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the significant effect between profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy on corporate value. And to know the effect simultaneously between profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on corporate value. research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The population in this study are all companies that are members of the BLUE CHIPS stock group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2015. Sample selection method used is purposive sampling and analysis model used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that partially Profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), and Decision Funding (DER) that does not affect the value of the company. While the dividend policy (DPR) affects the value of the company. Simultaneously, the result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between Profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), Fund Decision (DER), and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV). While the R Square value of 0389 or 38.9% indicates that the contribution of the influence of profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), Funding Decision (DER), and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV) of 38.9% and the balance of 61.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to determine the perceptions and expectations of guardians of kindergarten X on the satisfaction of guardians of TK X students in Lumajang District. This research is expected to give description about perception and expectation of X kindergarten students and their satisfaction toward TK X in Lumajang Regency. This research prioritizes the variables of perception, expectation and satisfaction of guardian of pupil in TK X of Lumajang Regency. This research takes samples of all X TK students in Lumajang District. The research method is descriptive by using questionnaires distributed to QK X pupil in Lumajang District. The result of this research is the satisfaction of the student guardian in TK X of Lumajang Regency to the highest service quality in tangible dimension, and the expectation and the perception of the guardian of the students on the quality of service is very satisfied. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of the study of management science, especially human resources management, so it can be a reference and development for further research.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

The concept of Green Finance (Triple Bottom Line), Profit, People and Planet which emphasized for optimization economic factors, attention to the sustainability of environmental factors. The community demanded that company follow concept of Green Finance to achieve environmental improvement balanced with economic development. Banks should apply concept of Green Finance to maintain environmental conditions. The purpose research is to know the application of Green Finance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang and optimize the existing Green Finance by using SWOT Analysis. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Object of this study was taken at PT Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang, uses research method, data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The results showed that implementation of Green Finance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang not only to improve the economic level of the customer, but also social awareness and environmental analysis with AMDAL. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang have potential to became bank which to maintain economic and natural stability, and strive the needs of funds desired by customers. In the era of this free market to improve the performance of small business actors in developing their business needed a real strength and partnership between small business actors as the party that produces goods with the ritail network with the goal of creating a mutual cooperation. The positive impact that can be felt with this partnership program is to make unhealthy competition between them in the long term. Because modern mini market is a container that directly related to the end consumer in selling various kinds of goods needs and other supporting goods. While small business actors also require market segments to sell all forms of goods in the production. This collaboration ultimately creates a mutually beneficial condition between small business actors and mini markets that serve to sell or ritail ing from small business products into modern ritail. This is a model that must be turned on to increase synergy between producers or small business actors with modern ritail both in rural and urban environments.

Home industry that has been the backbone of local government, always in galakkan to improve the dignity of society of lower economic class which generally become small business actor, in business activity important factor to be considered is controlling raw material, so easy to be controlled and not damaged then the amount of raw materials to be purchased in accordance with the needs, so that it can be minimized the amount of raw materials that tend to be damaged. Thus, raw materials purchased can be efficient for production process activities.
