Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the results of the Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation carried out on educational standards at the SOS Children's Village institution, Medan City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research from the supervision of the standards of educators and education staff were found that educators and education staff at SOS Children's Village were known as educators, foster mothers, and aunts who served their souls. Meanwhile, the results of supervision on graduate competency standards are that SOS seeks to prioritize life skills for foster children by having at least 1 life skill, and is facilitated. The results of monitoring the standard of facilities and infrastructure are found that the standard of facilities and infrastructure owned by the SOS institution is categorized as good and maintenance is carried out to keep it in good condition or ready for use. Meanwhile, the results of monitoring of SOS financing standards are sufficient for economic needs to provide a very decent education for foster children. And finally, from the results of the evaluation of the content standards, it was found that SOS Children's Village provided two programs, namely SFC (SOS Family Care) and FSP (Family Strengthening Program). Meanwhile, based on the results of the process evaluation of the SOS Children's Village management that the existing program is running well.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan kelompok tani harus di dasarkan pada kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang di alami petani. Penyuluhan sangat penting dilakukan untuk merubah sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan petani. Upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan adalah melalui penyuluhan pertanian.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemberdayaan kelompok tani padi melalui penyuluhan pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tahap – tahap pemberdayaan kelompok tani dilakukan dengan, Pertama tahap mengembangkan kesadaran awal yakni (a) pembentukan kelompok tani (b) kepemimpinan bergilir (c) study banding. Kedua tahap transformasi kemampuan yakni (a) membuat rencana penyuluhan (b) penyuluhan dan pelatihan (c) kemampuan adopsi inovasi (d) pertemuan rutin. Ketiga tahap percaya diri berkembang yakni (a) kemandirian (b) pendampingan (c) perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap . Keempat tahap peningkatan kesejahteraan yakni (a) peningkatan produksi (b) pendapatan petani meningkat. Simpulan penelitian bahwa pemberdayaan kelompok tani melalui penyuluhan pertanian dilakukan dengan 4 tahapan pemberdayaan, yakni : 1) Mengembangkan kesadaran awal, 2) Transformasi kemampuan, 3) Percaya diri berkembang , 4) Peningkatan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Pendamping desa memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Pendamping desa bukan hanya mendampingi program masuk ke desa juga mengawasi dana desa tetapi ikut berpartisapasi aktif dalam pengembangan desa. Fakta yang terjadi lapangan pendamping desa belum optimal dalam membangun desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya pendamping desa dalam mengembangkan desa wisata Sopotinjak, Batang Natal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa desa wisata masih minim akan pengembangan menjadi desa wisata, oleh karena itu upaya pendamping desa dibutuhkan dalam mewujudkan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa untuk menuju desa wisata Sopotinjak. Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa desa wisata Sopotinjak dalam pengembangannya belum terlaksana, upaya yang dilakukan pendamping desa tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan di desa sasaran karena kurangnya tindakan secara nyata oleh pendamping desa. Kendala dalam pengembangan desa wisata 2 hal yaitu pendamping desa dan pemerintah desa yang tidak saling berkoordinasi dan masyarakat partipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata.

Abstract

The apprenticeship model is a training program given to learning residents by tutors or learning resources who are experienced in the field of crafts and production by applying it in informal education where this learning is carried out in a community environment where industry owners apply learning with the principle of kinship and participate in provide direction in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to find out how the informal education apprenticeship model process for wood craftsmen in the wood craft industry in Sukahurip Village, Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. This research was conducted because it was found that there was a wood craft home industry that implemented an informal education trainning model for wood craftsmen without any intervention and support from the local government. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected by three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Informal Education Apprenticeship Model based on analysis of research in the field is carried out by the owner of the craft industry to craftsmen or apprentices covering ten public education standards. The internship is carried out by the owner, which begins with the recruitment of learning residents who come from the surrounding environment and from outside. The training process in learning is carried out in several stages, namely the stage of pattern making, wood cutting, wood lathe, wood sanding and wood roasting. After the learning process, the citizens learn to have the knowledge, skills and abilities in making handicrafts and some even switch professions to become independent apprentices. The conclusion of this study is that the informal education trainning model is carried out by the owner of the craft industry on the principle of kinship where in the learning process the learning residents are guided directly by the owner himself and in terms of the relatively low cost so that it does not burden the learning community, then the learning community can gain knowledge, skills and even abilities. in the manufacture of handicrafts and the movement of professions that were previously apprentices in the industry to become independent apprentices.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to establish Islamic personality for early childhood students at the Tahfidz Al-Fikri House, Permai Flower Garden, Palembang City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were the chairman of the board of the Tahfidz Al-Fikri foundation, ustadz and ustadzah, parents of students and students. The results showed that the formation of the Islamic personality of early childhood students in Tahfidz Al-Fikri was carried out by instilling good Islamic Religious Education in students through several ways, namely providing value education, exercises, methods of giving examples (examples), and habituation methods. Through this method of forming an Islamic personality, the personality of early childhood students in Tahfidz Al-Fikri is formed, namely polite and obeying the rules, diligent, honest, time discipline and orderly learning, neat and clean, able to read, write hijayyah letters and memorize daily prayers, can carry out prayers, understand Islamic religious education, and are able to communicate well.

Abstract

According to the Central Statistics Agency, the unemployment rate in Tasikmalaya City and Regency is quite high, so one solution is through training at the Job Training Center by preparing a professional workforce. For the successful implementation of a training, it is necessary to use a training model. The purpose of this study is to find out how the operational model of training at the Tasikmalaya Job Training Center in preparing a professional workforce. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the type of data collection in this study is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used was through observation and interview guidelines. Technical data analysis uses several stages such as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the operational training model used by the Tasikmalaya Job Training Center in preparing a professional workforce, namely the Competency-Based Training Model (PBK) which means job training that will focus on the final result (Outcome). After attending the training, participants are expected to become competent and professional workers. Types of training include Institutional Training which is carried out at the Office of the Job Training Center and Mobile Training Unit (MTU) which is carried out at the residence of local residents. With the following steps: Identification of Training Needs which aims to see and determine what training will be held according to the needs of the training participants, Designing Training Programs such as making curriculum, materials, schedules and preparing props needed, Implementing Training Programs by selecting students prospective trainees and Conduct Training Evaluations in the form of vocational evaluations and program evaluations. Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the work is as a farmer. Agricultural problems in Ciamis Regency, especially Lumbung Village, such as low yields and lack of community participation must be addressed by various parties, especially the Women Farmers Group (KWT) as one of the implementers of agriculture in managing agricultural land. Women Farmer Groups (KWT) must be efficient, capable, and independent in order to improve the economy of the community and family. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community empowerment in utilizing local potential to improve the welfare of members of the Women Farmers Group. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique used is classical assumption test and simple linear regression test using SPSS. The population used is all members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) as many as 60 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula and the technique used was the Cluster Random Sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 37 members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). The results of research that have been carried out by testing the hypothesis that there is an influence of community empowerment in the utilization of local potential on increasing the welfare of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) is 12%. The multiple correlation value (R) of 0.355 indicates a weak relationship between the community empowerment variable and the community welfare variable. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between community empowerment in the utilization of local potential to increase the welfare of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT).

Abstract

Increasing competence in non-formal education requires effective management including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Whereas to get decent job opportunities, non-formal education services are needed that can improve work competences. This study aims to describe online learning management in pusat pelatihan pertanian dan perdesaan swadaya (P4S) managers training at balai besar pelatihan pertanian (BBPP) Ketindan in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques which were then analyzed using Miles and Hubberman qualitative data analysis. Checking the validity of the data in this study was carried out by using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that online learning management in P4S institutional management training includes: (a) the training planning process is prepared by the program and cooperation section which begins with identifying training needs in the field, preparing training titles then determining training targets and budgeting training costs in accordance with the activity plans are prepared, (b) the implementation of training activities is carried out using the Adult Education/Andragogy approach and is carried out online by utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS) through the BBPP Ketindan e-learning site, the training implementation process is managed by the non-apparatus training section , (c) evaluation activities include initial evaluation activities or pre-test which aims to determine the extent of participants' knowledge before participating in training activities, and final evaluation or post-test conducted to determine the extent of improvement in knowledge of the training participants before and after participating in the training activities.

Abstract

Literacy interest and ability to memorize children is a potential that is needed and explored more effectively. The effort that needs to be made is to be able to collaborate on situations and conditions during the 4.0 revolution. For example, in Sumberpasir Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency, which has a Reading Terrace as an additional facility for the children of Sumberpasir Village. The Sumberpasir reading terrace has a tutoring program with 30 elementary school-age students. The main problem is that literacy interest in children is still not enough, so it becomes an obstacle to their memorization ability. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research through a case study approach. Related to the above problems, the solution offered by the author is an animation-based learning video that can help efforts to develop literacy interests and memorization skills for children under tutoring at the sand source reading terrace. The results obtained are (1) the implications of using animated video media as a strategy for developing literacy interests and memorization skills in children; (2) the role of animation in learning; and (3) the level of effectiveness of using animated videos to develop literacy interest and memorization skills in the children of the Sumberpasir Village. This animated video has some content that supports efforts to increase literacy interest and children's memorization skills at the Sumberpasir Reading Terrace. Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the programs held by BUMDes, (2) describe the implementation of the BUMDes District program in an effort to create employment opportunities for youth, (3) describe the obstacles and solutions that have been carried out while running the BUMDes District program. This research approach uses a qualitative case study. The research was conducted in Desa Jungjang, Kecamatan Arjawinangun, Kabupaten Cirebon. The research subjects were 7 people, consisting of 2 BUMDes implementers and 5 youths. There were 2 research informants, the Head of Hamlet V and the Village Secretary. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the study show (1) the programs organized by BUMDes Jungjang aim to improve the living standards of rural communities, (2) the implementation of the BUMDes District program in the form of a village business area that provides employment through empowerment of prospective workers, (3) implementation barriers include limited information dissemination. , empowerment activities are monotonous, and teaching materials do not match the abilities of participants, while the solutions implemented include instructing participants to disseminate information, holding empowerment activities in an informal, and bringing a professional educator.
