Abstract

Keikutsertaan masyarakat di butuhkan dalam setiap program dan upaya-upaya pemerintah dalam mengikuti kegiatan posyandu. Jika partisipasi masyarakat tinggi, sadar, akan manfaat posyandu serta ikut serta dalam program program yang di jalankan pemerintah, tentu kegiatan posyandu akan berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu di kampung Cihanja 2 Garut. Rumusan masalahnya yaitu: (1) bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu di kampung Cihanja 2 Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, masyarakat selalu mengedepankan kehadirannya datang ke Posyandu karena menyangkut kesehatan anak sehingga jika berhalangan akan mengatur jadwal ulang pekerjaannya, dan jika masyarakat ada yang tidak dapat hadir karena sibuk bekerja, mereka akan mewakilkan datang kepada saudara atau pengasuhnya. Selain itu letak geografis Posyandu Desa Cihanja 2 yang mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat memudahkan masyarakat untuk datang pada setiap kegiatan Posyandu Desa Cihanja 2. Meskipun terdapat masyarakat yang rumahnya memiliki jarak yang cukup jauh dari rumah ke posyandu, tetapi masyarakat tetap hadir ke Posyandu.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of community empowerment, implementation of community empowerment, supporting and inhibiting factors of empowerment, and the success of community empowerment in the Tourism Village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity technique uses source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in research using: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the empowerment strategy used five stages namely human resource development. Group institutional development. Fertilizing community capital. Development of productive businesses. Provision of appropriate information. Implementation of empowerment through the awareness stage, the transformation stage, the enrichment stage. The supporting factors for empowerment are community participation. The inhibiting factor is people who are not aware of tourism. Economic, social and cultural successes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi belajar peserta didik, faktor pendukung dan penghambat motivasi belajar peserta didik program kesetaraan paket B di PKBM Karya Agung, Cibodas, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik dan pedoman pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 3 tutor dan 7 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa, motivasi belajar peserta didik program kesetaraan paket B di PKBM Karya Agung memiliki hasil yang cukup tinggi dilihat dari motivasi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik seperti keinginan diri untuk lebih baik, kepuasan terhadap sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, kebiasaan baik dalam belajar dan sebagainya. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat motivasi belajar peserta didik program kesetaraan paket B di PKBM Karya Agung, Cibodas, Kota Tangerang, Banten terdiri atas faktor internal yaitu faktor fisik dan eksternal yaitu faktor non sosial. Abstract

This study aims to examine the benefits of Museum Sonobudoyo as a learning resource for the community, especially Yogyakarta and its surroundings. Research using descriptive methods with qualitative approach, data collection techniques used are observations and interviews with informants consisting of officers and visitors to the museum. Sampling used is purposive sampling. The verivikasi method of data validity uses the data triangulation method. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis. The results of the research showed That Museum Sonobudoyo can be used as a learning resource for the community especially on learning related to history and culture. a fairly complete and informative collection (both from the information listed in each collection and from the museum guide) makes it very easy for museum visitors to gain knowledge about culture and history, so that visitors do not just see - see, others also learn through the collection in Museum Sonobudoyo. Museum Sonobudoyo includes learning resources made, namely learning resources that are deliberately made for the purposes of learning / education.

Abstract

Community empowerment is the provision of knowledge and encouragement for the community to have the ability to utilize their potential for a better quality of life. This study aims to determine Community Empowerment through Tempe Home Industry in Increasing Family Economic Independence, to examine the process of implementing this research to examine the problems (1) Community Empowerment Process through Tempe Home Industry in Increasing Family Economic Independence in Sukamanah Village, Parung Panjang Village, (2) Results of Community Empowerment through Tempe Home Industry in Increasing Family Economic Independence in Sukamanah Village, Parung Panjang Village, (3) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Community Empowerment through Tempe Home Industry in Increasing Family Economic Independence in Sukamanah Village, Parung Panjang Village. The method used by the author in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data source of this research consisted of 14 people, namely 7 managers of the tempe home industry and 7 members of the tempe home industry. The results showed that (1) The process of community empowerment through the tempe home industry has been carried out well, with a plan that has been prepared in advance. (2) The results of community empowerment through the tempe home industry are increased family economic independence such as responsibility, autonomy, initiative and self-control. (3) the supporting factors in the implementation of empowerment are human resources, high motivation, and the existence of government policies. There are obstacles such as the attitude of society that is still traditional, limited capital and the late development of science and technology. Suggestions in this study that managers are able to provide guidance in marketing products and members are able to increase the abilities obtained so that they can build a business independently. The result of this research is that the empowerment process runs according to the indicators of empowerment so that there is an increase in family economic independence

Abstract

Retirement is something that cannot be avoided by workers, in retirement usually many employees who do not have the readiness to face changes in lifestyle such as identification of problems that researchers can at PT. Krakatau Steel namely lack of psychological readiness for employees who will face retirement, lack of self-understanding makes employees of PT. Krakatau Steel has difficulty making a productive life after retirement, many retirees who have no productive attitude after not working, and lack of financial readiness after retirement. The purpose of this study was to determine the Retirement Preparation Period (MPP) training for employees of PT. Krakatau Steel, to find out how to foster productive attitudes in PT. Krakatau Steel, and to find out the Retirement Preparation (MPP) training program in fostering productive attitudes towards employees of PT. Krakatau Steel. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting interviews, observation and documentation to one person in charge of training and nine trainees. The results of this study in the Retirement Preparation Period (MPP) training for employees of PT. Krakatau Steel has "very good" material and fosters productive attitudes towards PT. Krakatau Steel is also "very good" and also a retirement preparation period (MPP) training program in fostering productive attitudes towards employees of PT. Krakatau Steel is "very good" in accordance with the stages of the training program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pemenuhan kebutuhan dan proses interaksi pendidikan keluarga yang dilakukan oleh orangtua terhadap anak remaja usia 12-21 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitataif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian yaitu keluarga asli Kelurahan Sekaran yang yang memiliki anak remaja usia 12-21 tahun sebanyak enam orang kepala keluarga. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk membuktikan keabsahan data digunakan teknik ketekunan di lapangan dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) orang tua memenuhi kebutuhan anak remajanya antara lain meliputi kebutuhan fisik seperti sandang, pangan, papan, uang/materi, dan kebutuhan nonfisik seperti kasih sayang, waktu, perhatian dan kepercayaan, komunikasi, penghargaan dan hukuman, serta rekreasi/ berlibur; 2) proses interaksi pendidikan keluarga yang terjadi antara orangtua dan anak remaja antara lain meliputi: pemberian landasan pendidikan agama, dasar pendidikan reproduksi, memberi landasan ekonomi, memberi motivasi hidup, serta memberi nilai-nilai teladan. Diharapkan orangtua mempunyai waktu khusus untuk berkumpul dengan semua anggota keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, results of empowerment, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of empowerment through making traditional herbal medicine in Kampung Jamu Nguter. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique is using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques include: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the empowerment research through the making of traditional herbal medicine in Kampung Juter Nguter can be known in general is the planning stage is carried out in coordination with the Government and the Office. The activities carried out by training and seminars, the process of making herbal medicine starts from the selection of raw materials to the packaging and distribution process. The results of empowering increased economic income, entrepreneurship is the main livelihood of residents. Meetings and gathering are held once a month. The series of empowerment activities is an activity that aims to improve welfare in terms of economic, social, and cultural. Inhibiting factors such as the supply of raw materials is difficult due to weather factors, while supporting factors from government assistance in the form of machine tools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through habituation which includes planning, implementation, evaluation of the results of character education, supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of character education through habituation in Paud Alam Ungaran. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity technique uses source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques in research using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of character education through the habituation of students in accordance with the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and results as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Children's character education planning is done through daily habituation in accordance with 9 of the 18 national character values, namely religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, creative, curiosity, friendly / communicative, fond of reading and caring for the environment. Implementation covers the process of implementing character education in daily life through the habituation given by the teacher to children. Evaluation and results are conducted to see the results of changes in children's behavior in accordance with the ethics and morals of character education. The supporting factors of implementing character education through habituation are parents, motivating teachers. The inhibiting factor of the application of character education through habits is from outside the environment and the mindset of children who are still small and do not understand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the empowerment process that includes aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation, and supporting factors and inhibitors of women empowerment through the home industry Batik Sekar Jagad in improving the economy family in Tanuraksan hamlet of Gemeksekti village in Kebumen district. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observations, and documentation. The validity techniques of the data used include the triangulation of the source and method. The results of the research known that 1) the process of empowering women in the home industry Batik Sekar Jagad through the planning stage, implementation, evaluation; 2) supporting factors, among others, the support of Disperindag while the inhibiting factor among other prolonged hot weather and health conditions that began to decline.
