Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on the factors that influence the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas. This study uses a quantitative approach, because the data obtained is realized in the form of numbers and analyzed based on statistics. Based on the research method used, this research is an associative-causal research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with test requirements include validity test and instrument reliability test and normality test. Hypothesis test using Pearson Product Moment correlation, multiple correlation, simple regression, and multiple regression. The results of the study show (1) there is a significant influence of marketing factors on the development of MSMEs. (2) Working capital has a significant effect on the development of MSMEs. (3) The variables of marketing and capital have a significant effect on the development of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine consumer satisfaction in shopping at online shops and offline shops. This study uses a quantitative approach because the data obtained is realized in the form of numbers and analyzed based on statistics. The results showed a difference in shopping satisfaction between the online shop and the offline shop. It is evidenced by obtaining significant results so that it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected and the working hypothesis is accepted. The average student who does not like to shop at online shops is because they are not satisfied when shopping at online shops and get products that do not match what is stated in the description of the goods in the selected online shop. Usually, this happens in individual online shops on social media (not on trusted sites) and product brands that are not yet well known. However, the study results found several respondents who had shopped at a credible online shop and felt satisfied because it was as expected. As for the offline shop, the average student feels more satisfied because consumers can see firsthand the quality of the product and try the product to be purchased.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the mudhârabah contract provided by KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis. The mudhârabah financing product KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis is a solution for interest-based banks. This descriptive-qualitative research utilizes observation, interview, and document study techniques to obtain data information. The results showed that the implementation of the mudhârabah contract at KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis in determining the profit-sharing was adjusted to the understanding and requests of prospective customers. Two categories of profit-sharing are carried out, the profit-sharing ratio (%) for both parties is determined at the beginning of the contract before the income is known so that the monthly installment payments are fixed, and the profit-sharing ratio (%) is determined at the beginning of the agreement. Still, the installment payments are not fixed because adjusted to customer income. As for the role of the mudhârabah contract for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), of course, there are various kinds of developments experienced by every entrepreneur, seen from the good developments and some experiencing poor development so that they encounter obstacles in their business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of productive waqf to reduce poverty levels in Ciamis Regency. The research method used is empirical research. Data were collected through interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that (1) the management carried out by Nazhir used the POAC method (Planning, Organizing, Acting, Controlling) in order to achieve what was expected by the wakif so that the waqf property was utilized in accordance with its purpose; (2) implementation of waqf development through the establishment of mini markets. Until now, it has started to develop with the opening of a canteen near the area of educational institutions, laundry, and already has an inventory of two-wheeled vehicles. To increase productivity, a poverty alleviation model is currently being developed through scholarships for underprivileged and orphaned students. Abstract

Since the economic crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997, many large-scale businesses have stagnated and even stopped their activities. The soaring population growth accompanied by an increase in the labor force creates a very complex problem, namely the increasing number of unemployed. This is due to the uneven distribution of development in all fields so that the availability of employment opportunities is not balanced. However, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector was able to face the crisis. The research method used is descriptive-analytical by conducting research in the industri tahu bulat by CV. Macakal Pangan Sejahtera in Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency. The results showed (1) the absorption of labor by the industri tahu bulat CV. Macakal Pangan Sejahteral in Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency from 2019 reached 250 people, while in 2020 it was 136 people. There was a decrease in the number of employees between 2019 and 2020; and (2) the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tofu industry CV. Macakal Pangan Sejahtera in the economy in Cipaku District can be seen from its position as a major player in economic activity, a large provider of employment, an important player in the development of local economic activities and community empowerment, the creation of new markets, and a source of innovation.
