Abstract

Salah satu indikator suatu program studi pada perguruan tinggi masih aktif dan taat azaz adalah dengan melihat laporan EPSBED (Evaluasi Program Studi Berdasarkan Evaluasi Diri). Pada saat ini masih banyak perguruan tinggi terlambat dalam melakukan pelaporan. Keterlambatan pelaporan dapat terjadi karena beberapa hal seperti: 1) tidak sesuainya jadwal pelaksanaan proses pengajaran dengan jadwal pelaporan, 2) perguruan tinggi tidak memilikinya pangkalan data sehingga saat laporan harus dilakukan secara manual, 3) data pada perguruan tinggi tidak sepenuhnya mendukung data yang harus dilaporkan. Kasus di Universitas Budi Luhur untuk melakukan pelaporan membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih satu bulan. Lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan karena kurangnya disiplin dalam kontrol proses pembelajaran yang ada. Pada penelitian ini akan diusulkan sistem kontrol untuk proses pelaporan EPSBED. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode wawancara. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode prototype model. Harapan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak manajemen mengenai pentingnya tim pengontrol dalam proses pelaporan EPSBED. Kata Kunci: sistem kontrol, sistem epsbed, perguruan tinggi

Abstract

In this research is made an automatic home safety system that is able to protect the house from the danger of criminal acts such as theft and robbery. This automatic home security system is able to provide notification to the home owner via SMS gateway and able to control the gate open the gate of the house automatically and give a warning sound of buzzer alarm. The system-making methodology is to use the Arduino as the main control device of the system. The camera is used for video capture capable of recording images automatically, while the automatic gate closes if the sensor detects the person entering the house, and at the same time the buzzer alarm will rang. To activate the system required commands that must be sent via mobile phone and received by SMS gateway. The results of this study in the form of a prototype system that is able to send notifications automatically to the homeowner accompanied by video footage containing the image information of the perpetrators of crime in the house.

Abstract

The academic quality standar in higher education is very important, likewise in faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur with a good academic quality, lecture system and eligible human resource, will produce quality graduates. Factors that play a rule in the process in academic quality standard in faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur include : grade selection to enter University of Budi Luhur, Grade Point Achievement (GPA=IPK), the study period active in student organization on campus, waiting time to get a first job conformity the study program with the work which is currently obtained. The factor which is most significant is the grade in entering faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur which is effecting significantly to GPA. Therefore, Dean and other managers of Faculty of Information Technology, University of Budi Luhur are necessary to maintain the initial selection to prospective student. And, the other factors have not effect significantly. This shows that learning process being carried out by faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur include curriculum and resources play an active role in producing quality graduates.Keywords : Quality standard, Academic Process, Quantitative Descriptive.

Abstract

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi akademik (PPA) dan Bantuan Biaya pendidikan peningkatan prestasi Akademik (BPP-PPA) merupakan dukungan biaya Pendidikan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada Mahasiswa untuk mengikuti dan/atau menyelesaikan Pendidikan Tinggi berdasarkan pertimbangan utama prestasi dan kurang mampu secara ekonomi. Subyektifitas yang tinggi dan lamanya proses penentuan masih menjadi masalah dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa. Sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK) dapat meminimalisir tingginya subyektifitas dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot dari kriteria beasiswa PPA dan BPP-PPA dan Simple Additivie Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan perangkingan penerima beasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengambil  keputusan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa yang lebih obyektif, cepat dan akurat, serta memenuhi unsur 3T (Tepat Sasaran, Tepat Jumlah, Tepat Waktu). Peneliti menggunakan 5(lima) kriteria untuk seleksi penerima beasiswa PPA yaitu nilai IPK, jumlah SKS, jumlah Prestasi, jumlah Penghasilan Orang Tua, dan jumlah Tanggungan. Untuk beasiswa BBP-PPA 6(enam) kriteria dengan tambahan kriteria Daerah 3T. Hasil perhitungan uji  Consistency Ratio (CR) untuk kriteria beasiswa PPA didapat nilai CR = 0,0486, dan kriteria beasiswa BBP-PPA = 0,0949. Kedua hasil perhitungan tidak lebih dari 0,1 atau 10% , sehingga penilaian perbandingan kriteria beasiswa PPA dan BBP-PPA sudah konsisten dan tidak memerlukan revisi penilaian. Pengujian software menggunakan metode Black-box menyatakan bahwa semua pengujian terhadap sistem berdasarkan persyaratan fungsional ini dapat “Diterima”. Kualitas software aplikasi SPK Penerima Beasiswa diuji berdasarkan 4 (empat) variabel metode Mcall yaitu Functionality, Reliability, Usability dan Efficiency. Hasil  pengujian secara keseluruhan menunjukan secara kualitas aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penerima beasiswa PPA dan BBP-PPA ini memiliki kriteria yang “Baik” yaitu 78.64%. Kata kunci : SPK, Beasiswa PPA, Beasiswa BBP-PPA, AHP, SAW, Metode McCall, Consistency Ratio.

Abstract

Pada umumnya di sebuah perusahaan, dokumen digital atau file disimpan di komputer tanpa adanya pengamanan secara khusus. Hal ini memungkinkan terjadinya pencurian dokumen karena dokumen tersebut bisa diambil oleh orang lain yang memiliki akses ke komputer. Untuk keamanan, dokumen dalam bentuk plain teks harus diubah menjadi cipher text agar tidak bisa dibaca. Akan tetapi sebelum diubah menjadi cipher text, dokumen dikompresi terlebih dahulu agar ukurannya menjadi lebih kecil. Setelah itu baru dilakukan proses enkripsi. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi untuk mengamankan dokumen sehingga tidak bisa dibaca oleh orang lain. Aplikasi menggunakan algoritma kompresi Huffman, kemudian dienkripsi menggunakan kriptografi AES 192 dan RC4. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database server MySQL. Dari hasil percobaan didapat kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil mengamankan file sehingga tidak bisa dibaca. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mengembalikan file yang sudah dienkripsi menjadi seperti semula.

Abstract

The business world is growing very rapidly. To improve the efficiency of business processes in a company, it is necessary to smooth and timely communication. Thus, communication becomes something vital at this time. One issue that often arises is the lack of communication media that provided by the company. Thus, employees are difficult to establish communication between them to support the company needs. To have a communication medium is one of the goao of the company, in order to facilitate communication between the employees, where they can communicate each other either through medium of sound in which they can communicate without they have to move from the table their work and also can log their events, using this application, which their sound can be recorded and strored in server. Companies find it easier to monitor employees. Obviously this will be an advantage because the communications between employees will become more smoothly. Thus, employees at the company's communication issues expected to be resolved soon with the application.Keywords: VoIP, Client, Server, RTP

Abstract

Queuing is a less pleasant for many people, especially if the queue is in progress does not irregular. To overcome this things, then it needs a system that helps to be organized and more fun. At some companies, this is already implemented by conducting a computerized queuing system. Thus, the person will get a queue number and wait to be called, to be served by the customer service. Abstract

Water is the most important part of the agricultural system that cannot be replaced by other media, the problem is that on agricultural land with a limited amount of water this water must be divided equally by all farmers. Often there are disputes between farmers over fighting for water. In the traditional irrigation system, there is generally someone appointed by the residents to manage irrigation in the fields. This officer will open the lid of the irrigation system by hoeing the rice fields and waiting for the water to fill the rice fields to a predetermined limit. But there are frequent water thefts by residents who can't wait to queue. This study aims to design an automatic control device for water flow in rice fields that can make it easier to provide water to the rice fields. The design of the system begins with the use of an Arduino Uno microcontroller, as a system controller, a servo motor to open and close the floodgates, NodeMCU for communication with Telegram and a water level to set a water volume level limit in a rice field can be formulated by measuring the area of land multiplied by the water level. Officers can provide instructions via Telegram installed on the smartphone, so opening and closing the floodgates can be done remotely. With this system, it can help officers and farmers to manage the water supply schedule without having to go to the fields to open rice fields and wait for the water to reach its maximum limit. This system works well if it is supported by a good irrigation network infrastructure

Abstract

Lampu penerangan adalah salah satu aset penting di sebuah bangunan kantor. Pengawasan yang baik terhadap aset ini sangat diperlukan agar pemeliharaan terhadap asset pun berjalan baik . Sangat disayangkan lampu yang digunakan sangat banyak dan secara manual menghidupkan dan mematikannya sehingga tidak adanya monitoring dan kontrol yang mengakibatkan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk listrik lampu sangat besar. Solusi untuk masalah tersebut adalah membangun sebuah sistem pengendali alat lampu yang dapat dikontrol dari jarak jauh dipadukan dengan Email. Email yang saat ini berkembang sangat pesat dan tidak asing lagi bagi khalayak umum untuk surat menyurat. Email juga bisa sebagai media untuk mengendalikan alat lampu jarak jauh layaknya sebuah saklar dengan dipadukan dengan kemajuan elektronika menggunakan mikrokontroler DFRDuino R3 yang mempunyai kemampuan dan performance yang cukup handal. Penelitian menggunakan metode waterfall untuk pengembangan sistem, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk pembangunan aplikasi dengan VB .NET dengan database mySQL.  Dengan adanya sistem pengendali lampu menggunakan media email dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk menjawab masalah yang dihadapi dan dapat menghemat sumber daya manusia, waktu, biaya dan energi.Kata Kunci           : Pengawasan Lampu, elektronik, DFRDuino R3, Mikrokontroller

Abstract

Optik Salsa adalah badan usaha yang menjual Frame dan lensa kacamata. Adapun dalam melakukan kegiatan penjualan sering terjadi kesalahan yang membuat pengelolaan sistem penjualan kurang optimal. Masalah yang terjadi dalam pada Optik Salsa adalah dokumen transaksi yang masih berupa kertas-kertas banyak yang terselip ataupun hilang. Menumpuknya dokumen sehingga saat pembuatan laporan dibutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus merekap satu persatu. Pemilik kesulitan mengetahui frame dan lensa apa saja yang laris terjual. Dari masalah-masalah di atas, penulis membuat suatu sistem informasi penjualan untuk mendukung kelancaran penjualan pada Optik Salsa. Dimana semua transaksi tercatat secara terkomputerisasi, sehingga mengurangi resiko kehilangan dokumen dan pembuatan laporan akan lebih cepat dan akurat.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, penjualan, UML
