Abstract

This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach conducted at the University of Prima Indonesia. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and teamwork on performance through commitment. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the Random Sampling technique. The population that became the object of research was 182 UNPRI employees with a sample of 85 employees. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis. Based on the results of the study with a significant level of 5%, the conclusions were: (1) Motivation had a direct positive effect on employee commitment of 0.776 (2) Teamwork had a direct positive effect on employee commitment of 0.145. (3) Motivation has a direct positive effect on performance of 0.366. (4) Teamwork has a direct positive effect on performance of 0.339. (5) Commitment has a direct positive effect on employee performance of 0.592. (6) Motivation through commitment has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.326. (7) Teamwork through commitment has a positive effect of 0.168. Keywords: Motivation, Teamwork, Commitment, Performance

Abstract

Non-bank financial institutions such as leasing need to provide the best service to consumers. In the midst of high competition between financial institutions and banks, PT Bussan Auto Finance Pematangsiantar must understand the competitive strategy by using a customer service strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of SERVQUAL on consumer satisfaction at PT Auto Finance Pematangsiantar. The sample used in this study was 98 people with a non-probability sampling technique with the slovin model. The primary data collected was then processed using SPSS software. The data were tested with validity, reliability and normality tests. Then a hypothesis test was conducted to determine whether there was a significant effect and a determinant coefficient test was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence between variables. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between service quality and customer satisfaction of 76.5% while the remaining 23.5% was influenced by other variables. To develop this research, other variables such as marketing mix and customer relationship management can be used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth communication and service quality on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 348 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Word of mouth communication has five statement indicators by producing a reliability test value of 73%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. The results obtained that partially word of mouth communication has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a tcount value of 11,546 > a ttable value of 1,967 or a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05). The quality of service has five indicators of statements by producing a reliability test value of 77%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. The results showed that partially service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the tcount value of 12,850 > ttable value of 1,967 or a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05). Purchasing decisions have five statement indicators by producing a reliability test value of 72.1%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. Simultaneously word of mouth communication and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the Fcount value of 377,114 > Ftable value of 3,022 or a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05).

Abstract

Tithe age of time, there is a global change in either the macro or micro order systems that encompass various sectors including business. Environmental uncertainty resulting from changes and era demands leads to complex problems that call for companies to make decisions quickly but in order to tackle them correctly in order to keep the business going. So a company leader would be required to have the ability to make a decision and select the correct decision techniques in the wheel of an organization or company. One well-known model or decision-making technique is the structured or programmed decision-making technique. Structured or programmable decisions are repeated decisions that result in repeated and routine decisions because they are often found in similar situations. While this is a regular or recurring decision, companies must certainly look at and assess just how effective these structured decision making techniques can be. Therefore, researchers are conducting this study using a literature study method in order to see how effective structural decision making techniques can be used

Abstract

The era of globalization along with the COVID-19 pandemic brings more challenges for companies to survive in facing their competition. Competitive advantage is the main capital that must be owned by the company that is facing its competition. In an effort to create a competitive advantage, leaders always strive to take the company through the right steps, one of which can be through decision-making in the form of strategic alliances. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific insights regarding the effectiveness of strategic alliance decision-making in creating a competitive advantage for the company. the method used in this study is using qualitative research methods in the form of literature study. The results of this study indicate that strategic alliance decision-making is a form of strategy that is able to create a competitive advantage for the company.
