<![CDATA[The study aims to improve English speaking skills with vocabulary mastery through charade game techniques. This research uses library research methods. The biggest problem of today's students lies in mastery of the vocabulary itself. Therefore, teaching staff are required to be able to continue to create ways or techniques of learning in the classroom that can lead students to master english vocabulary more. This game indirectly helps to improve the vocabulary of students. In this game words will be demonstrated with gestures so that students are able to express words with movement. This technique also helps students to be more active in the classroom and motivates students due to the presence of competence in the game. Charade games also help students understand reading texts because vocabulary is difficult to understand first.]]>

<![CDATA[This writing highlights the functions and the roles of woman in some aspects of life, like in faiths, worships, education, social and political struggle in society. Anticipating the challlenge of this era, the woman should function both in domestic and in public roles in order to keep and balancing their own and respective existence. The movement and the progress of woman should be supported by creating chances and eliminating the hindrance-factors like unwelcoming attitude toward their appearance outside the house affairs, and eliminating the so called ‘fear-factors’ around the woman. All these factors can be handled by improving their skills, innovative and creative works.]]>

The arising problems are stemming from the questions : is woman and man differ? and should one dominate others? These questions bring about controversion on woman position in Islam. The solutions suggested are to make the concept taken from the holy Quran be realized on all socio-cultural actuality into in all particularity of Islam. <![CDATA[This article highlights Qasim Amin thoughts (1863-1908). She is one the prominent figures pioneering the idea of emancipation in Islamic contemporary era. Employing historical and hermeneutic approaches, this article is to reactualize her thoughts on Womens’ Moslem in Egypt in their same crucial aspects like education, hoouseholds, hijab (cover), poligamy and talak (divorce). Her thoughts reflect and indicate her sense of crisis as well as her intellectual response. She is not an utopist, but to reposition the women into their dignity in the light of Islamic point of views.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to describe islamic law's review of parents' obligations to provide custody and livelihood of children post-divorce. This research uses literature study methods. The results showed that if there is a child divorce that has not been mumayyiz then custody of the child is handed over to the female side, and if it is mumayyiz then the custody of the child can follow the female side or follow the male side. While the child's livelihood remains the responsibility of the male side. All divorce rulings in the Jambi Religious Court, deciding the child's livelihood is charged to the male side. There is a similarity of concepts between the concept of Fiqh and the basis of the judge's consideration in deciding the case of the child's income and the right of the child, because the judge in deciding the case refers to the book of Fiqh and the law of family law.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this paper is about women’s representation in parliament on islamic perspective. This discussion aims to look beyond the problem involvement of women in parliament, where the government sets the rules of 30% representation of women in parliament, then discuss in Islamic perspective. After conducting in-depth research paper and analysis, the authors concluded 30% representation of women in parliament is set formally in the constitution, while according to Islamic perspective, rule of 30% representation of women in parliament is not contrary to the principles of Islam as it adheres to equality between men and women in leadership issues for women are possessed quality and capability as a leader.]]>

<![CDATA[In some communities there is still a view that considers that women are unable to work for the welfare of the family, because most women who are in the District of Lake Teluk and The District of Pelayangan Kota Jambi are housewives. The involvement of women in the domestic sector (home) is inseparable from the economic demands of the family. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, people are still experiencing economic difficulties. This is a motivation for housewives, especially those who live in Teluk Lake District and Jambi City Maid District, to play an active role in helping to overcome family economic problems by doing various jobs, both at home and outside the home.]]>

<![CDATA[Kerinci is one of the regions in Sumatra with a strong matrilineal culture. This is reflected in the customs that place the role of women more dominant than men as contained in kenduri Sko ceremony activities. This research aims to see how the role of women contained in the traditional ceremony of Kenduri Sko. This study is a qualitative descriptive study that seeks to explain the representation of matrilineal culture through the role of women in the indigenous upara Kenduri Sko. The results showed that the dominance of women in the largest ceremony for Kerinci society, Kenduri Sko, was very dominant. It is seen from the role of women as dayangs in the series of "mendingin" rituals, women also become the main actors in the "iyo-iyo" dance. Women become parapatoh presenters to recall the heirlooms of ancestors who became the main purpose of the Kenduri Sko ceremony.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide an analysis of women's participation in forest management through the Village Forest mechanism in Durian Rambun Village, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. Village Forest is one of the social forestry mechanisms aimed at creating the welfare of communities that coexist with forests. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods to explain phenomena in detail. Data collection methods are carried out by interviews, observations and literature studies. The results showed that women's participation in forest management through Village Forests is necessary, women and forests are entities that cannot be released. Through participation in forest management, Durian Rambun village women are economically empowered by utilizing forest land to produce and produce coffee products. Management is carried out sustainably so that forest sustainability still occurs in accordance with the principles of social forestry management.]]>
