Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out legal assistance for legal entities as an effort to strengthen the BUM Nag Duo Baleh Suku strategic plan in business development. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the legality of Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUM Nag) is a form of economic enterprise in Nagari or in other areas called BUMDes. BUM Nag Duo Baleh Suku has a profit and social business orientation, besides that it also functions as a facilitator and stabilizer that supports each other between the existing Natural Resources and Human Resources. BUM Nag Duo Baleh Suku has several business units including: Compost fertilizer business unit, animal feed processing business unit. Meanwhile, the strategic plan is to make BUM Nag a company that has good quality, develops production results and is a solid company. The conclusion of the research is that BUM Nag Duo Baleh Suku in business development already has a legal entity. According to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages article 1 number 6 is a Nagari-Owned Enterprise (BUM Nag) whose entire capital is owned by the village originating from village wealth which is managed for the welfare of the village community. Abstract

This study aims to describe whether the use of a group investigation (GI) cooperative approach can improve civics learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN 24 Batang Anai. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with Classroom Action Research as the type of research. The research data was obtained from test results, the data obtained in the study were analyzed using a qualitative data analysis model. The research results obtained from the use of the group investigation method was an increase in the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 24 Batang Anai, namely an increase in learning outcomes before the first cycle, namely 60.50 with 42% student mastery, in the first cycle it increased to 70 with 69% student mastery and after correcting the deficiencies of cycle I in cycle II the learning outcomes increased to 80 with 85% student mastery. The conclusion of the study shows that the use of group investigation type cooperative methods can improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Group investigation, Learning Outcomes, PKn Learning

Abstract

This study aims to see how the role of mamak kanduang in the marriage of a nephew in the Padang Pariaman community, West Sumatra, which is part of the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that the existence of mamak kanduang in a nephew's marriage in Padang Pariaman played more roles as matchmakers (Maresek), proposed marriage, bakampuang-kampuang activities and deliberating the amount of japuiktan money. The conclusions of the study that the role of mamak kanduang in the marriage of nephews are a) The role of mamak kanduang in finding a mate or Maresek in marriage; b) The role of mamak kanduang in proposing; c) The role of mamak kanduang in bakampuang-village activities and deliberating the amount of japuiktan money. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact that occurs in the utilization of customary land for people's nucleus plantations. This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the first study show that the use of communal land in the development of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI causes changes related to location, customs, facilities, family, socio-economic conditions, socio-cultural conditions, and religion. Second, in the deliberations, the ninik mamak and the nagari government reached a consensus on the consequences of the use of ulayat land by PT. Nusantara Plantation VI. Nagari Gunung Malintang Community. Ninik mamak received cash assistance of Rp. 2,500/ha and assistance of 6,500 main oil palm seeds for 46 ha of plantation land. The conclusions of this study indicate that the impact of development has a significant effect on the order of indigenous peoples, including facilities, socio-economic conditions, and socio-culture. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how customary law and Islamic law view the prohibition of same-ethnic marriage in Minangkabau society. This research uses a socio-legal approach and is supported by a descriptive analysis approach. This legal approach is qualitative. The results of the study show that there is no conflict between Islamic law and customary law. If same-ethnic marriage occurs, Islamic law does not prohibit it, but Islamic law allows it. Islamic law prohibits marriage, this includes the ban on marrying forever and the ban on marrying for a certain time or temporarily. Violators of tribal marriages usually receive sanctions such as fines and exile. The conclusion of this study found that same-ethnic marriage in Minangkabau society in the village is abstinence marriage because it can damage the Minangkabau customary law system. Same-sex marriage violators will be fined and banished. Keywords: Marriage, Customs and Tribes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya kombinasi perhatian orang tua, lingkungan sekolah dan kemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPS siswa di SMPN Kec. Muara Beliti Kab. Musi Rawas, Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Cluster Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kombinasi positif antara perhatian orang tua (X1), lingkungan sekolah (X2) dan kemandirian belajar (X3) secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar IPS (Y), persamaan regresi ganda Ŷ = 40,414 + 0,128 X1 + -0,184X₂ + 0,406 X3. Koefisien korelasi parsial koefisien korelasi ganda Ry.123 = 0,278 dan koefisien determinasi ganda (Ry.123)2 = 0,077 atau 7,7% signifikan pada α = 0,05. Simpulan penelitian ini dapat diambil makna, terdapat kombinasi positif antara perhatian orang tua, lingkungan sekolah, dan kemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPS siswa di SMPN Kec. Muara Beliti sebesar (Ry.123)2 = 0,077 atau 7,7% signifikan pada α = 0,05. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian Belajar, Lingkungan Sekolah, Prestasi Belajar IPS, Perhatian Orang Tua,
